We had a wonderful stay over February half term with the family. The chalet was just as described, very clean and welcoming. It was well equipped with soap, toilet roll and washing products. The kitchen was also well equipped. The balcony was lovely and sunny and we enjoyed sitting and reading on the comfy chairs. The location was fab, just a 10 minute easy stroll into the town centre and there was a very good supermarket on the way which was useful for stocking up. We ate out every night and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. We particularly enjoyed Le Local which was a 5 minute walk from the chalet. We loved our stay and would love to return one day.

A great location, a short walk from Morzine centre and right by the bus stop to get to the ski lifts with skis and boots. Very comfortable apartment, and came with everything we needed for a 1 week stay, plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. There were loads of kids toy and board games provided to keep the children (and adults) entertained in the afternoon and evening. We were able to park one car in the garage, plus there are visitors spaces outside and free car parking across the road if required. The host and concierge were great and made checking and in and out a breeze. A great stay - thank you.

Its a really, really nice duplex apartment on the top floor (access via lift) of the development. Everything is modern, there's plenty of space and the beds were super comfortable! It's a 15 min walk to the Super Morzine bubble (for us with kids), but usually a bus would pass us so we quickly realised its easier to wait at the bus stop immediately outside the development. It's at the quieter end of town, but there's restaurants on the way if you wanted to eat after skiing before going to the accommodation. We all thought it was great and would 100% book again.

Spacious, well designed, beautifully decorated and comfortable 4 bedroom apartment. The property is well considered with plenty of kitchen facilities and equipment, laundry, and some thoughtful touches like adaptors, spices, hairdryer - everything that makes a stay easy and comfortable. Location approximately 1 kilometre from centre of Morzine, close to a bus stop with fairly frequent free buses and also an easy flat walk. Thank you David and Laetitia, we had a great stay.

From booking right through to check out, Laëtitia and David ensured our trip was fantastic. The location is great, with a short walk in to the centre of Morzine, or a free regular bus if you cant face the walk on ski boots. The apartment itself is perfect with great utensils and facilities throughout. We had an amazing time in Morzine and this place was a key reason why. We'd love to do it all over again!

Appartement situé dans un des 4 chalets "Bailicimes". Nous avons apprécié la situation -proximité centre ville et accès aux pistes du Pleynet. Navettes à quelques mètres. Tout pour plaire et passer un excellent séjour : belle décoration, équipement de la cuisine (vaisselle, appareils ménagers ...)de qualité. Confort de la literie. Propreté irréprochable. Les propriétaires fournissent un livret d'accueil très complet et l'accueil par les personnes de la conciergerie est très appréciable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Woning ziet er prima uit, mooi uitgerust en elke slaapkamer met eigen badkamer muv kamer beneden. Ligt goed in de buurt van super morzine lift, is met bus goed bereikbaar evenals supermarkt.
