Beautiful property, very stylish swimming pool.

The owner's family basically took charge of the swimming pool, very loudly and until very late at night.

This place had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Stunning views. Nice, helpful staff. Peaceful.

Wi-Fi didn’t have a strong signal.

Small and friendly family-run hotel. Very informal. Beautiful location in the countryside near Cassino - you could be on a Tuscan hillside. Great views from the small, but lovely, swimming pool. Good location for Monte Cassino.

Not a “dislike” as such, but something to be aware of - Their primarily business is hosting weddings and similar events, so unless you are staying because you are attending one of these, you may find those events take priority / could cause disturbance. A small hire car is recommended because the lane to approach the hotel is narrow.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The photos don’t do it justice. it’s a perfect place to relax and chill. The host was very welcoming and friendly. It’s pretty close to downtown Cassino as well. Highly recommend if you wanna take a break from busy touristy cities and enjoy quite countryside vibe.

All of it really, our judgement was a little clouded by the fact we had heavy rain for the first day and a half but the sun came out and changed our outlook!

No tea making facility's in room.

Beautiful place with lovely staff. If we knew how beautiful it is, we would have booked more nights. We will definitely return in the summer to the swimming pool.

We spent one night at Il Maniero after we have ridden 150 km on ourbicycles in crazy storm. We came totally wet, and were happy, that we could take hot shower, prepare dinner in common garden house and spent nice time with friends by talking about hard conditions in the saddles of our bikes that day. Next day we continued in similar weather over the mountains to the east . We had not missed anything at this nice villa and we left next morning to another stage after very good italian breakfast. Grazzie mille.
