This was our first time to MI visiting family in the area. Home was very clean, lots of clean towels and plenty of space to spread out. Basement with washer/dryer was great. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet- we enjoyed walks in the evening. Close proximity to both Grand Rapids and Holland. Would definitely stay here again.

From check-in to check-out, we truly enjoyed our stay. The property managers reached out prior to check-in to give us our code into the house. They were sweeping the rug for us and touching up the outside when we checked in. Very nice people. To start, this property is CLEAN! I mean really clean. We had no hesitations putting our baby on the floor. The bathroom was sparkling, no dust, no hair, just clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything you would need. The basement was great for the kids, with couches, a tv, games and toys. The beds were comfortable and dressers and floors are clean; no dust, no random items under the chairs. The outside was very pretty, with flowers and landscaping. We didn’t get the chance to use the fire pit, but it was a great setup. We would definitely bring our family back here!

Nice and comfortable house that was super clean and had everything needed. Not a bad drive to Holland and lake Michigan. Nice friendly neighborhood. Over all the house just gave a nice relaxing vibe!

Nice place to stay but better suited to families with children due to the bunk beds. Our senior citizens had difficulty even with the lower berth.

Great stay with our grandkids ages 9-6 . They enjoyed the bunk bed and the basement. Located in a convenient area that makes it easy to get around Grand Rapids. We would definitely stay again & would recommend.

We came for a travel team event and appreciated having the amenities of a home. It made the weekend much more comfortable.

We had a Thursday - Sunday stay with the Grandkids , 9 & 6 years old. Great place to stay ! Everything we needed was available! Kids loved the bunk bed & basement .. location made it very easy to get around everywhere in the GR area . We would definitely stay again !

The property was perfect for our family while visiting Grand Valley State University for family weekend. Great location, super clean, stocked with everything you need and great communication with host. High recommend and would stay again in the future.

We came down for a family zoo trip. The house was so beautiful, and clean! It was perfectly located in a nice neighborhood close to Grand Rapids! Would definitely stay here again.

We have 3 kids (ages 8-12) and enjoyed this house while visiting family in Grand Rapids. The extra living space downstairs is great if kids wake early or need a spot to watch tv/play while adults are upstairs/on the deck. Nice yard to play catch. Just a few minutes from a Meijer and other stores/restaurants. Peg & Ken were very sweet. We’ll definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in Jenison! The rental was close to the major attractions we visited and was in a quiet neighborhood. The house was recently updated and I appreciated the well equipped kitchen, comfortable couch, and efficient air conditioning. Overall, if you're looking for a small rental that is close to the action in Grand Rapids, I recommend this one!
