The unit we stayed in was clean and well furnished. Some of the kitchen supplies needed updating and the icemaker did not work. Beds were very comfortable. The exterior of the building and the property itself needed some attention. A rake, a broom, and a blower would have definitely improved the curb appeal. We weren't sure if we had the right property when we pulled up, it looked abandoned. The outside balconies needed some new chairs, the plastic Adirondack chairs were all broken. Only one balcony was useable. Location to the beach was perfect!

The property provides plenty of space for a large group. 3 bathrooms was a real plus. Location is steps from the beach and bars, clubs, and restaurants are within walking distance. There is also a small coffee shop 2 blocks away. Loved the place.

We recently completed our stay at Sandy Feet Retreat. The proximity to the beach and the ease of parking were excellent. The beds were very comfortable. I was very disappointed with the general condition and cleanliness of the unit. When we arrived there was a bag of garbage at the front door step. When we opened the door we were struck with an overwhelming smell of bleach. I thought that might mean that the unit was clean. This was not the case. The floors were very dirty. The following are the additional issues that I noted during our stay: balcony lights don't work, master TV doesn't work, nail sticking up on stair and lose tread, ice maker doesn't work, couch is so uncomfortable, chairs on balcony are broken and a hazard, one of the sinks in the master bath doesn't drain. We will not be renting this unit again as the bad outweighed the good.

The inside of the property was great. The communication from the host was good.

Location of the condo was great but property needs some attention. Closet doors were falling off, broken blinds, holes in doors, missing light bulbs, toilet paper holders falling off wall and the biggest inconvenience was the broken outdoor sand shower so there was no way to rinse the sand off your feet without walking through the house.

The owners were very helpful and responsive. The addressed every question he had. I like the charm of the small building and the conversion from a former motel to condos. Overall, the unit was nice and very comfortable for our family. I like the modern design choices. The development needs a tiny bit of TLC, but don't let that sway you from staying.

The location to the beach was great but the property is very run down. Exterior needs a serious up date and the interior had several items in need of repair.

Holes in the ceiling around fixtures, washer is broken, tiles are loose on Bathroom floors, parking is horrible, If one person parked in front of unit 6 , no one else could get in the parking lot. Floors very un-level. Old Beach property that was given a quick cover up . Price does not match quality.

This is a great location and a very easy walk to the beach. The place has been renovated and is very nice.

The location of the property is steps away from the beach, this was the only pro as far as the location. But you cannot enjoy sitting on the patio because the palm trees have taken over. In addition there was no working outside shower so you are bringing all of the sand back into the place. This is a major issue when you have so many individuals going to the beach each day. This place does not sleep 8 as advertised. Please spend some money and effort on the landscaping and overall outside appearance. The interior was a bit more acceptable but I would not stay here again.

We stayed in unit 6 during mid July of 2023. From the looks of it looks a little run down, parking is tight. Noticed a lot of people from the beach stealing the parking. Location is nice overall, not a fancy area but pretty easy access to the beach. You can’t see it from the balcony though like stated. Outside shower to rinse off didn’t work. Homeless people stayed out near the picnic area. Which is fine I don’t care but some people might. Was asked for money several times. So for starters inside the unit doesn’t look like the photos, close but different. Floors were dirty. Couch was still sandy from previous people. Oven didn’t work good and the kitchenware provided was pretty bad. Ice machine didn’t work and kept melting over the floor. Bathrooms were fine except the showers were hard to use. Not enough pressure from the tiny shower heads. I mean overall our stay was good. The place has potential to be amazing with just some upkeep and some renovations. Once that was done I’d be willing to stay again and pay the same price. But if I knew what I did now I wouldn’t have paid as much as I did.

We had a wonderful time with our family! The location of the property was perfect and we had plenty of room to spread out! The condo was clean with clean sheets and towels! The floors were not clean…this was our only complaint and we just made sure to wear shoes or socks! We would definitely rent this property again!

We truly enjoyed our stay and the convenience to the beach. Spacious enough to accommodate all family members comfortably. Everything we needed was there. If I had to list areas that could use improvement, there really needs to be a place outside to rinse off sand before going inside. Outside shower doesn't work. We had the three bathroom unit and all three showers fill up with water because the drains are so slow. If there was a place outside to remove sand before showering, that would help. That being said, we are local and would stay here again.

The property is spacious, comfortable and quiet, and in a great location by a beautiful beach. The only drawbacks during our stay were some minor quirky issues with the televisions, which would occasionally switch to menu mode while watching or turn on or off at random times. Suggestions for additions that would be nice for future renters would be additional bathroom hooks, starter pack of coffee/tea and a few beach chairs &/or towels. Wonderful decks and definitely a great property overall!

The property is as described and very clean considering that sand is everywhere. It was very well equipped as well. Our only complaint is parking. The first parking spot makes it awkward to pull in the parking area of the space is taken by another car. We had to ask the cleaning service to move their vehicle so we could get in.

Great place great location.

The property needs some TLC on the exterior. The inside of the property is pretty and spacious. There is no "view" to speak of as was unclearly described from any of the balconies. The balconies are sparsely furnished and in need of cleaning. The floor was absolutely filthy. The queen mattress in the bathroom with the on-suite needs to be replaced. If I was strictly looking for a home on the beach this would be a good option with a few updates.

My family came here during Spring Break and we choose Jacksonville Beach FL because of the short drive from Atlanta. This location was everything, it truly was. Since it was a three bedroom condo, each of the kids has their own rooms which they absolutely loved. Each room had mega TV's in them ready for whatever streaming service you need. The views were what I enjoyed most. Balcony views all around! The neighborhood that the condo was located in was a nice, quiet, and peaceful location. The beach was the main highlight to this property, because its literally right there a few meters from the property. This condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We didn't cook much but the utensils available were sufficient for what we did decide to cook. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay 1 more day and the property owners and Love Rentals were very accommodating and communicative with our request. This is the perfect condo if you just want to relax with family and friends and just take it easy. The only thing I wished the property had was a water hose to get the sand off our bodies after the beach because I felt bad tracking the sand in such a beautiful condo but the condo has those easy to clean floors so it was fine. Overall good stay, would recommend to give this place a try if you're ever in Jacksonville Beach for a few days.

Loved our stay! So close to the beach, Starbucks, food! Cleaning crew could do a little better job. Floors were a little sticky, dirty. One door off of balcony was broken but there were plenty other balconies to choose from! The exterior could use some work/updates etc. Each room had a large screen mounted TV! We would stay again for sure with hopes cleaning crew paid a little more attention to floors.

I was sort of worried about the check-in and the door code, etc., but it was all very smooth. We could get really picky about this and that, but by & large your place is what says it is. The access to the beach couldn't have been better, not to mention the location. (out of a super busy zone). Adam came right away when we had problems with a ceiling fan. Yes, we Would come back some other time.

Property is just steps from the beach and walkable to several local gathering places. Condo was stocked adequately for our 3 night stay! Thank you!

it is a beautiful condo, and this one has washer and dryer in the unit, while the rest on the property share a laundry room. any concerns we had were quickly addressed by the local property owner. thank you for making a crazy time in our lives a bit easier.

This property is exactly as described. Spacious floorplan - and 3 bathrooms is a game changer! Necessities provided, comfy beds and pet friendly to boot. Great location for beach walking and hearing the waves. Would absolutely stay here again!

Good experience overall. Coffee maker malfunctioned and property manager replaced quickly.
