Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, enough for everyone's privacy.

We had a wonderful stay for a spring break trip! The house was beautiful and fit everyone perfectly. Loved that the bedrooms all had their own bathroom! View was great of the ocean from both decks. Pool area was used everyday and had plenty of seating for everyone. We appreciated that there was plenty of beach accessories to use and access was just across the street. Nice quiet neighborhood away from the busy downtown ft Myers beach area! Loved there Farmers Markets we could walk to as well as catch the tram to take us to the pier for shopping and dinner. We would definitely recommend this home!!!

We had six couples stay and the six bedrooms, six baths was perfect. The house is right across the road from the beach and with the beach access it is only a 1 1/2 minute walk to get there. The house is very clean and has all the amenities you need for the beach and the pool. The house is 1.8 miles from Times Square but we utilized the Tram and Trolley to get there, the first tram stop is at the Library which is about 1/2 mile away. The only improvements I would recommend is getting a larger water heater, with six couples and six bathrooms and showers we had to stagger our showers in order to have hot showers. The second improvement would be to have a bathroom down by the pool area, all of the bathrooms are on the second and third floors. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Perfect location right across Estero Blvd from Ft. Myers Beach. House had everything we needed - spacious, clean, very nice pool, and all the necessities for the beach. Great views of the gulf from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies.
