We visit Loveland every year and this rental was perfect for our needs.

This property is in a great quiet cultesac in a nice quiet neighborhood that is close to everything in Loveland, very conveniently located. Everything is what the listing said it would be.

Our visit was pleasant and comfortable. It sure beat a hotel. We were also pleased to find the windows overlooking a lake teaming with geese and white pelicans. A very nice visit.

It was good but I didn’t find a pan to cook in.

I was impressed with the size of the property (perfect for one or two people). The balcony would be a wonderful spot to relax. I didn't get the opportunity because there was a snow storm! But that gave me the chance to spend some cozy time by the fireplace. The location is ideal for anything you want to do in or around Loveland. The property owners were very pleasant and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The guest house was very neat and clean and perfect for a couple. The location was great as we were able to get to many places within a short period of time. We enjoyed our mornings with coffee and evenings on the deck watching the geese swim by.

Our Neighbor Host experience was great from the door entrance (Evolve VRBO management failed to communicate check-in details) as I had to interrupt the host family during late evening hours… The hosts were great neighbors to have, the home was beautifully kept with all the accommodations we needed, the neighborhood was safe and well maintained with beautiful views. Thank you for the hospitality … and open communications during our stay!

We had a very nice stay. The homeowners were very nice and accomodating. The place was very clean and gave us all the supplies we could need. The location was also very nice.

This location and apartment was very pleasant to stay while visiting my daughter and her husband. I love being next to the water and it was very peaceful here. As a writer I found it a great place to write as it was quiet and peaceful . I will come here again when I visit my family . I regret not bringing my fly rod however!

Peaceful, relaxing, comfortable
The hosts are friendly, helpful, readily available when needed. Unit is above a narrow canal between two lakes and the water can be viewed through the trees just below the deck, not ON the lake. Furnishings are very homey and comfortable. A very positive experience. House is connected to the owners home and in a neighborhood cul de sac. Very quiet.

Very cute place
This place was absolutely adorable. It made it easy to connect with our family in Loveland. The parking is a bit strange in the cul-de-sac but there were nights we got back after midnight and still found a spot. It is in such a cool location and they have really decorated it to feel so warm and inviting. We loved it.
