We stayed here for our girls weekend getaway. The house was the perfect size for our small group and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen stocked, and the house was in a good location.

the property is very good value and the location is central to most attractions. The bedrooms are a bit smaller than the photos suggest. The house is a bit dark during the day unless you leave the lights on. The pool and spa were enjoyed tremendously. The host was very responsive.

Place was clean and just what we needed for a few nights stay with the family. Kids enjoyed the pool.

We mostly used our time at the house to relax and unwind. We spent lots of time in the backyard sunbathing, floating in the pool or in the hot tub. It was perfect for us on our first vacation with no kids since our honeymoon.

We were visiting family in St Petersburg so this house was perfect for all our needs. We had wonderful stay.

We had a great stay with our family! It was about 15 minutes from the beach and had a heated pool and hot tub in the backyard. We were in the pool and hottub a lot since the weather was a bit cooler. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything necessary to stay in and eat and was great to cook in and the bedrooms were good with comfortable mattresses. The room off the master bedroom is much larger than we expected and could easily sleep a 1 or 2 little kids. The only thing possibly missing was an extra chair for the living room. We would highliy recommend this place!

Had a great time at this property. Check-in process was extremely easy. House was clean and worked out great for our group of 6. Kristy was extremely helpful with any issue we had and always answered right away. I would totally recommend staying at this home.

My wife and I went to visit some family in the St. Pete and Tampa area and booked this lovely home. The house as well as the yard was immaculate and very clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The property manager was extremely nice and very helpful. We will absolutely be booking again.

Mike and Kristy were the best hosts! Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The communication was flawless. The home was clean, had everything we could think of ever needing, and the pool was perfect! It’s very close to Jon’s Pass, which I recommend to all who visit. Lots of small local shops, an amazing beach and great food. Something for everyone! The location was so convenient for all that we wanted to do. The house was a such a short drive to everything including Disney World! I highly recommend checking out this home if you’re planning to visit the Clear Water/Saint Pete area. So worth it!! Again such great hosts who are easy to approach with anything and even better at being responsive. You never know what type of host you will get, but they were truly wonderful!! Thank you Mike and Kristy for everything!!!!! I truly mean that. My family had the absolute best vacation this year. We are already planning for next year!

The house was very clean . It was a quiet neighborhood but an older one . The back could stand some attention but the pool was very nice …so relaxing . The area is not a tourist area but easy access to Tampa, St. Pete., and Clearwater, I’d give the place 3 out of 5 Two places you must eat at : 1. Lenny’s 2. Columbia Restaurant The oldest restaurant in Florida Note: reserve table for dinner and show .

The property was exactly as described .We stayed 7 days and had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. Kristy was very easy to contact and took care of getting us a tank of gas for the grill right away. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. that you would need. We cooked most evenings and it was so nice to have a stocked kitchen. I would recommend staying here anytime.

Peaceful and quiet location. Cute home, perfect for a little get-away. Owners have great communication and the property comes exactly how its listed. Close to restaurants, stores and beaches. Great experience!

I cannot say enough about how great our stay was at this house ! The pool was fantastic, the outdoor area was adorable and the layout of the house perfectly fit our family! We regularly vacation in Florida and I thought not staying at a beach front expensive condo would make the vacation less exciting but it was absolutely the opposite. This was the most relaxing but most fun vacation we’ve had in Florida. There is everything in the kitchen you would need for dinners in but close enough to many restaurants for quick dinners out. I personally liked all of the extra special touches (to me) that I didn’t expect such as enough pool tubes and rafts for the whole family, baskets for dirty clothes in every room (instead of us using garbage bags) , tons of beach toys, beach umbrella and large beach mat and many more ! Absolutely the only place we will be staying going forward and we cant wait to come back . The owners are very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions.

Very nice property. Very clean and everything in working order. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Rented bikes at Trail Sport bikes to explore the neighborhood and the amazing Lake Seminole Park only a few blocks away. Very comfortable stay with no issues. Hosts were great to deal with.

Everything was very clean and kitchen had great options for dishes and small appliances. We grilled everyday and enjoyed the outdoor tv and table area. The pool and hot tub were great features and temps were perfect. Owner provided a great guide, be sure to read it when you arrive and it will answer most questions and explain things you need to know. Only additions I would add would be beach chairs, umbrella and extra beach towels. The mat and sand toys were great. We hope to stay again. Owner was great to communicate with and we were very pleased with the property.

2nd year renting this house and it was wonderful again.. 8 adults. Because of the warmer weather for February The pool and spa was used quite often! The house was well stocked with necessities .. close to many beaches. activities, restaurants and shopping. Relaxing and well deserved vacation.. would stay again.. My friends and I three adults had a great time great property clean property. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The property owners agreed to deal with.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here! Kristy was quick to respond to messages and questions during our stay. The house was comfortable, clean, and centrally located between beaches and attractions, with easy access to groceries and other conveniences. It was the perfect size for our group of four adults and two kids. Our kids (ages 6 and 3) had a blast swimming in the pool every day, and the pool and beach toys were a great addition. We would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect, very nicely set up and clean when we arrived. Pool was great, spa heated quickly. Property is close to many restaurants and to both Clearwater beach and/or St. Pete Beach.

Out family of 5 stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed the place. The house was clean and the descriprion was accurate. The property manager was quick to answer any questions we may have had. Lastly, we appreicate their flexibility to accomodate our early check-in and late checkout.

Awesome property. Quaint but had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked. Laundry on premises and detergent there!!! We traveled in January with our family. Purchased the heat surcharge which was definitely worth it. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm.

Great spot for a small family to relax, it has everything one would need, well supplied and cared for. The communication was great, unfortunately upon arrival we found the heat pump for the pool and hot tub was broken and we had just driven 30 hrs for these ammenities. The owners were compassionate and felt bad but were unable to get a company to fix it for us so they refunded some of our money and assisted in finding another property. It was difficult as we had unpacked and were relaxing so to pack all over again including groceries etc. was extremely upsetting. The place otherwise is great, the owners seem like great folks.

House nice but 90% of reason we chose it was for hot tub and heated pool which were unusable our entire stay because the heater was broken. If those features worked, would have given it a much higher rating. We did get about a 20% discount due to the issue but would have chosen a different place if we’d known ahead of time

The host was very kind to allow an extra person to join our group of sisters coming together to celebrate a milestone birthday. We found the house to be very comfortable . All amenities were perfect. The property is a short distance from the beach and we enjoyed exploring the area as well as some fun restaurants.

The house was easy to find not alot traffic around. Nice neighborhood the is. It was clean and have alot of room for a big family to sleep

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The pool/hot tub and tv on the back porch made for a fun and relaxing time every evening after going to the beach. Home is definitely kept clean and had plenty of linens. We look forward to booking this house again next time we come down. Thank you for letting us enjoy it!
