This property was as stated as far as size, beds and rooms, and it is a nice location with a lot of parking. BUT....This property has issues to be sure. When we arrived, the air conditioning was not working--and apparently the owners were aware that it was out the prior week and did not follow up to see that it was repaired correctly. So, we had no air from Saturday the day of arrival until Tuesday at 6:00pm I understand it was a holiday weekend, but it was the hottest week of the year and the main floor where the kitchen was, was 90 degrees and almost unuseable during the day. The dishwasher latch was missing and was never fixed the entire week. The pack and play that we had inquired about was not there as promised. The waffle maker plates fell off. The other issues we encountered weren't horrible by themselves, but when you add everything together, it made for a very interesting and stressful stay Basically, all the furniture is starting to come apart,broken,torn and should be replaced, the banister is starting to wiggle, the main kitchen table laminate is coming off so you can't really wipe the table off very easily without particle board coming apart. The owners need to come and spend a little time and update the whole house, it could be an amazing property if it were taken care of. I don't really understand the previous "great" reviews. Just as a side note to to VRBO users--Air conditioning issues are NOT considered major issues by VRBO--so beware in hot climates!

Fifteen family members celebrated my daughter’s 30th birthday and had a lovely time in this home. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of room for several cooks at a time. There were three levels each with a large patio, but we spent most of our time at the one on the top floor overlooking the golf course. There was plenty of seating for us to eat and mingle. We ended up not grilling and ordering in pizza instead but it was nice to know it was an option. Several of the bunk beds were full size which was also helpful. Because we spent most of our time on the patio, we didn’t opt to use the pool room and the game room, but they are impressive! Very nice place for a large group.

This home was the perfect location to host our extended family of 17. Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable , and the game room was perfect for our teens to hang out. We spent our mornings on one of the decks , taking in the serene views of the golf course. Lovely outdoor space, even had deer visit! There was one slight issue with the AC which we were notified of on arrival and it was remedied right away. Felt very safe in this neighborhood. I would highly recommend this beautiful property and attentive owners.

We had a great time. Loved the three living rooms because we had a large group with kids of different ages. The only problem is the AC is only on the top floor and we were there on the hottest week of the summer. the host says they will be fixing this. Make sure it is fixed before you book for a summer trip. It made the middle floor useless during the day and the majority of the bedrooms were saunas even into the evening. The hosts were extremely apologetic and helped us get fans to try to offset the heat, but ultimately it just needs AC.

Everybody absolutely love this house. We went up with a group of moms and teenage boys. The boys had plenty of space to roam and thoroughly enjoy the game rooms and the gym equipment. The moms left sitting out on the patio at night with the firepit. This is one of the best, Vrbo‘s I’ve ever rented, and I’ve rented a lot!

A large group of us stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. We had 12 adults and 5 kids (ages 2-11). Plenty of room to spread out, and the kids loved the game room. Plenty of parking space, nice big kitchen, and nice decks. We enjoyed our stay.

Took a school group here for 4 days, 3 nights in flagstaff. The house slept 15 easily. The kitchen was open and dining areas nice to accommodate everyone. We spent the mornings and late evenings at the home. Otherwise we were in flagstaff doing a variety of activities. It was a convenient location. It was quiet and nice views.

Thank you Holly for accommodating our friends and family. Your home is very clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the golf course. We loved the kitchen that had everything we needed, your home just felt very comfortable with the tall ceilings warm fireplace and spacious rooms. Beautiful house and well stocked. Very clean and in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. There was a group of 17 of us staying in the house with 4 young children and 4 teens and it felt like we were all staying in separate homes! There were so many things for the kids to do they were never bored! Thank you!

We stayed in this property during our wedding weekend with our whole bridal party. It was absolutely perfect for a large group and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful home to accommodate a large group.

My family just spent 6 nights at this amazing home. The views were amazing! Each level of the home had its own deck or patio to walk out on. The game room areas were such a bonus. We had a fantastic time and would stay there again.

Awesome property perfect for our large, extended family. Great location, close to Flagstaff (and Williams) with perfect amenities to stay at home for much of the time!

The house provided fun alternative activities for all ages. Having 3 floors gave all of us our own space at times and then large gathering places for our times together. This house provided a wonderful, relaxing time for all!

Location could not have been better but almost every room in the house needs to be gone through and tweaked. The fan in the master worked occasionally, in some showers, the handle didn't work properly, no AC vents in some of the lower rooms. Mostly good but needs someone to come through and bring it up to speed. Holly, the owner was great and since she recently acquired the house, I'm sure she'll get it done.

Home had plenty of room for all 23 of us to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped (ran out of dish soap). Great decks and view of golf course. Golf cart path in the evening was very enjoyable. Had some issues with fans and A/C and a broken bed, but other than that very nice home.

The house was perfect for our large group of 16, with more than enough room to roam. The kids absolutely loved the game room and each night after arriving back at the home after a days adventure it was a great place to keep them occupied. The house location was perfect for us to easily travel into Flagstaff and to all the surrounding areas. The kitchen was a dream - large pantry, large frig, drink frig, double ovens, and every appliance you can imagine. We used the decking extensively, which provided lots of outdoor evening time for our large group. We were grateful to have a large recycle bucket, basketballs for the kids (young and old) to shoot hoops in the driveway and so much more. The large washer and dryer for our dusty clothes after a days adventure were very much appreciated. We have stayed in lots of homes all over the world, and appreciated being in a neighborhood with such a pretty view over the golf course and great amenities. There are many things to like about this house, and we highly recommend it to other large groups searching for a great place to use as a home base in the Flagstaff area. Thank You!

The property was incredible my family and I loved, is spacious so no one felt crowded, the kids had a blast in the game room and playground, the views from the desk were breathtaking and we couldn't pick a better place to celebrate love, Holly and John were very attentive and responsive when needed we are planning on staying there in the future

We party of 15 stayed here for a week. The location of property is perfect with a great view of golf course. More than Enough bedrooms for all. We went to Sedona and Grand Canyon. Very close to all restaurants. Property managers John and holly were very responsive to all our questions and concerns. Also very close to Arizona snowbowl, we had chance to go for skiing for a day. Will come here again.

The price was better than hotel and there was tons of room. We could all have a bed and could have easily accomadated more if needed. Teens did tell me the bunk bed mattresses were just skinny foam so it's a good thing they are young. We would definitely rent again.

Holly was an incredible host! The home was perfect for our group of 19. Great location and serves as an excellent place to relax and make memories. No issues at all and would book again.

Working with Holly was great. We wanted to make sure a highchair was available and she bought one so we had one when we checked in. The home was beautiful, plenty of parking for our extended family. The game room was a hit with the littles and the pool table was hit with the adults. The kitchen was well stocked with needed all the appliances we could have used. A great balance of bedrooms for adults and bunkrooms for the kids. Locations was perfect and morning walks with the kids on the golf course.

We had a great time at Holly’s place in Flagstaff! The property is gorgeous & it was perfect for our larger group. It was fully equipped & stocked with everything. They definitely had thought about all the small details to make sure we had a relaxing & welcoming stay. Property has great potential. We loved almost every aspect of it. Few pointers to the owners to make it a 5 star property. 1 update bathroom fixtures 2 update door locks 3 clean heater vents and filter Owners were very responsive and cooperative!!

The house and the surrounding area was more than we could have hoped for. What a perfect place to stay for a large family. Our four teenage girls had so much fun in and outside the house. The coziness from the fireplace, to the spectacular windows, with beautiful outside views, was a perfect way to celebrate Christmas morning. I have no doubt this house will be perfect for families anytime if year. Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful house with our family.

As the first people to rent out this gorgeous place I must say it did not disappoint! A must rent for a big family or family reunion. I booked it for our anual family trip and we all enjoyed everything it had to offer. Kids enjoyed the game room, the adults enjoyed the top floor and the decks. The Morris family are great, answered all our questions and are very quick to respond. We will definitely be booking this again and highly, highly recommend it.
