This property was ideal in every way for our needs as an extended family visiting Peninsula for a family wedding. Beautifully presented. Space for all to co exist. Always prompt replies to any questions prior to arrival. I recommend this home very highly.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which featured comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, a gorgeous backyard, a fun game room and a terrific host who was immediately responsive and always helpful --and was kind enough to mail us an important item we left behind. The neighborhood is also safe and walkable to a number of stores, including a super market. There are also nearby trails to walk. We loved our stay, and our group included a 3-year-old, two people in their 40s and a 75-year-old. Everyone had a great time.

Communication with host was extremely prompt & clear. Description of house matched property. Extremely well equipped kitchen, pleasing toiletries, great games room. Plenty of space. Very clean & tidy. Would definitely recommend.

This property is an excellent retreat for a girls getaway ..immaculately clean, amazing comfortable beds with high quality doonas and linen …kitchen is excellently equipped with all your needs ..including Lavazza coffee machine ..a generous supply of coffee pods , every kind of tea variety ..along with cooking condiments ..the outdoor alfresco area has very comfortable couches and cushions along with a table setting to enjoy a perfect time anytime of the day ..breakfast , evening meal and afternoon glass of wine ..as under cover and shaded ..this property rates 5 star and I would thoroughly recommend..perfect for a girl's getaway or family holiday with every thing to make your stay extremely comfortable..highly recommended..and Thankyou to our host Silvana for a perfect stay ..and warm welcome ..

Huge thank you to Silvana for looking after as during our friend's weekend away. The house is perfect and was very spacious for 6 Adults with plenty of space in the kitchen, dining area, living room & outdoor. The house is fully stocked with a great option items like tea/coffee/milk in the kitchen and face wipes/tissues in bathroom and rooms. Lots of extra care has been taken to make sure our stay was comfortable, The beds were comfy, and we felt warm during the cold nights. We enjoyed our time in your beautiful home and can't wait to come back.

Our trip to Rosebud was very good,weather not so good but we didn’t really mind as this house was excellent, had everything we needed and more. Very relaxing in a warm and beautiful house. Our fur pets had a great time,would like to stay again at some stage.

The property is well organised and can cater for up to 8 people. It is very clean and well equipped. It's a convenience location to reach almost all the attractions at Mornington Peninsula. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this time, and will keep an eye on this property when we visit Mornington Peninsula next time.

This house is great for groups of friends. 4 good sized bedrooms, a large and fully appointed kitchen and a great pool table in the garage. We had a great time and it's super close to the beach and supermarkets/mall. Would definitely recommend.

A relaxing home away from home for us in the winter. Silv (host) maintains a high standard of thoughtful hospitality--everything worked, well-made beds, crisp linen, fresh towels, complimentary tea/coffee/biscuits, large clean kitchen. Compared to other holiday accommodations who ask you to bring this/that, or not deliver on their listings, we didn't have to worry about any of that. Found it a rough walk to beach without much of a footpath, but otherwise great value and comfort for family holiday memories with many shops and amenities nearby.

The house was perfect for our family catchup weekend. It was great size and very comfortable for 7 adults, everything was in excellent condition, everything we wanted (and more) was provided.

Very welcoming - lights and heating on for arrival at 5:00pm. Hostess ensured there was nothing not thought of. Would highly recommend.

Our Host Silvana was very prompt with her reply & Our Request was dealt with very respectfully. The House had lovely Soft Furnishings Also the Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. Booked this gorgeous home for a mum's weekend away and it was absolutely perfect. Silvana was a pleasure to deal with, the property was clean and gorgeous with 4 bedrooms, lots of living spaces a great kitchen and lovely outdoor area. So many little details added to our stay - cookies and coffee pods left for us, TV/music on when we arrived . . . .Would be giving it 6 stars if we could!

This house could not have been more perfect for our stay. We had 8 extended family members from kids aged 12 up to adults who stayed for 4 nights. The games room and covered bbq area were equal hits & both got really well used by everyone. The house has absolutely everything you could need - probably the most well equipped holiday house we've ever stayed at! There's nothing the kitchen doesn't have, the games room has heaps of space to spread out & have fun, and all the thoughtful extra touches were really appreciated. The beds were super comfortable and, coupled with the block-out blinds, made for great sleeps every night. The layout & interior design touches throughout the house made our stay feel luxurious. The location is easy walking distance to the beach, shops, mini golf/ten pin bowling but far enough away to feel peaceful. It helped that we were really lucky with the weather! We'd absolutely book this place again & look forward to staying next time.

The Avenues in Rosebud was a beautiful place to stay. The heating was on when we arrived, along with some lovely music playing in the background. The house was very clean, with all the mod cons required to make our stay extra special. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and Silvana's communication was excellent, so thank you Silvana! :)

What a wonderful Easter stay with the family. The property was as advertised and in a fantastic location. The house was presented nicely and the bed in the master was beautiful! I can’t comment on the other rooms but all our family were happy. All four bedrooms were all very tastefully decorated and the kitchen was very well equipped. The play room was perfect on the wet days and we loved playing table tennis while the children had room to play indoors. The back yard had a large undercover area which was perfect. Silvana was great to deal with and very accommodating.

If you are basing your trip in this area, the house presents as a 5 star hotel, just better with extra room and amenities. The host was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

This house is very well equipped and comfortable. We checked in on a hot day and Silvana had left air conditioning running and nature sounds playing for our arrival! Silvana was a great host. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here and absolutely loved this home. The home has everything you need. The kitchen has many different condiments, different types of tea and coffee available. The bathrooms had all the essentials. It has shampoo, conditioner and body wash, beach towels supplies, cotton buds, eye make remover pads and hand cream! All those little extras you wish every place supplied. We all loved those little touches around the home with the decor. You can tell the owner has put a lot of time and effort into this much loved holiday home. Thank you Silvana for having us, will be back again soon!

We were so impressed with the whole house and you are made to feel that this is a *home*, Silvana the wonderful host has thought of everything here. There is ample towels and tea towels, bed linen is beautiful and clean, there is body wash and shampoo, there's olive oil and seasonings in the pantry, ice in the freezer... everything. Our three girls loved our trip as much as we did and we hope to return again soon.
