Location Location Location East access to the Gondola to Peak 8. Every type of restaurant and shop within walking distance.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location for a ski trip! The house is roomy, and the floorplan is great. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed several people to work together without getting in each other's way. Very enjoyable place to stay.

We had a great time in this location. Plenty of space for all 11 of us. Loved that the gondola was right out the back door. The shops were great to see. Kitchen was stocked well for cooking in.

This property was awesome. Hot tub was hot, clean and well maintained. Celebrated Christmas with several families. Plenty of room with awesome kitchen. Couple minute walk to gondola. Could have used a dust pan

This is the perfect location: right next to Main St., the river, and the Peak 8 gondola. The lodge is in great shape on the inside, and it includes a few surprises, which can't be identified in the listing, the most enjoyable of which is an outside table and chairs right on the river bank. We will definitely be coming back again!

Overall nearly perfect. Bathrooms showing some wear. But nothing bad at all.

Out family had an amazing adventure in Breckinridge. The rental was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed to make a home away from home for 6 adults and 3 kids. We did have to contact staff during out stay and they were immediately responsive.

The property was very clean when we arrived. The only problem was the hot tub was not heating well. I notified the management company and they sent someone to evaluate the problem. Everything was comfortable. The boys took the bunkbeds while everyone else had their own king-size bed. The upstairs bedrooms each had their own bathroom which was really nice. The two bedrooms downstairs shared a bathroom but it was never a problem. The fireplaces in the rooms were a nice addition on a really cold night. Although, the house was very well insulated and really didn’t need much heat at all. The hot tub was nice to have after a long day of skiing too. The location right next to the gondola was a quick and easy walk. We thought this was going to be a hassle with all our ski/snowboard stuff but it wasn’t at all. The best part of staying at the River House Lodge was being located right in town with easy access to shops and restaurants, we never had to move our car. There were a few occasions we needed to contact property management to ask a question and they were always very friendly and quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Breck.

Reviewer Comments: Vacation Rental was in a great location and was nicely furnished with fire places in most of the bed rooms five in total(Only 3 of the 5 were working).We snow boarded and skied to look forward to taking a relaxing dip in the hot tub but it was not working and despite making several calls to get maintenance out to fix we never had a chance to use it! Very disappointing! I would recommend you double check with management that advertised amenities actually are in working condition. thank you
