The location of this rental can't be beat. It was nice to be able to walk across the street to get to the beach and pool. The rental was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay ! The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 5. The location across the street from the beach and pool was very convenient. Beautiful condo!

the unit was nice but wasnt perfect. the dishwasher didnt seem to clean very well. the outdoor screened in porch was dirty. there wasnt much of ocean view.

the area is pretty, but I wouldnt want live there, there is some beach, but the rest of the land there is like a jungle. yea its warm in winter but not my ideal place

Our family meets in Seabrook every year for our annual Thanksgiving the weekend before Thanksgiving. Between our families, we’ve rented 10+ different places. This was our favorite place so far. Very cozy and nicely laid out with plenty of room. Location was excellent and it has been recently renovated so everything looked amazing. Ryan (the owner) gave us great tips and instructions before we got to the villa. Holly (the manager) was amazing and helped us with any issues we had while we were on island. Huge thank you to Ryan and Holly! We look forward to future stays with you!!!

We truly enjoyed our week long stay @ Atrium Villa. Perfect amount of space, amenities (irons, washer/dryer, equipped kitchen , etc) & exactly what we needed for this busy time of rehearsal dinner prep, wedding day, and morning brunch time together. We loved the screened in porch area for morning sunrise 🌄 coffee time and evening sunset🌅 wine time . Great host , really good instructions on what to expect while on Seabrook Island . We plan a return visit to celebrate 1st year anniversary 💕 Highly recommend

We so enjoyed our stay and were disappointed to have it cut short by two days because of Hurricane Ian. The location is the condo's best feature. Just cross the street and down the steps and you are on the beach. Also located near the pool, the Pelican's Nest and golf course. The view were from the spacious screen porch is grand. The living pace and kitchen were much smaller than I expected. The master bedroom is quite spacious and the baths nice, but the other two bedrooms are quite small. If we had had 6 people staying there, it would have been rather cramped. All in all it was a good place and we would probably return, just the two of us. There were a few repairs needed that were taken care of promptly. The whole area is very well kept and attractive.
