A few friends and I stayed here for the Birkie weekend and had such a wonderful time! The cabin is modern, cozy and well stocked with anything we could have needed. The beds were also incredibly comfortable! We will certainly be staying here again next time we are in the Hayward area!

Better than advertised

Very cute, clean nicely decorated cabin. Great spot to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet. Had everything we needed plus more. Great firewood, too! We will definitely be visiting again.

As beautiful as the pictures are they don't do the property justice. We came at prime fall color time and it was like a storybook. The accommodations were comfortable and our hosts were excellent communicators. This was one of the best stays I've experienced through any site.

It was so lovely! Four adults had plenty of room! This cabin is very neat and clean and the screened in porch provided a 2nd living area with a table & chairs, sofa and loveseat. One person slept out there both nights on the blow up mattress and one of us slept on the couch (very comfy!) while the other two had their own bedroom. The fire pit area would be great to use (it was too hot and dry so we didn’t use it) and we enjoyed playing corn hole with the board & bags provided, and all of the outdoor chairs and outdoor side tables were cool. We loved it! We brought fans because we didn’t know if any were provided. There is a large one on the deck and one in the living room. We put one in each bedroom (that we brought along). We look forward to renting this lovely space again! The extras were plenty!! Thank you, Mark and Donna!

Nicely maintained property

It was not actually on a lake, and no air conditioning, otherwise it was great. Very quiet & peaceful. Lots of items available just in case we forgot something. We would gladly stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and nice. Loved the screen porch, just wish we had more time to spend there. Our weekend was spent close by, so we really only used the cabin to sleep. We will definitely come back!

There is no air conditioner, but no problem as we just kept it closed up during the day and the evenings cooled off enough to keep us comfortable while we slept! 100% recommend! We will be back!!

Host were great at answering questions. The place was perfect for us. Between both lakes we wanted to fish and only a couple minutes to each landing!!

I also didn't care for the long drive down the gravel road. The cabin was neat and clean.

This cabin was basically in like new condition! Everything was in excellent condition and well cared for.

My wife and I needed to get away and this was exactly what we needed. Cozy and immaculate. We couldn’t have been happier. While this was a winter get away, we look forward to staying here again as the weather gets warmer and enjoying the other amenities it has to offer.

This cabin is amazing! From the fire place to the kitchen to the beds to the shower…everything was perfect! Location was newer to us, but with the trail out the back door it allowed us to snowmobile some absolutely beautiful trails! Mark and Donna have thought of all those “items” you might forget and made this cabin feel like a home away from home! Super responsive and wonderful to work with! We will definitely stay here again!!

Great place close to Grindstone and LCO! Mark is fantastic to deal with and the cabin is clean and fully stocked with all the necessities. Also, great communication on behalf of Mark! Staying again in 8 days!

We rented this property in hopes of having a relaxing girls weekend away. However life happens and an emergency at home prevented me from going up. Mark and his wife were very understanding of the situation and willing to help us out to find a solution and makes things right. I would recommend this property and renter and hope to make it up to Hayward sometime.

This cozy cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway with the family. So close to so many lakes and amazing outdoor areas! Would definitely recommend!!

Had a wonderful time here. The cabin is very easy to get to, very clean, and super comfortable. Owners were very responsive and made check in extremely easy. The cabin had everything we needed, and the beds were so comfortable, the bathroom fantastic (great shower!), and the kitchen and living room so inviting. We had a fantastic stay. We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. Amenities galore! The owners thought of everything. Close to town and lakes. Really enjoyed the outside grill area with everything you need. Can't wait to go back. We've decided to make this place our family summer tradition !!

Everything was excellent,! Except the unforeseen storm and the electricity went out for 2 days. We had lots of things planned so electricity wasn’t an issue during the day Corresponding with the owner to contact the electric company was the only problem. It wasn’t until I actually contacted the electric provider to notify them we were out of power yet, that 8 hrs later the power was back on. The Wisconsin north woods is notorious for having a bad electrical grid. I wish the cabin’s info booklet had the electric company number and instructions who to call to avoid the search, and delay to regain power. I had to get ice blocks for the frig to keep everything cold.

Very good experience

We were looking for something for a nice, extended weekend get-a-way and we chose well. The location of this property was nestled in the woods. It was nicely kept up, and stocked. We highly recommend this for your get-a-way!

What a beautiful getaway!! Very clean amd beautiful!! Very family friendly with much to do!!

Everything about this cabin was great- it was clean and stocked well and the location was great for a fishing trip. The one and only thing that the cabin could use is maybe a fan or two for when the weather is pushing 90 degrees. Besides that one little thing, it was a great cabin and I would certainly rent again.
