I booked this property for a week in May for my family. There were 5 grandchildren and 8 adults. When we arrived at the house we had no issues getting into the house but soon learned that the AC on the second floor wasn’t working. Since it was Sunday we had to wait till the next day for it to be fixed. Turned out it was an issue they have had in the past. The thermostat was also locked at 77 during the day throughout the house so you could not lower the temp until 9pm. Any child napping had to sleep in a less than optimal environment. If you do happen to try your luck at this property, be aware of the extremely slippery pool deck. It has no grit so we’re all caught off guard when we stepped onto the deck. We immediately purchased rubber bottom shoes for the kids to prevent them from slipping. Unfortunately on the last day my 6 yr old granddaughter cracked her 4 front teeth when WALKING to get her rubber bottom shoes. There were other issues that I wouldn’t have been super concerned about like a broken oven and 3 out of 4 light bulbs in the master bathroom being out when we arrived. Isn’t that what a “property management company” is suppose to check before a guest arrives?? I’ve been to many VRBOs and Airbnbs, I could not be more dissatisfied with how these matters were handled. Especially when I was told a manager from the property management Co. would be contacting me about the issues, most importantly my granddaughters teeth, yet I haven’t gotten a call. Beware!

This property was perfect for our annual summer family trip! The house was clean, well stocked and large enough for 15 of us to spread out for the entire week. The kids loved the downstairs area, fishing off the dock and swimming all day long! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were bummed to leave. We will definitely visit this property again

Everything was wonderful. The house is beautiful. Looks exactly as described. It has everything you need to cook. The location was perfect. It is walkable to everything.

Love this house! It was even better than the pictures online. The location is perfect walking distance to the beach, food, etc. We would book this house again in the future!

The pictures on the listing do not do this house justice. This house is what you see in the pictures and way more. Beautiful, detailed, and extremely spacious. We were 4 families, and a total of 15 people, and it never felt crowded. The top notch amenities made all the difference, like double oven, 2 microwave ovens, 2 sets of washer and dryer, game room, pool, dock, etc. You won't regret booking this property.

Beautiful home for a large group and great location. My only complaint is the amenities offered. We were a large group traveling out of state so it is hard to bring everything you need for a beach vacation. The home sleeps 14 but they only had 6 beach chairs that were poor quality and a few broken, no coolers. The linens were poor quality and some bath towels had holes. no garbage bags or hand soap in bathrooms very minimum dish and laundry detergent available. I have stayed at other vrbo homes in the past which were much better in terms of amenities. Pool needed to be cleaned during our week, someone showed up and threw in some chemicals did not vacuum. The thermostat was locked at 72 but would change during the day at specific times to 76. I called the office they said that was normal due to the heat at the time but it seemed to be on schedule the same time every day at the same temp was changed. You can dock a boat but boat lift is not available for use.

This location is perfect for those who want to be in the mix of Ft Myers beach. It is easy to walk to Times Square, restaurants and bars. The house is spacious allowing the family to spread out. The pool are has a nice drink refrigerator and grill with adequate seating. The garage has chairs and a wagon for beach days. The house was clean and the property manager was quick to respond. Overall a great family rental.

We had a great time and the property is awesome.... bigger thsn we expected. Waterfront location & proximity to Bay is 10+. Tied up the boat and even in low time- no issues (pontoon) Thank you!
