A very private home in a gorgeous setting that accommodated a family vacation for those aged 2 thru 74. We wish we had 2 extra days to just lounge in this peaceful mountain home. Thank you to the hosts!

Had a long weekend to enjoy this cabin!! There were 5 adults and 3 kids from 9-15. Had a wonderful weekend spending time with the family. The cabin had everything you would need!! Great views and loving the country life!!

The home was just as pictured. Gorgeous views of the mountains in a peaceful rural setting. The house was the perfect size for our family and gave us all plenty of space to spread out. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for a picturesque serene experience surrounded by horses all around.

We very much enjoyed this house. The housekeeping was a little off, but the owner promised to get with his crew to correct. Everything in this home is high end, from the kitchen pots and pans to the furniture. There are many seating areas which was so convenient. The house is actually located in Parks, not Williams. The most amazing night sky ever! There was not a hot tub as listed but the owner communicated quickly and let us know that was an error in the listing. Also the jetted tub was removed during the last remodel. We will definitely rent this place again if the opportunity arises.

The property was beautiful and served our family well. Location was great for several day trips. Very nice to come back to the cabin to relax, enjoy a nice evening meal and reflect on our day. Housekeeping was a little off. That being said, we all enjoyed it.

Very comfortable and spacious cabin for several family members to converge on from a couple states. Our family was able to spread out & use the cabin as a home base to experience the local sites & return to dinners & share our experiences of the day.

5-star stay at High Country Ranch! This is great location if you are seeking all the attractions in the area- Flagstaff, Sedona, Grand Canyon. Very peaceful location, with amazing views. Spacious house with all the amenities you need to relax and just enjoy your stay. Wade was very responsive to our emails- quickly replied within 10-30 minutes. Great host!! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

We brought three family groups together to experience the Grand Canyon and Arizona for the first time together. The house was wonderful for our large group and accommodated our needs even snowed in during the winter storm. Highly recommended!

The home was just beautiful and in a gorgeous location! The check in process was super easy! The house has absolutely everything you would need to cook for a family of 10. The bedrooms were clean and super cozy with each room having a personal little heater just in case. We happen to go when Flagstaff was having the most snow its had in years and got snowed in, Wade allowed us to pay for an extra night with no hassle. Any questions that I had about the property were answered within the hour! This was our first experience using VRBO and we will definitely be booking again!

We did a roadtrip from Houston TX to visit the Grand Canyon and Bearizona. This house is a beautiful house with the perfect location. We had everything we needed for our family group of 9 and we took beautiful pictures and made lots of memories! We loved sitting outside around the firepit surrounded by the snow! The house was so cozy and the Christmas decor was beautiful! Thank you for making this a wonderful Christmas filled with memories!

There was no better way to celebrate our 35th Anniversary with friends than being in this cabin over the weekend. Wade was very easy to talk to - understanding, prompt to action and communication, and everything you would want from a host. He even put up a large size Christmas tree with decor and some glitter garland on the banister! We had an extremely memorable time. The view of the San Francisco Peak was beautiful from both inside and outside of the cabin. The kitchen was complete with all we needed for cooking. Enough space to store our food because there is a big fridge in the kitchen and another big one in the garage. There was enough space for 6 couples. And the open concept floor plan allowed everyone to stay connected while doing different things. The directions Wade sent was easy to understand and follow. We will definitely book again! Thank you so much Wade!

Nice property

My family and I wanted a place to get away from the business of life and this was perfect! It was quiet and beautiful, both the cabin and the property, and still within driving distance to Bearizona and the Grand Canyon. We really enjoyed our stay.

This lovely property comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 3 children. It was easy to travel to both Williams and Flagstaff. It snowed our last night there and the kids enjoyed making snowballs the next morning. It was a beautiful location and we would happily stay there again.

If you are looking for a Primo Getaway in the northern AZ region, look no further as this is your place for the following reasons: 1. The location is halfway between Flagstaff and Williams which provides a great launching point for activities in the region (Grand Canyon & Grand Canyon Railroad, Bearazona, Lave Tubes, Lowell Observatory, Sunset Crater, Walnut Canyon, Sedona, hiking, fishing etc.) 2. The property is situated on 5 acres which means plenty of privacy when you are recovering from having fun on your daytime excursions or just hanging out around the house. The kiddos will love it. 3. The house is in excellent condition inside and out and had more than enough space for our family of 13 to spread out. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen, ping pong table, and large tables to play board games like Catan (we brought ours, but incredibly, Wade already had one) and card games like Nerdtz 4. Finally, the rental price was excellent for the value received The only downside to our stay (not including the $4+ per gallon gas prices versus under $3 per gallon back in TX) was the fact we could only stay 5 nights. We will definitely be back soon.

This huge home had even more room than we expected! We had a wonderful time, lots of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want. Enjoyed having Smores outside in the fire pit too.

We were a family of 3 generations. Plenty of space for together time AND some alone time. We loved this beautiful home! The views are breathtaking!

Beautiful home surrounded by gorgeous views of the mountains and pines. Very easy to find, lots of space, host was very attentive to any questions we may of had. We will definitely be back again.
