Convenient location; charmingly old building but with good plumbing and an effective heater in the room; excellent breakfast with a good in-hotel restaurant and a lovely atrium; very helpful staff; etc. – this was one of my favorite places I stayed in in Sacred Valley and I'd definitely stay there again. I also really enjoyed hiking around the Incan ruins nearby, among other things.

The hotel sits right on the main square, where Andean pipe music, quite audible in my room, seemed to be being played at least 16 hours/day. I'm not sure if that's always going on, or if it was just for the holidays (I was there around Christmas); but it could get to a person.

I had a wonderful stay in the Pisac Inn. The service is very warm and correct. I will be back!

It was right on the main square so close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful in booking services, ordering taxis, etc. The food was excellent!

Being on the main square it could be kind of loud at times. That being said, most things quiet down early so it wasn’t usually a problem.

they shut off the light in the corridors at night and it is not easy to get to the room without open the flash light in the mobile phone.

Breakfast was excellent with great service. Dinner was fantastic with large helpings. Cosy restaurant with a fireplace have a lovely atmosphere.

We got a room on the corner so we could hear all the people that were passing the hotel on the outside.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They spoke very good English and were able to offer excellent advice regarding local activities. Roxana was particularly welcoming.

There was noise in the main square due to local elections, but that was not any fault of the hotel.

-room was on the small side & quite dark -on the Saturday night a nearby bar had loud music going until past midnight -somewhat expensive for what you get

The staff was super helpful, Roxana and the other staff went above and beyond to assist with what ever needed and suggest activities for us and our kid. The food was superb, we also had some dinners at the restaurant. And the location on the square was great, we could experience what ever happens in this small town, from weddings to elections, while at night everything is quiet. Room was cleaned every day and there was a great hot water stream in the shower.

Our room on the first floor was a bit small for 3.
