Very satisfied with our stay. Would do it again.

The private beach was very nice. Very walkable neighborhood with many dog friends.

This rental was way overpriced for what it was. With all the fees it was over $400 a night. The barbecue grill was too dirty to think about using and there was animal feces on the ground behind it. The frying pans were worn, the bath linens were old and stained, the garbage can was full, and the Roku tv’s were a struggle. With fees that high you should have straight-up cable. We were going to cancel ,but the remaining balance was charged to our credit card at 2:45 AM (I get text alerts) on our last day to cancel. We could have stayed at a nice hotel with a swimming pool near the beach for that amount of money, but we had already paid so much for this place we had to stick it out. We booked it for 3 nights and couldn’t wait to leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This was our second year staying at this property, and it is now our official home away from home! Poldi is a wonderful hostess and has equipped this beautiful villa with everything that you could possibly need for an easy stay. She is very responsive to anything that you may need. This year we were pleased to find an added second bathroom with an amazing shower (but we're still big fans of the outdoor shower!). The kitchen is first-rate with everything that you need to cook at home, then cleanup is easy with the dishwasher. The washer/dryer is perfect and upgraded this year; it allows us to pack half as much as normal, then do laundry mid-week. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, the beach is a two-minute drive away and the marina and dog park are a very short walk from the house. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

We enjoyed our stay at this property - it was very clean and thoughtfully furnished with things a traveler would appreciate, from beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler) to welcome snacks! Our host Poldi was kind, helpful and quick to respond to inquiries. The location across A1A from the beach was fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the convenience of the nearby community dog park. We visit the area frequently and would return here without hesitation.

We had a great time. House is in a quiet small neighborhood and very comfortably equipped with all you need for a beach getaway, the host is very helpful, we loved the screened porch and extra outdoor shower 👍.

This was our second time at this location. We loved it even more this time with a two week stay. The house is well-appointed and comes with everything you need-Beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, etc. It is a convenient short walk (5 minutes) and even shorter to the Indian River Lagoon. The house is perfect for a couple or a family with small children. There is only one bathroom, though, so be aware of that if considering multiple adults. Kitchen is great and has a Keurig with pods provided, which is really nice. The grill was in good shape as well, which is not always the case with rentals. Poldi was a very responsive host, too. We had a great time and great weather and look forward to returning in the future!

This was our second stay at Beach Club Colony. It is a great old Florida-style home on Hutchinson Island. Great access to both the beach and the Indian River lagoon. The house is well-equipped and outfitted and Poldi was very easy to work and communicate with as our host. If you’re looking for a home to spend time at Jensen Beach and get some sun, you can’t go wrong with this one!

We really enjoyed our stay. Had a great time walking the neighborhood with our dogs at night. There is a lovely dog park by the neighborhood pier and the neighborhood people we met were very nice. Has that lovely, retro old Florida feel. Loved it! The house (which is actually half of a house, common in the neighborhood) was beautiful and calm, well-stocked for our needs and quiet. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the porch. The owners are very nice and very responsive. Great communication! There is a private beach for the Beach Colony (The neighborhood is called that.) with a watchtower and also a lifeguard tower really close by which is very nice and an AWESOME, dog beach 5 minutes drive down the road we went to every day, sometimes twice! Highly recommend the Magic Oyster Restaurant nearby too. We had an excellent time. Many thanks!

My wife and I spent 8 nights at this beautiful villa and hope to return next year. Poldi and Angel, our hosts, were very kind and attentive and have created a very tasteful, very clean home in a lovely, laid-back neighborhood. What really made our stay special was all of the little, thoughtful touches that they provided. A bottle of wine as a welcome gift, snacks, K-cups of coffee, soap, shampoo, makeup wipes, laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent to name a few. The kitchen truly had everything you could hope for, and the appliances are new and top of the line. We were able to cook anything that came to mind, thanks to the complete array of pans and utensils available. They even had a small air fryer which was perfect for reheating fried food from our doggie bags from restaurants. As part of the Beach Club Colony neighborhood, we received access to the beautiful private beach, marina and dog park. With beach chairs, umbrella and cooler provided with the home we thoroughly enjoyed our beach days. Upon returning from the beach, we loved the outdoor shower, and used it almost exclusively throughout our stay! The only surprise was to find that the villa is one side of a duplex, which was not apparent in the advertising. It turned out to be a non-issue, since the cement construction made the walls sound-proof, and we never heard a peep from the neighbors. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to come back!

Wonderful little getaway! Couldn’t have asked for a more attentive property manger, and the welcome basket was such a nice touch. We enjoyed the private beach and our two dogs loved romping around the dog park. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. Thank you for a truly relaxing stay!

Lovely unit - nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, very clean, comfy beds. Poldi checked in with us before, during and after our rental to be sure everything was going well for us. Access to the beach and dog park went with the property. So many beaches and places to explore as well as excellent restaurants. Definitely will return. And our two little pups loved all the lizards in the yard!

We chose this location for the kitchen and the dog park nearby. We got those AND a lovely host who made sure we were settled in. I couldn’t imagine a better cozy neighborhood that is in walking distance to a beach, a couple restaurants and a dog park. We were so lucky to enjoy this spot. Highly recommend.

We had a restful stay. The house was clean and comfy. .3 miles from the beach. Outdoor shower was a bonus. (1 bathroom for 6 was tricky). Dog friendly. I didn’t cook much, but brought some frozen meals. Wished the area would have been a little more commercial. We love those little vacation books you grab for free from the grocery store that tell of all the great food, and fun things to do. We mostly enjoyed the beach, while the boys caught a few fish from the marina. (Puffer fish). Much time was spent on the screened in porch. The breeze was lovely.

This adorable house is beautifully decorated and updated with a modern, beachy atmosphere. The owners thought of everything to make your stay as homey as possible. I was grateful for the small touches and supplies that made our stay there enjoyable. From coffee with cream and sugar, to washer and dryer with laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even make up remover wipes! And an added bonus- a welcome basket with a bottle of wine, popcorn and candy! They have everything you need for the beach: beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie boards and sand toys. Just bring your flip-flops and enjoy the beach just steps away!!

We booked our villa because we were visiting home for my baby shower and wanted to stay near the beach. The villa was absolutely beautiful down to every little detail. We had great communication with the hosts and the little touch of suggestions they provided were helpful since it’s been quite some time since I have been in my hometown. I definitely would recommend their home if your looking for a getaway near the beach!

This is such a nice property. It’s exactly as pictured but actually nicer in person. Everything you want in a great getaway. Peaceful, great location, comfortable. The house was very clean and the closeness to the beach was perfect. The owners give so much attention to every detail in making this property comfortable and beautifully updated.

My wife and I rented Beach Club Colony for a week in Feb. Great location in Jensen Beach to access beaches on both the river and ocean sides of the island. The house was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and furnishings. Poldi and family were quick to help us when we had an issue with the tv not working due to a prior renter disconnecting cables. We had great weather most days and our dog enjoyed the stay as well. The house is really well set for a couple or small family. Would not recommend for 4 adults due to only one small bathroom. Neighborhood is quiet and private beach access with tiki hut is nice (although it is a couple blocks away from the house). We will definitely consider staying here again if we come back to the area. Our stay was superb and more than comfortable. The villa was just beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, and located in the most adorable neighborhood. Our hosts were very attentive, friendly, and above and beyond providing information about the area and amenities. I would definitely recommend this property as I give it a five star rating!

Great neighborhood and people! Very appreciative to find such a nice and pet friendly place. Walkable to a public, life guarded beach, and cool tiki hut at the community beach entrance. Home was clean, updated, and spacious. Owner is responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! :)
