I had a great time here! Lots of great restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance or a short car ride away. This is very close to UT Austin and there are many fraternity and sorority houses and college students in the area, it was pretty quiet the whole weekend but we also came in December during finals week so I can imagine it might be a bit busier and noisier during warmer parts of the year and earlier in the semester. The apartment itself was relatively clean, with many beds. We liked the large living room and high ceilings. Shared patio with other units was interesting. Building and area felt clean and generally safe. Owner was very fast to respond to messages before and during the trip! Overall A+ no complaints, if we return to Austin I will remember this spot!

The neighborhood, space and parking accomodation worked great. The property lists "huge patio!" but the host neglected to tell us that the patio was under full construction, which not only made the patio dangerous to use, but the workers arrived at 7 AM each day, creating an unacceptable level of noise. In addition, the sink in teh second bathroom was completely clogged unusable, and seemed to be filling up from the drain side. I contacted management, and was told that the faulty sink would be addressed and it was not. This could be a nice property for a family stay visiting the college or city in general, however, there was no excuse for failing to inform us of the nuisance level construction which was underway.

Some minor issues with check-in time as cleaning staff was not aware of new guests checking in ... And water outage due to burst pipe next door... Not fault of property owner. Overall, a nice place, good location... Clean property... Enjoyed stay.

The property was spacious enough for everyone in my party to have their own spot to unwind and relax. The rooftop was a bonus for our group. We were taken away by the views.

Got towed the first night as we got in like 2 am from a delayed flight and did not realize we were in 15 min parking. Second night got towed, security did not see parking permit in dash no fee but caused us to be late to our meetings/conference locating our car and cost us Uber fee. Our rental car had FL plates so just seemed like looking for reasons to tow in the complex. Disappointed unit was not as clean as I would have expected. Served the purpose for the need with multiple rooms.

Spacious and great location, definitely will be coming back in the near future and staying at this property again.

Was nice

The location and proximity to UT Austin was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The parking garage was fairly easy to navigate, even for a large pickup. Remember to bring all of your own coffee, creamer, sugars, etc. as the kitchen is equipped with a full size coffee pot. If you forget, like we did, there is a chain cafe a short walk away.

Bring a small car. Garage is tiny. Place is great though.

We arrived in Austin at 5pm after a 20hrs flight from Australia. At 8pm we were greeted with an ‘email’ from Austinvacay advising that a tradesmen would be at the apartment at 8am to replace two external facing doors. We requested to reschedule to a more suitable time, given a good night sleep was high on our priority list. This request was refused and were advised the work would take one day. After some back and forth and pushing from ourselves, we were offered an alternative room to sleep for the night. We didn’t seek to change rooms, as the alternative room was inferior in size and location. After the first day we advised the tradesmen had not completed the work (there were no doors) and had to provide photos to prove it. Overall the work took full two days to complete. There was no care, consideration or genuine apology provided from anyone. We requested competition for the disruption, these requests were completely ignored. The building itself is in need to repair, the apartment had signs of wear and during our time had flashing light bulbs and beeping smoke alarms. Overall, we had a poor experience and would not recommend staying in this building to anyone.

This place isn’t fancy but it was comfortable, clean and centrally located. It was perfect for our group.

I loved the location of the apartment very convenient my only issue was they gave me wrong check in number and I called and texted the only number that I had. No reply, I emailed and got a reply quickly giving me the correct number but other than that small issue place was clean, will definitely be going back whenever we are in town

The apartment checked all our boxes and the view from the upper deck was a plus. The only issues we had was The door code not working and we couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone when temperatures were over 100° outside. The interior walls paint look outdated and stained which needs to be redone. The elevator wasn’t working for two days with the property being above the fifth floor. One compliment: we got our checkout date confused and they were very understanding about it. We would stay here again.

All the rooms were in good shape. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen had your basic needs. The location was excellent as not costly to Uber to the city life. If you have the budget for 603 then you should have a great time!

This was a great place to visit our UT granddaughter. We were in the unit for one week. Plenty of room for a comfortable stay. I worked most days and the Wi-Fi was good and reliable. We appreciated how well the kitchen was equipped. The TV is a Roku with all of the major steaming services included. We missed having local stations but not a big deal. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. We will likely stay here again.

Fire alarms need battery. Apartment was very dirty. Floor is dirty. Walls have spills on them which was honestly discussing.

Beautiful condo with all the comforts and very clean. The wrap around patio is awesome! Had a beautiful stay. The second bath has some water dripping issue that we hope will be addressed to make it a perfect stay! We recommend this for anyone looking forward a stay in Austin!.
