Breakfast was great - kitchen staff were friendly as well. Bryan was exceptionally friendly and Leidi was helpful as well. Janeth could improve on her service. Make sure to ask the hotel staff for the driver Victor for any trips within the city or to neighbouring towns - extremely honest and friendly driver, 100% recommend!!

Bathroom cleanliness could be improved - towels had a strange smell. Overall facilities felt a bit dated - could be modernized better.

I would like to give this hotel a 10... It's like a boutique hotel. The breakfast was complete and generous portion. Brian the day receptionist/everything was gracious and accommodating. If I would ever return to Armenia I will certainly stay again.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Parque de la Vida. That was perfect, and I found plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, including a very good health food store. The staff were gracious and helpful, which made my stay very comfortable. I liked being able to have coffee, hot water, and ice when I asked, and it was nice to have a small fridge in the room.

I like to have a window to the outside, and most of the rooms have windows to the hallway only.

Everything, the stuff is great and the room is so comfortable. The place is safe and all the amenities were perfect.

The only but thing was that the room is a little noisy.
