A great house with a ton of space and 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Also in a great location 21 miles from Helen, Ga and 41 miles from Dahlonega. The property location is in Hiwassee which is a great location also. I highly recommend this place. A great, friendly, helpful owner also.

My group came to Hiawassee for a week over July 4th weekend and we had the best time! The house was just as advertised and feels much larger, everyone had plenty of privacy in their separate areas - and the sun room is truly to die for. I spent all of my mornings and late evenings here watching the sun rise/set! Communication with Andrea was timely and the one time we reported a small issue she responded right away with a solution, though we had already taken care of it. The area was perfect for what we were looking for. We spent some time on Lake (recommend pre-booking your rental boats!), exploring the neighboring town of Helen, went horseback riding, river tubing, the gals had a day at Equani Spa while the guys forged their own knives in young Harris, exploring the town of Hiawassee and we even managed to catch a rodeo at Cutworm’s Corral. What a fun and relaxing vacation! The next time we crave a mountain getaway we will definitely look here first!

We rented this property for 8 adults and two dogs. Gorgeous house with ample space. Tastefully decorated with just the right amount of furniture and decorations. Plenty of board games to keep you entertained and a game area in the first fllor/entrance. Very well stock Kitchen with various coffee makers and enough coffee for your first couple of days. Supermarket Ingles is close by. Breathtaking views and a koi pond to relax.The drive to the house is steep, but not terrible. Master bedroom is a gem.The sunroom is so relaxing and have ample space and sitting for a big family to enjoy.The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was the yard to take out the dogs, it needed a little TLC. It was raining the majority of our stay, but with the balcony and the views we were content. I have a bit of disability to walk and was not able to use the inside stairs to go to my room, but was able to use the outside stairs and go inside through one of the many doors. Andrea answers questions farely quickly and even sent us a welcome text. I have visited Hiawassee twice, Rabum gap, Tellico TN, Murphy NC...always go for the mountains area for peace and quiet. This stay was on the top three. I would definitely recommend this house.

The house was beautiful with great views all around. Nice decks and very comfortable beds and furnishings. Nicely equipped kitchen. We enjoyed several hikes on the AT and several near Chatuge Lake. Hamilton Garden was spectacular with all the flowers in bloom. The Pickleball courts are great. My 90 year old mother was with us, and she enjoyed visiting several places she had lived including Tiger Mtn, Blairsville, and especially the property just east of Hiawassee that is now Hightower Creek Vineyard. My Mom & Dad lived there for 10 years, and they operated a you-catch rainbow trout pond called Mossbrook.

Beautiful property. Owners thought of everything. House is high up the mountain but roads are good. Great view!!!

The home was fabulous and in such a great location. Easy access to anything you need yet far enough away to make it perfect.

We enjoyed our July 4th weekend in the mountains. The family enjoyed eating meals on the porch overlooking the lake. We even saw some fireworks in the distance. The house was well stocked with cookware and games :)

My family (my wife, my 4.5 yr old, my 7 mo old, and I) had a beautiful weekend at the house in Hiawassee. The view from the balcony is incredible and gave us a beautiful show at sunrise and sunset.
