We came to Orlando for my sons wedding - Condo was exactly as listed. We actually didn't spend a ton of time there so didn't get to experience the resort itself. The only negative thing I would say is they could use more bath towels and maybe some throw blankets.

Our group really enjoyed our stay here. It had plenty of room for our group of 9. It isn't far from the pool either. The kitchen even had a cork-screw which sometimes is missing from a rental kitchen. My only recommendation is to bring containers for leftovers if you plan on cooking. It makes sense why they don't have any.

Property is as advertised. Very spatious with a great layout. Had everything we needed. 20-25 minutes to all Disney Parks. Minor delays with traffic but no more than 7 minute delays. We have stayed on Disney property a handful of times and time to get to parks from Vista Cay was not much longer. Very nice place. Gated Community as well.

This was a wonderful property for a family of 3 and 4. The girls (17 & 10) shared a room, my 21-year-old son had his own room, and there were 2 rooms with king beds for both sets of parents. It was a beautiful space. Plenty of room for us all. Nicely decorated and updated. Would definitely stay again. The pool area is amazing; it is very large and heated with a large hot tub.

Took a business trip and the property worked out perfectly!

Nice commendations …clean except the hardwood floors . We all took our shoes off as we entered the condo n the bottom of our feet were black in no time…. Other than that it was nice n I would rent it again

This is a great location for a trip to Iniversal. Approximately 3.5 miles from the parking area of Universal and took about 10 minutes to get there with traffic. Condo was very large and on the ground floor. Property management picked up trash every day and everyone was very polite. Proprty owner Tom responded very quickly to our inquiry. The kitchen is not fully stocked (only 3 glasses, no muffin pan, etc.) but we used paper plates and cups so no big deal at all for us. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Need a couple of extra blankets

We will not stay here again. VRBO stated an after 3pm check-in, while the Welcome Packet email from the resort stated 4pm. Our group arrived at 2:30 and hung out at the pool until a little after 3pm. Upon entering the rental we were met with a uncleaned Apartment. The property manager asked for us to wait an additional an hour before checking in and told us that the apartment should be cleaned by 4pm. Due to a prior engagement we couldn't wait an additional hour. Therefore, we started getting ready in the living room while the one cleaner worked around us. At that point I messaged the owner of the property about the problem but have not heard from them. Be cautious when using this owner and property.

Was a great place for making wonderful memories. Clean, spacious, very comfortable. Loved sitting on the patio watching the grandkids at the playground across the road, and the activity on the basketball court. Close to all the important places with many possibilities for dining. Loved it all. However, could you do something about the humidity and heat?🤗

Nice space, large enough for all 10 people. Comfortable beds, loved the pool, hot tub was awesome and the location couldn’t be better. Will stay again.

The condo was perfect for us. Everyone was able to have their own room and plenty of space. Everything was clean. The condo was perfectly located directly across from the playground so we could send the kids out to play while the adults relaxed. It was super close to the pool which was excellent. Overall we had a great time and will definitely keep this one in mind for our trip next year.

The condo was gorgeous and had plenty of room. You can tell it is stayed in frequently with wall dings and such, but that didn’t matter to us. Our only issue was the walk to the convention center. It is HUGE, and the concourse we needed was a 35 minute walk one way. We decided to Uber there instead, which was an unexpected cost. Other than that, great amenities and a wonderful stay.

Even though there were a few hiccups we truly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property manager was great. Any issues we had were taken seriously and figured out. This was more vista cays cleaning crew , not the property owner. He was great and very responsive. Location was amazing ! We were just a minute from the pool, ground level, and just minutes away from discovery cove, sea world , and international drive. Stores near by so we took a few walks. Had a rental car so we were close to universal. Overall it was a great place. Stayed for 8 days , 4 adults and 4 kids ages 8-16. Couldn’t get them out of the pool. Plenty of room for all in the condo. Nice to be able to buy grocery’s and have them delivered. We didn’t have to worry about spending so much money eating out every day. It’s been 3 years since our last vacation. Haven’t seen the kids grandparents since then. It was nice to all gather as a family in Orlando. Thanks again for the great experience Tom.

We had an amazing time in the extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and roomy unit. Tom, the property owner/manager was “Johnny on the spot.” There were ample check-ins to ensure we had everything we needed and great lines of communication with Tom. I would book this unit and with him again in a heartbeat!

Super close to the convention center and Universal Studio . Condo is very spacious . Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Could you a few more wine glasses but it was ok. Also , only one paper towel was provided but we knew that beforehand. The corner unit made the entry and exit very convenient. Overall very nice . We definitely would stay there again.

I came here with 5 guys total for a trip to universal studios. This Vrbo was extremely nice. The rental was clean and very spacious. There are 5 beds total and a pull out couch which can sleep 6 guys with ease. The only complaint that I would have is that we wished there was more bedding as we couldn’t find any for the pull out sofa. There were extra pillows in each closet but no extra sheets or blankets. The location is great for conventions or visiting the parks. We did not get a chance to go into the pool, however what we saw, it looked very nice. There is also an arcade and a pool table in the pool area which would be fun if we utilized it. There is a nice little playground and basketball court right outside the unit which would also be nice if you had kids. The location is quiet and the grounds are well taken care of. Overall, I give this 5 stars and we will be going back here for our yearly guys trip when we come to Orlando.

The location was perfect. Close to Universal Studios, which is what we wanted. Plenty of space and comfortable beds for my large family. The only downfall was cleanliness. Overall it was okay, but could use a deep clean. Thick coat of dust on all the ceiling fans, air vents, bathroom light fixtures and blinds. The dust around the air vent was so dusty that the ceiling around it was stained by the dust. It was very noticeable, and with allergies even more so. We dared not turn on the fan. The area and amenities were very nice.

Prior to my travel date I repeatedly asked the owner for instructions to access the property. I kept receiving information that did not include the unit access code. at 9:00 PM the evening of arrival I had to make repeated calls to the owner for the code as my family waited in the parking lot. He finally answered and then VRBO finally emailed me the welcome information with the codes. Also - the majority of the linens had yellow staining and were pretty gross. The cleaning of the unit was good on the surface but very dirty under beds, in the pullout couch mattress etc.

1st let me say the positives...Nice property in gated community. Nive amenities. Good location. BUT...they charge a substantial deposit to make sure you leave unit clean and ours was definitely NOT when we got there. Food and other items under and behind furniture and one of the beds. Hair on bathroom towel and ac vents were disgustingly dirty. Love the property, just maybe amp up on the cleaning?
