Beso del Mar is Heaven on earth. Julie, Myla and Joseph are top-notch and ensured our stay was one of complete relaxation with nothing to fuss about. The home is gorgeous and an absolute ten out of ten with beautiful grounds and breathtaking views. The walk to the beach was short and the walk down the path was so picturesque. (I may have taken more pics of the walkway than the beach itself, I was so taken with the uniqueness of it!) We wanted for nothing as far a kitchenware, linens, etc. The beds are super comfy. Boat excursion with Pravie was the icing on the cake. We are so glad Julie recommended him. If you make the right choice and rent this villa, do this, you will not be disappointed. Having our own pool was fantastic. If you want to vacation on your own terms and not be surrounded by others, this more than fits the bill. Firstly, Julie and her team are so kind and truly want to make your stay as best it can be! The villa is beautiful, clean and has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. The pool area and the views it offers is amazing. The grounds are meticulously kept and a small garden area offers fresh herbs and peppers which we took advantage of! The villa is also in an excellent location, so close to the many attractions the island has to offer! We would definitely book Beso Del Mar again!

Gorgeous house that was very clean and airy. Beautiful well kept grounds and just a short walk to the beach. Pool was very nice and cabana was great to sit in and conversate.

Amazing location, 15 minutes drive from the airport, seems further away from the picture but truly 5 minutes walk to the beach through the garden, beach with reef for snorkelling, good restaurant nearby with lovely bar - Mango Reef, we went multiple times - and 5 minutes drive from a great supermarket. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and more. The house is lovely with beautiful view with the all-round terrace, lots of space to eat outside, super well equipped kitchen and house in general. We really had a fabulous, restful and relaxing time there.

Julie and her team are amazing hosts! Everything was even more beautiful than as pictured! The home was lovely and we adored the pool and patio space. We chose to drive to the beach but it was a very easy drive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our first time in Turks and Caicos, and we loved it! I highly recommend staying here! Beso del Mar is in a perfect location. We enjoyed the restaurants Julie recommended, which are nearby, within walking distance. The beach by the villa has amazing snorkeling. We snorkeled two other places while on our trip, and the snorkeling right by the house is excellent. The steps to the beach are steep, as the house sits up high on the hill, but anyone with mobility issues could just drive down to the lower road, and then the beach is a very short walk on flat ground. Due to the time of year we were there, the house did get very hot. However, the AC's in the bedrooms work great, and we had amazing sleeps on extremely comfortable beds. Julie is extremely accommodating and available to answer any questions either by phone or text, both before your trip, and while you're there. Any of our needs were met immediately. Joseph and Myla were extremely helpful. It was wonderful to have contacts close by while we were there. Thank you Julie, Myla and Joseph for all your assistance- you were wonderful!

Julie's property was absolute perfection. We stayed for about a week with our family of four. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The home is very well stocked with almost anything you need for a vacation. We dined at several of the restaurants that Julie suggested and they were all winners. We also bought groceries and cooked at the villa some mornings and it was great to have everything we needed to easily put together a meal. The home is beautiful and the views from the outdoor area were absolutely magnificent. We sat there for hours just enjoying the view in the morning and evening time. The outdoor space was incredible, complete with a little walkway and beautiful gardens to explore. The location of the villa was perfect. We were 10 minutes from the main grace bay area, 5 minutes to the local grocery store, 5 minutes to local restaurants, and another 5 minutes to a closer beach. It was just heaven. This was our first visit to Turks & Caicos but certainly won't be the last. We've vacationed at many different islands but this one has the absolute most beautiful beaches. The Villa was the icing on the cake and we would certainly visit this home again. The views, the space, and the amenities were all perfect for our small family. Julie was great at communicating with us and helping us feel comfortable even before the trip began. Perfect home, perfect trip! We're already making plans to come back soon.

First of all, the house is aesthetically beautiful! Everything’s functional! The pool is great! The view is stunning! The owner, Julie, is great! Joseph is a plus! He is very nice and accommodating! You will need to rent a car to get around TCI. I believe the Villa is by a downtown area and has much affordable restaurants and groceries.The place is close to everything. My kids are very picky on food, and we were able to make use of the stove, oven, and toaster! Our favorite place to eat there is Sweet T’s for chicken wings and fries-spent $30 for a family of 5. The Patty Place-excellent Jamaican Pattie’s!❤️Turkberry for ice cream and donuts! Da Conch Shack-it’s worth a try. We went there but not too crazy about it. Overall, the villa is perfect for our family! We enjoyed cooking, swimming, and playing scrabble and boogle at night! I highly recommend this Villa!

The Villa had everything needed to accommodate a relaxing vacation! The views of the ocean were amazing from the patio and pool! The air conditioned bedrooms were an extra added bonus after a hot day at the beach! The Villa was clean and had plenty of towels for the beach / pool! The Villa is located extremely close to the restaurants and shopping of Grace Bay. The beach that is located near the house was perfect in that it had swimming and snorkeling without any crowd whatsoever! We were the only ones there one morning! Julie (owner), Myla (house manager) and Joseph (grounds keeper) all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we needed and wanted!

We just returned from our second trip to TCI and first stay at Beso del Mar. The villa was centrally located which made it the perfect launching point for many TCI attractions that we enjoyed this time around: - 3 minute drive to the beach (you can also walk there) and Baci/Sharkbite/Mango Reef - 10 minutes to Grace Bay beaches/shops/restaurants - 15 minutes to Sapodilla Bay Beach (and nearby Taylor Bay Beach) - 15 minutes to Bugaloo's and Omar's Beach Hut Our 3 kids (ages 4-12) had so much fun at the pool every day. It was the perfect size and ranged from 4-5 feet deep. Lots of comfy seating in both sun and shade around the pool area! Inside the villa was spacious and clean, with lots of kitchen supplies, nice breezes through the screened windows and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Julie provides a free cell phone to make local calls which was great! She also has a thorough welcome letter with information on the villa and local info. She graciously offered to let us stay a bit later than checkout time on the last day, which was appreciated. We would recommend Beso del Mar to anyone looking for a private villa in Turks & Caicos!

We had a great stay at Julie’s place. It was clean and comfortable and had a great view of the water. The pool was lovely. Julie and her staff were attentive and quickly responded when we had any questions. Highly recommended!

What a fabulous find!!! Caribbean dream holiday. Property exactly as described. Julie went over and above to help us. Concierge service really helpful on first day. Don’t walk to IGA. This was the most effortless vacation I have ever taken. The villa is exactly as listed and pictured. The owner responded to our questions, before and during the trip, immediately and comprehensively. The on-site host accomodated our timing so there was zero waiting to check in or check out. It felt really good to know that if we needed help the owner or on-site host would be so incredibly responsive. The villa was perfect for our family of four, which includes two college students. There was plenty of space for us to gather and also find nooks for time alone. The pool area was delightful and we ate at the covered outdoor dining table every night. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the grill is a huge bonus. Indoor and outdoor furniture is comfortable and clean. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach, 15-minute walk (on the beach) to Smith's Reef, and 20-minute walk (on the beach) to The Bight for snorkeling. The villa feels secluded but is near (by car) to the grocery store and restaurants. The gardens and landscape architecture are beautiful! On the whole, this feels like a lovingly tended to property and just an effortless vacation experience.

Our family and friends had a great time at Julie’s villa. Julie herself was extremely commutative and provided detailed instructions as well as recommendations for things to do on the island. This was much appreciated since we had a large group. We felt very at home with her thoughtful accommodations. The pool was perfect for the kids and we were able to cook some meals at home with a fully stocked kitchen. We only wish we had more time to explore the beautiful island and would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a stress free and relaxing vacation.

Our family with adult children, have rented many villas throughout the Carribean and this was the first time to Providenciales for us. Villa was everything we needed. We really appreciated all the beach accessories, chairs, umbrella, wagon, and cooler bag. Home was spotless. Communication with owner was very easy. We really enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk on the path to the Smiths Reef beach, which had very few people there. The stairs could be tough for someone with stability/mobility issues. But then you drive. Loved the view without the beach location price tag. We liked our bedroom windows open at night and had no issues with safety our whole stay. The grounds at this villa are very nicely maintained. Island is very easy to navigate. Our original excursion with Ocean Vibes was canceled the day of excursion due to weather and Julie had recommended Caicos Dream Tours in her original notes, so we called them and they got us in that day- Loved our boat day! House pool is a great size and we sat out by it every night. Thanks Julie for everything!

Julie’s place was perfect for our family of 4. Best snorkeling on island within walking distance to Smith’s Reef. Driving to Grace Bay was super easy for afternoon’s spent in the most beautiful water. The house is well-equipped with everything you need to cook, grill, visit the beach and enjoy the view at night by the pool. Julie was very helpful and Myla met us an ensured we were all set for a great stay. Was one of the best equipped rentals we have ever had.

Beso Del Mar was simply amazing and Julie could not have been more accommodating! The views are stunning, the house is equipped with absolutely anything and everything we could possibly need. The beds are comfortable, the short walk to the beach is such a cool aspect of the place....Julie connected us with Tom and Provi for two days out on the water which was simply amazing for our 5 kids (14-21 yo). The house is close to turkey bay, the local grocery store and the resorts on Grace Bay but has the benefit of being in a private location. Wr loved it and appreciated how helpful Julie was to make sure we were happy. THANK YOU!!

Julie’s property was beautiful! About a 10 min walk to the beach down a stair path and across the street. The pool was fabulous and the accommodations were great. Will definitely be back!

Our Family had an Amazing stay! From the beginning of my search until the last minute of our stay -Julie the owner was fantastic and helped me with every detail of our trip!!! The house had a breathtaking view and was beautiful! Our teens loved the pool ! The location was perfect and we loved exploring the island! Myla and Donald were wonderful as well and we hated to have to leave!!! Thankful for the opportunity to stay in this lovely home and meet all the special people and we will cherish our memories here!!

I wholeheartedly agree with other reviewers - Beso Del Mar is even more beautiful than the pictures! We spent six days there and it was everything we hoped for and more. The house is perched on a hill overlooking beautiful Bight Beach, a 7-8 minute walk. There beach was uncrowded, and had gorgeous coral reefs with many different colorful fish throughout - just an amazing experience. The private pool, loungers, and outdoor furnishings and hammocks were perfect for our family--the kids enjoyed, overlooking the ocean, as much as anything!. The bedrooms were simple, with lovely furnishings, and kept cool with the mini-split AC units, while the rest of the house was quite comfortable with screen windows and overhead fans coupled with the great ocean breeze. The kitchen set up was perfect, and we used the outdoor grill as well; it was a big upside to staying at the house. The location was perfect, convenient to the airport, Turtle Cove, and Grace Bay and the downtown shopping areas, and also close to Chalk Sound. Overall, terrific experience!

Beso del Mar exceeded our expectations, from the spacious floor plan, cozy bedrooms and updated furnishings, to the breathtaking views, perfectly sized pool and private location. The villa is situated in an ideal setting, perched atop a small hill that overlooks the ocean panorama. Take a stroll through the manicured backyard and down along a path, and in just a few minutes you arrive at a secluded beach. Most days you’ll only find a handful of others nearby. The beach features fine white sand, crystalline water that glows phosphorescent blue and green in the sun, and a reef line with plenty of colorful marine life to explore. Our villa host Julie thought of every detail to make our family’s stay welcoming and carefree. We were able to use some of her beach gear, including a small cooler, beach chairs, and a wagon to make our short stroll to the beach easier. Julie was very resourceful and responsive with any questions. Her friendly caretaker Myla welcomed us when we arrived to ensure we were comfortable and acquainted with the house. If you want a peaceful, relaxing vacation where you choose your own adventure everyday, away from the hubbub of resorts, consider Beso del Mar. It just may exceed your own expectations.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Julie was so communicative and made everything easy and Myla was a great onsite property manager who helped coordinate a family photographer for us during our trip which was such a bonus! The property is lovely and perfect for our family with small kids. We could not get over the gorgeous ocean views while swimming in the pool. We can't wait to come back next year!

Lots and lots of good to say about this property with only one small nuance. First the good. Julie is great. Communication from the get-go was great and she was there every step of the way. The house is perfect, sitting on the hill with views, and the private pool was awesome. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, grill was new, and there are games and books in the entertainment stand (though we didn't use them much as the weather was perfect). This is definitely a place that we would stay again. The one small thing for future guests to know is that the AC is only in the bedrooms. The living, kitchen, and dining rooms rely on the breezes to keep it cool. Coming from Florida, this was not a big deal for us as we were used to the heat on days that the breezes were either still or coming from the wrong direction but some might do as well as we did in the summer.

We loved staying at Beso Del Mar! Great space, wonderful, private pool, and tons of outdoor space and excellent seating overlooking the Caribbean and large property. What’s not to love? A/C in every bedroom and a full kitchen with everything. Julie is quite possibly the best owner/communicator we have ever had the pleasure of working with at a VRBO property. Highly recommended.
