My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend and loved the house. The views were gorgeous, saw so much wildlife right next to the house. Enjoyed a trailhead walking distance from the house. Would definitely love to come back and stay here again.

Great location, super clean, well appointed and fantastic views. There was 4 of us, two couples, lots of room and yet privacy for both couples with split floor plan. Highly recommend this property and would book it again for a stay in Sedona.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well-appointed Sedona home. The location could not have been more convenient. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to hiking trails, restaurants, and grocery stores. Beautiful views from every window! We will definitely be back!

Truly enjoyed our stay. House was beautiful inside and out. Enjoyed the location not only for views but for proximity to uptown. We made the short walk to uptown Sedona daily which was much better than finding parking.

We traveled with another couple spending a week in Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Sedona has so much to offer and is a destination we love to visit. The owners of this home were wonderful and so helpful providing tips on what to do and where to go while renting their home, and very responsive to any questions we had. We apprenticed and were very impressed by the beautiful home and furnishing that the owners were willing to share with us. One of the primary reasons we booked this property were the views shown on the web site and they didn't disappoint us at all. They were stunning from the various decks and observation points designed into the property as well as from inside the home. What we didn't realize until we arrived was the perfect location which was within walking distance to the downtown area and numerous shops and restaurants. However, while at the house you felt like you were outside of town. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time relaxing and utilizing the outdoor kitchen to grill and relax while watching the sunset on the red rocks. My wife felt this was what her dream home would be.

I cannot say enough positive things about the Silver Sage property in Sedona. My family of five spent two nights here as Sedona was one of our stops on our road trip through Utah and Arizona. It was the perfect retreat after a day of hiking and other adventures. The house is very spacious with comfortable beds and was stocked with amenities (coffee, s’mores, chips, Mac and cheese, towels, toiletries, etc.). The decor of the house is immaculately filled with Sedona-themed artwork and other artifacts that make it cozy and really add to the experience. The red rock views are beautiful along with the external landscapes and hardscapes. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace are great for relaxing and soaking in the surroundings. The Uptown location is very convenient to shopping, dining and other attractions. After a short walk down Mesquite Avenue, we were in the heart of Sedona on Route 89A. We booked a Pink Jeep Tour one day and actually walked to the office to meet our tour guide. We really enjoyed the option to walk given that Uptown parking can be a challenge. Chris and Claire are great hosts, and we really appreciate their responsiveness and hospitality. You will not be disappointed with this home.

This house was perfect for the four of us! The house was clean, had two master suites, 3 outdoor patio areas, and within walking distance of uptown. Chris and Claire were great hosts and responded to messages within a few hours while I was trying to plan our trip. They gave restaurant and winery recommendations and were very helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this house was amazing! Beautiful views from every window in the house. The house was decorated beautifully and was very spacious. The starter supplies were excellent. Walking distance to Uptown. Having a large garage with an automatic opener was helpful on dark nights!! Highly recommend! Communication with owners was excellent. I already recommended this house to friends and family. Would love to visit and stay again.

We loved our stay in this stylish, well-located house. Hiking trails are located nearby and the house is a short stroll from lots of shops. Given the two suites on two separate floors, there’s plenty of privacy and the main area (kitchen, dining, living rooms in one open space) is great. The hosts are very attentive and communicative, going to great lengths to find us more wine glasses after we discovered earlier guests had broken many of them. This house has it all and we’ll be back.

Pretty property, perfect location. Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful grill outside which we cooked a couple of meals on. Overall was just what we wanted.

The place has a resort feel. Great location, but still very private. Decorated like a western museum (in a good way). Especially liked the design of the house. It’s not a huge place, but even with six people there, there are several different spaces to chill — main deck with fireplace and grill; hot tub deck; and “day-bed” deck. Whatever you’re in the mood for.

The Silver Sage property is even more beautiful in person than the photos. The house is decorated beautifully, comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms, cozy main room. We enjoyed the many outdoor spaces including the lovely landscaping, listening to the outdoor fountain and sitting in the jacuzzi and viewing the star-filled sky. The hosts are wonderful about checking in and making sure your needs are met. The location is ideally close to the best restaurants, shopping and trailheads in upper Sedona. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sedona in this amazing home. Home was well appointed, beds were comfortable, main street was just a short walk away. Loved the views as well! The hot tub was a bonus to come home to after a long day of hiking. Thanks and hope to stay again.

Everything went smooth. We loved the views and all the themed artwork throughout the house, very well done. Hosts were super easy to deal with through app and email. The house was clean, as was the hot tub. It was well marked with instructions and close to everything. Over all, you can't go wrong with this beautiful home!

Stop your search now and book this place! The views are unbelievable and the house is beautifully done. The property (outdoor space) is beautiful as well. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Really I can’t say enough positive things about the rental and hope to stay here again in the future! Also, we just had one couple for our stay but this would be a great rental for two couples as the bedrooms are both suites and are well spaced from each other.

Property is interesting and in a good location; however, there is a very strong smell (like urine or animal waste) that emanates from somewhere on the main floor (near an air vent). The kitchen, living room, and a bedroom has this smell and it is so off-putting, even cracked windows and air freshener didn't help. Our clothes reeked and no one could sleep in one of the bedrooms. I contacted the property owners after the first night and they said they just had the carpets cleaned, adding "it sounds like we will need to do it again." They hoped it didn't cause an inconvenience. The property owners also said they investigated the noxious smell three days after we left the house, and claim that neither they, a handyman, nor a restoration specialist found anything wrong. We are genuinely shocked and hope this review is helpful to others, because our trip was ruined -- non-use of most of the property, breathing issues, and a stench so strong, it traveled with us when we left. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This place is terrible and if something goes wrong, the owners won't believe you.

Truly a perfect house. Everything that you could need has been provided and the western decorations added to the feel of a perfect Sedona experience. Highly recommended.

This home has a great layout, location & views. The two bedrooms are nicely separated (one on main level & other on opposite end upstairs). Home is located within easy 1/2 mile walk to restaurants/shops on Jordan road. About a 1 mile walk to Tlaquepaque restaurants/shops. All 3 bathrooms are nice (each bedroom & common one on main floor). Great view of Camel, Lucy & Snoopy rock from front deck with a nice gas fireplace and BBQ. This deck is great for the morning. Even better view from more elevated deck off MBR with hot tub & best for the morning. Back deck off kitchen great for shade during peak of day when sun is high from noon til 6pm with nice view of red rock mountains. Then back to front deck 6pm thru the night. Indoors is nicely decorated with southwest/cowboy theme pictures/artifacts. Outdoors is nicely landscaped & appointed with various cacti/animal sculptures. Host provided book on kitchen island explaining checkin/checkout procedure, emergency contacts, recommended restaurants, hiking trails & touring companies. Also included in book was discount card for local Basha's grocery store as well as Red Rock Pass required at some of the hiking trail parking areas. Couldn't ask for a better rental!!

When you charge the prices you do, to threaten a up charge if you don’t do the house cleaning is a little over the top.

I recently vacationed here with my family. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor space and utilized the grill and fireplace often. The views from the house were stunning! The location of the house was perfect for us. We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner and shops. The hosts were great and checked in with me during our stay. They made sure I had all their contact information in case I needed them. If you are questioning whether or not to book this property….DO IT! You will not regret it.

Amazing house with breathtaking views.

This VRBO was amazing in every way. The location is absolutely perfect and in walking distance to everything in Uptown Sedona. The views don’t even look real from the patio and bedroom, they’re that good. The house itself is immaculate and so unique. The hosts were available to answer any and all messages. This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a fun friends trip!

We COULD NOT have asked for a better spot for our 3 day stay in Sedona! The house far exceeded our expectations. It was just lovely with Mountain views, hot tub on deck, located right in Uptown….just perfect! The owners were very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

We had a great weeklong stay at Silver Sage. The house is just like the pictures. 2 very nice master BRs with large attached baths. Plenty of dresser and closet space. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked. Great deck areas with fireplace and hot tub! Only a 5 minute walk to the Uptown Sedona shops and restaurants and a short drive to others. Beautiful views from the house! The owners responded right away to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this property.
