We traveled with my Brother and Sister for our Anniversary’s. We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful, well appointed home. We had everything and more than what we needed. Thank you for everything!!

We had other plans the week we rented, but things don’t always go as planned. So we booked this last minute. It was exactly what we needed. Everyone loved the place. Felt so comfortable there. My daughter loved the pool. We loved the lanai. There was an issue with the kayaks and host didn’t hesitate to correct the problem. We reached out to them and within hours we had 2 new kayaks to use. They responded within minutes to any questions we had. Will be back and hope to stay longer next time. If we could give them 10 stars we would!!!

We were so impressed by this home. Not only was it gorgeous. It had everything you could want to have a fun getaway but had all the amenities of home. Plus everything is labeled!!! That was my favorite. We were able to find anything we were looking for so quickly. Best vrbo we have ever stayed at. We basically lived outside the entire time in the pool, kayaking, fishing and even ate and game played out there. I just can’t say enough. We hope to go back again. Thanks for sharing your home.

Stayed for 7 days with my family of 5, the stay was fantastic! House was very clean, organized, with lots of amenities. Rob was extremely helpful and just a text/call away. The house was beautiful! 10stars!

We just came back from a fantastic 1-month stay at this property and couldn't have been happier. We had plenty of space for our group of 5. I can honestly say, we never sat in the dining room and barely used the living room. All of our waking time at the house was spent in the lanai! Between the seating, pool, tv, grill, dock, etc., everything we needed was outside!! The house was well stocked with towels, beach towels, pots, pans, dishes, small appliances, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, etc. We have not stayed at another property with such attention to detail. There was one small hiccup while we were there, and the owner, Rob, was there to attend to it himself. I would highly recommend this property. As I told the owner, it is the type of property we would purchase!

This house was perfect for our group. Spent most of the time sitting around the pool Grilling out and enjoying the sunshine. The inside of the house is decorated perfectly. Without question and after many past positive experiences, this was by far the best VRBO experience our family has ever had! The owners were incredibly helpful before and throughout the trip checking in with us, the location was in a wonderful safe area of upscale homes and the home was impeccable. It was clean, well stocked with everything one could think of and just an absolute pleasure to spend our holidays together in. I cannot recommend enough staying in Rob's home-you won't regret a moment. 5 star experience all the way around!

We loved our stay! The house was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The channel was nice and quiet as well! We enjoyed the pool area every day/night and made the most amazing meal with the grill on the patio from a fresh seafood hut. Our hosts did everything they could to ensure we had everything we needed, during our stay! We'll be back!

Everything was smooth sailing from booking to arrival and departure. The home is as pictured, beautiful and relaxing. The location is perfect , and the owners take care to ensure the needs of their guests are met.

Absolutely beautiful home with all amenities ready for you! Gorgeous kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, spices, coffee/espresso maker etc.; laundry on-site; 2 nice bathrooms with walk-in showers; 3 lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds, pillows, and bedding; comfy living space; formal dining area. Now for the best part—the lanai is decked out with seating, bar height fire table, grill, inground pool just the right size for our group of five, pool floats and more. We were here in August and really should have paid the extra to heat the pool—the kids (20, 21, 27) were fine, but mom was too chilled to partake more than once. Who knew you could get chilly when it’s 90+ out :)? The canal was awesome with seating and plenty of fish. The fish light in the evening lets you watch the various fish swim by. The owners stocked the garage with fishing poles, beach goods, bikes, extras if you have a little one with… I really can’t think of anything I would have wanted that wasn’t there—other than maybe a couple thermal cups with lids to take morning coffee to the dock (no glassware to be used on lanai or at dock)—but that was remedied after a trip to nearby Fisherman’s Village where we picked up the perfect cups establishing that Punta Gorda is truly our new paradise. The worst part of our stay was leaving!! We’ll miss this lovely home and Punta Gorda. Thank you for everything!! Until next time…

If I could live in this house, I would. The house, outdoor area and pool are perfectly maintained and well laid out. Everything is immaculate and clean! The kitchen is well stocked with the drawers and cabinets labeled with the contents so you don’t have to search for things. The extra efforts for vacation travelers are what puts this property over the top. There are so many thoughtful touches including USB outlets in every room, extra blankets and towels, travel-size toiletries to get you started and cover you if you forgot to pack something, a basket full of yummy snacks to welcome visitors, household necessities like paper towels, trash bags and dishwasher detergent, and so much more. This is hands down the best rentals property I’ve ever stayed at. I told my husband we’d be buying the house if it was for sale! I wish I could spend weeks or months here. Just perfect in every way!

This fabulous home has everything you could want to make your vacation the best ever. There was nothing we needed that we didn’t have. The beds were so comfortable they hugged you to sleep. The fish light was really fun to watch and we saw 4 huge Tarpon circling it right by the dock! We played cards every night on the lanai fire table and swam in the heated pool almost every day. I can’t wait to go back!!

What a beautiful home on the canal. We loved sitting on the lanai in the morning for coffee, watching the fish at night and just relaxing in the pool. The hosts have thought of everything from a fresh and automatic coffee maker, bikes, kayaks and even a really nice grill. We had a blast fishing off the dock and saw 4 nice snook hanging around. This was the vacation we needed. Thank you to our hosts Jill and Rob for making it a super fun time.

Very comfortable, nicely decorated house in a very convenient location in Punta Gorda. About 6 miles from PG airport. Close to grocery stores and a Walgreens. Close to Fisherman’s Village, which is a cute area with shops and restaurants on the water. Lots of personal items(shampoo/conditioner/toothpaste) available in the house that made the stay easy and comfortable. Beds and pillows very comfy. Pool area very nice; the pool is heated and nice. We were a little confused about the pool cover; but the owner and manager both texted me and were very helpful. Fun time!
