Great location. Well equipped. Super clean. Only a Keurig for coffee, so may want to bring electric kettle. Only downside was the sliding door to the bathroom off of the kitchen...not as private as I like.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, cozy & well stocked. Great kitchen set up. We also appreciated the fall decor.. it felt like home. Owner was super responsive with communication. Location was great, walking distance to downtown Ludington. Also, the neighborhood felt very safe. Our only issue was limited privacy on 2nd bathroom with barn door, which is right off kitchen. I provided feedback to owner, and she said her husband adjusted it. Everything else was perfect, so we would stay again. :-)

Everything about this stay was perfect. Everything was clean, our daughters LOVED watching Bluey while taking their nightly baths in the tub, the house is so close to downtown and the beach, the owners have included so many thoughtful amenities. We hope to be back in the future!

There were three of us gals ready to explore Ludington and surrounding area. We were so surprised how beautiful the home we reserved was. Amazing details with well appointed furnishings and extras. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal. It was remodeled with high end appliances and fixtures. It was very clean and welcoming. We hated to leave and would definitely consider making this an annual trip staying at this beautiful home. It was very close to everything in town.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was very clean, well stocked and true to description. The weather didn’t cooperate for us and we still had a great time because the house was gorgeous and had plenty of board games.

Clean property, close to downtown Ludington. Easy to walk into town or the beach. Close to the state park and biking trails.

This was the best VRBO property we have ever stayed at. Great location. Great suggested activities and restaurant book. Comfortable bed, and amazing kitchen. We will be back for sure.

We were impressed the moment we stepped in the door. The decor was beautiful, the owner was considerate in every way, providing detailed instructions for the house and suggestions for the surrounding area. Their provided amenities were thoughtful and very helpful to us as we settled in.

Wonderfully welcoming abode.. Wrap around porch, proximity to lake and downtown all within walking distance made this a great place for our pickleball group.

All I can say is that this place EXCEEDED every expectation - Amy is a great host and we loved it and hope to be back for a fishing trip next year. Thank you for all your hard work you put into this beautiful home!

House was great. It was clean and had everything you would need. The only cons for me was you could hear the people in the up stairs walking around, talking and the tv at times. And the sheets seem clean but I am sensitive to smell and they sprayed Febreze on the sheets with a perfume scent. Luckily I brought my own sheets just in case.

Beautiful city and cute, well done rental. Just one little issue, second bathroom sliding door just isn’t wide enough, not really any privacy. Maybe a regular door would be better when it’s right in kitchen.

My two Teenage kids and I made our way out here for a couple nights to hike and chill at the beach. This was the perfect place for us! The kids already want to come back!! Thanks so much!

Very lovely home. We cooked some of our meals while staying and were very impressed that the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food. Well planned all throughout to make our stay very comfortable. Convenient location to downtown Ludington. Nice neighborhood.

We had a great time at this property, it was beautiful and just right for our little family. Everything was neat and clean, and it felt like the owners had thought of everything we might need, from kitchen utensils to our favorite Cajun seasoning, and even firewood and marshmallow sticks for our fire out back. If we vacation here again we are definitely checking to see if this one is available first!

This house was perfect!! The location to downtown made walking and exploring very easy to do. The house itself is extremely nice. You can tell that thought and detail went into planning the look and feel of the house. It was inviting, warm and had awesome features like the beautiful glass showers and huge tub. It was so nice to have so many amenities included such as coffee, snacks and condiments. It was toddler friendly which was a huge plus. Our little one was able to move about the house safely. The porch was beautiful for relaxing in the sun and letting our daughter play. The owners were nice and responsive when I had any questions. I hope to be able to stay again in the summer!

We loved our stay at this cozy home in Ludington! We were looking for a little getaway between Christmas and New Years and this home was perfect. The house beautifully updated and extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space and the house had everything we needed for our stay! There were so many extra touches such as the Christmas decorations to make it feel like home. We enjoyed drinking our coffee by the fireplace and also had nice weather for an outdoor bonfire!

Clean, beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. This truly felt like home away from home. We can not wait to visit beautiful Ludington again and hope to be return guests.

Coming "home" to Ludington is even better when you have a beautiful place to stay. This tastefully redone home was perfect for our group of 4 adults and one infant. Very clean and well-stocked for cooking our part of the larger family Thanksgiving meal. Beds/linens were comfy (we like mattresses on the firmer side; these felt soft but were super supportive). The fireplace was really nice to have on a colder evening and day, and the rustic touches of reclaimed mantle and bar counter were nice features. Instruction book was very complete with lots of helpful information and recommendations. Would love to stay here again - though I imagine once word gets out, this place will be consistently booked!
