It was everything we needed or wanted for our stay. Kaitlynn went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from checking us in to setting us up for activities we were interested in. The place was clean, comfortable and the location worked well for us.

The property is wonderfully clean and maintained. The staff is virtually begging you to let them help you make your stay better; arranging golf carts at great rates delivered to your door to carrying your luggage to your room. It was the first time we stayed in town, and we understood there would be more noise. We wanted this experience because the town and its people are why we love this destination. Everything was so close, we were able to walk to eat dinner twice. Additionally, we walked to the French bakery twice for breakfast. The stores were also within walking distance. There is a bar across the street that is also pretty hopping for an evening drink. The room had everything needed for a morning coffee to watch the sun rise and enjoy the sea breeze to being another day in paradise. It has all the TV channels, so you can catch the game back home or keep up on the news as well. Highly recommend.

This place is literally across the street from the airport. You just need to walk over to the place. No need to worry about airport noise because it is all small planes so it has about the same noise as a lawnmower. The property manager was very attentive and helpful. I will definitely be looking to stay there the next time we visit Belize.

Wonderful location right in town waking distance to all the good restaurants. The condo was clean, safe, and comfortable. The hosts were amazing. Yvette picked us (and our overflowing luggage) up in the golf cart and got us settled for our comfortable 10 days. She was very responsive to emails/texts and made sure we always had what we needed. Housekeeping was thorough and efficient, only coming on the schedule you request. Wifi was very spotty, so if you are traveling with work in mind that may be a consideration. They have a website/app available with so much great information on local bars, restaurants, and stores. We will absolutely return.

Modern unit with a full kitchen, sitting room, king size bed and a balcony overlooking the ocean. Location is only a few minutes walk to San Pedro restaurants, water taxi, airport. Grocery store next door. No need to rent a golf cart. Thank you Yvette for taking care of us. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would stay again.

Yvette the property manager was AMAZING, whatever you’re paying her, it’s not enough. Property was clean and looked exactly like the listing. Right next to airport, walk-mart, and multiple bars/shops/restaurants. The water was a little “seaweed” heavy, but that’s not the property owners fault. We had one tiny issue with a toilet handle, but it was fixed an hour after mentioning it. Great stay.

Yvette, the manager, and the housekeeping lady went above and beyond to be helpful. We stayed there to be close to a friend who stayed at Ramons, two buildings down. The condo was twice as big and half the price. Very good value. Plus it has a full kitchen and there are two great restaurants just a short walk down the beach. It's very convenient to both the water taxi and the regional airport, making transportation a breeze. You can hear an occasional plane go over but not many. There are several tour boats, just a walk down the beach.We didn't like the town of San Pedro at all, very crowded, too many fuming golf carts everywhere, but we found we didn't need to be in town at all, we had everything we needed either on the beach or right behind the property. We rented a golf cart to explore the town and beyond, which turned out to be a waste of money because there was nothing we wanted to do. Even Secret Beach was a let down. A loud, crowded bar scene with at least 100 chaise lounges and loud music on what once was probably a beautiful beach.

My wife and I stayed here on our first trip to San Pedro. Condo is furnished well and absolutely spotless. Location is prime for visiting restaurants and bars, very convenient to the water taxi and air terminal. View is great off the large balcony. Loved it and will be back.

The location was great! Very close to stores, restaurants and bars. We had arranged for a Cart Rental representative to meet us at the airport and were embarrassed when it took him literally 1 minute to take us to the property. That being said; it was a bit noisy during the day but the nights were fine. Lots to do within walking distance. The property manager, Yvette, was amazing! She’s on site 6 days a week and very helpful and friendly.

The space was beautiful and so much more spacious than I thought it would be. It was a short walk to the main hub of the island where the ferry comes in.

The location is awesome, walking distance to downtown. We spent the first 4 days walking to get a real feel for the area before renting a cart to explore further out. The room was clean and welcoming. It is a little dated and could use some maintenance but still a five star review for this property.

Yvette and her team truly made our holiday spectacular. The balcony is a haven, even in the rain, and the King sized bed is really comfortable. There is lots of room to live here, and the location is great. Thanks for a much needed relaxing stay!

We didn't want a "resort" per say, and this was perfect. The grounds were lovely and our apartment had a fabulous view that you cannot get from the larger resorts. The grounds were well kept and island pretty. We met so many wonderful people. Ambergris Caye is a magical place and one of the best dive spots in the world. Yvette was wonderful and a true gem! She is such an asset to the company! I would highly recommend a stay here.
