We loved staying in Joanna's property and she was very helpful throughout our visit. Unfortunately the listing doesn't show that the top floor bedroom is open plan and has no doors. This impacts on privacy and on the efficacy of the air-conditioning. We had an issue with the A/C unit in this room for the first 3 days when unfortunately the humidity was very high. We appreciate everything that Joanna did to try and fix the issue and we were issued with an A/C unit, until the integrated unit was fixed. The former was like a 737 taking off beside the bed! Whilst we appreciate what was done, this did have an impact. Otherwise the villa was as described, fantastic location and absolutely spotless and very well equipped.

As soon as we entered this beautiful villa we knew we were gonna have a great time. We felt instantly at home, and loved exploring all the different quirky areas. Six of us stayed there....me and my husband, our three children (18, 16 and 12) and my son's girlfriend. We have stayed in villas in and around Pollenca a few times before so we knew we loved the area. This villa is by far the best one we have stayed in. There were a number of different outside areas giving us plenty of space to either spread out or socialise. The pool was perfect - just the right size and we particularly liked the lighting inside the pool...making night time swimming lots of fun! The garden was an added bonus...tomatoes, peppers and chillies freshly picked were delicious! The location is perfect....stunning views of the town and surrounding hills and mountains. We were lucky enough to be there during the festival and had a spectacular view of the lights and fireworks.... The town is an easy 5 - 10 minute stroll down the hill, making it perfect for exploring the lovely streets of Pollenca with its wonderful restaurants, art galleries, shops and cafes. All in all a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa...definitely want to go back.....

Can Coste is a spacious and well equipped property walking distance from Pollensa. It has a good pool and outside space which is adaptable and suited to outdoor eating. Inside there is a dining room, kitchen and sitting room as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property is well maintained and has eclectic decoration which we liked a lot. We enjoyed our time in the villa and had an excellent holiday. Joana was very helpful and flexible with our arrival and departure time. We would recommend the property to others. There are a couple of things to be aware of. The outside space and pool are not suitable for small children unless very carefully supervised. Access to the property is on a winding single lane road and it is not possible to drive forwards into the property without doing a 3 point turn. The villa is set above the town and walking back would be challenging for anybody with mobility or fitness issues. The air conditioning works on a timer to avoid constant use. This is not a big problem if you know about it. The family bathroom is adequate but might be improved.

Absolutely brilliant. Lovely house. Would come back again at any time of the year. Really really liked the house. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Villa greatly exceeded expectations and pictures which, although attractive, didn't really do it justice! Very well equipped (once you found hidden kettles, toasters etc. !). Pool great and very clean. Frequency of linen changes and light cleaning 3 times a week by very friendly staff was most unexpected but very welcome. Table tennis (in the shade) provided fun for both younger and more elderly guests was again a surprise as it wasn't highlighted in details. Not inexpensive but nevertheless very good value for money. Proximity to Pollenca a real bonus but rather quiet for 20 something "partypeople" (although Puerta de Pollenca - a short taxi trip away - offers some options). Lots of beach options, from budget Puerta de Pollenca to rather more select Cap Formentor (go early to avoid the traffic and crowds in peak times). Would strongly recommend both villa and location.

Villa and pool/ gardens were even better than pictures and location very convenient for walking into Pollenca (which is beautiful!). Sited up the steep hill which requires careful driving but delivers a great view and peace and quiet whilst affording easy car access to Shops and nearby beaches. Area is great for bike rides and walking. Villa was clean and tidy and owners even provided supply of fresh tomatoes from the garden below. Can definitely recommend to ambulant families and will consider for our next visit. Booking through Home and Away was easy and efficient. Thanks for making our holiday such a success!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this quirky and well positioned house. Loved the tomatoes straight from the garden - thank you Joana's father. Walking into Pollenca was easy and v inviting. Great restaurants and lovely atmosphere.
