We’ve been renting around the lake for about 35 years and this is among the nicest we’ve stayed at. There were only two of us and we could only stay for 2 nights but enjoyed the home. The only thing that we couldn’t figure out was how to watch regular cable in the living room as we kept getting a check source message. Great home for two and even better for more. Thank you for our stay.

My husband, son, and I had an incredible time during our stay for March Madness. What a great townhome! Very clean, beds we’re comfortable, and the kitchen was more well stocked than any other rental we have stayed at. There are TVs in every room and the bathrooms are a good size. Would love to stay again! Thanks for sharing your home!

This townhouse had it all - great location, quiet, fully stocked kitchen (great that people leave spices and condiments behind!), incredible master shower. One tiny drawback was the rough sheets. Otherwise, perfect place

The location is very convenient, and the condo is as nice as it appears in the listing photos. The condo has 3 comfortable king beds, a well equipped kitchen, is nicely decorated, and was very clan. We had just a little difficulty getting the confirmation for our booking, but eventually sorted that out with Sue. All in all, this is a nice property that I would consider staying at again in the future.

Condo was a bit hard to find on first try, that was the only down side. Beautiful, quiet and comfy.

Everything was perfect when we got there. We were minutes to the stores and tennis center. Also very close to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have rooms both upstairs and downstairs for privacy. We’d definitely book again!

Great location, clean, nice furnishings and updated kitchen and baths are not to disappoint. I would stay there again, but I would prearrange for the beach passes prior to check in, we totally wanted to go to the beach in Incline and because we were busy with vacation plans were never able to connect with the property manager to get the passes. The beach is walkable, but ONLY if you have the passes can you get in and you have to get the pass from the property manager who may not be available.

Property was great. Description was not completely accurate when it said minutes to beaches. The immediate beaches are only for residents.

Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Forest Pine with two friends. It was the perfect place in every way, I can’t speak highly enough about it. The cleanliness was impeccable, the decor was charming, the beds firm and so comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location was unbeatable. I hope we can come back to this little slice of heaven.

Nestled in between other condos and should not be advertised as a "house", however. From the parking lot, about 150-200ft walk up a shared path. Caught us a bit off guard because a) we arrived late night and it took us about 15min to find and b) getting kids from car to bed was less than ideal (not to mention then caryring all luggage, etc). Great overall but would not have booked had I known it was a "condo". Further, the picture of the exterior is a bit misleading. The picture of the exterior unit actually represents (2) condos. This condo is the left side (2 story) side. **Note** would not recommend to a friend because we all have small kids so basing on that use case.

We had a very nice stay. It was a bit confusing to find the condo, but once we did, check in was easy. It was very clean and the location was great. We would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our time at this property. It's conveniently located near restaurants blocks from the Lake. The rental is well taken care of with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
