The house has everything! It is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the indoor theater at night .

Overall was a fine place to stay, the four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were great. Pretty much everything we needed for our 8 day stay. A few things I would recommend to the owner or management company:
All the TVs were logged into with personal accounts from previous guests. Was a pain to figure out how to log them off so we could use them, there are two or three remote for each tv so a bit complicated.
The grill is not in very good shape, was dirty and the bottom covered in grease and started on fire.

I and my Family spent a entire week in the house, had a lot of fun in the swimming pool, game room, kitchen and living room.
The house is really in great shape, furnished very well, and totally kitchen equipped.
We appreciate all minutes there and of course will be back.

I brought my family down for a week, our house was perfect. The home was clean and It had all of the necessities to make you feel at home while you stay.
The neighborhood exuded a sense of safety as well as offering so many things to do, you wouldn’t have to leave the property if you didn’t want to. We will definitely be coming back next year!

The house was exactly as described, and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance, pots pans,dishes and kitchen gadgets you would ever need. Outdoor grill was easy to use. We had a great time, and tried out the resort amenities as well.

Property is in a great location. The property manager and owner was very responsive. I forgot to add a driver name to the reservation and without it, he couldn’t drive on property. I sent a message and Wendy called me back. She fixed it right away 😊. The property was clean and spacious for our group. One thing that I would upgrade is the bed in one of the bedrooms as it is extremely low to the floor. The other couple was uncomfortable. Another thing is the AC. The property owner has a sign by the thermostat saying not to drop AC below 72 degrees as it might freeze the unit. We adhered to it but suffered at night. The house got hot. Other than that, the stay was ok.

We had a wonderful stay in the house as a family with 2 small children plus grandparents. It was the perfect location for all Disney parks, and so handy having the extra shared pool and water slides. The house was well maintained, we had 1 small issue which was fixed very quickly. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the house. The description was great. We have stayed in Windsor Hill before and can say this was a nice home. The neighborhood as always did not disappoint. Hosts we're prompt to respond to any questions and made the check in and out process easy. We would stay here again.

Great property within easy reach (20 mins) of Disney world entrance. Very well equipped kitchen and ample linen and towels etc. Wendy was very informative and answered all of my sometimes silly questions immediately. Check in was easy and we were provided with very detailed instructions for getting to the property and expectations for our stay. Overall a fab experience which could have only been better if we had stayed longer as 9 nights was nowhere nearly enough time to get the full Orlando experience and therefore we did not make full use of this lovely house. Thanks Wendy for being a great host we would definitely recommend this house. My only suggestion would be some basics on arrival would be an added bonus like milk, water, tea and coffee as we arrived very late and Walmart was not the first place I wanted to visit!!

We really had a fantastic time. The place was wonderful and exactly what we wanted. It had everything we needed and looked exactly like the pictures on the listing. For us, the pool/spa heat wasn’t working for the first part of our trip so that was a bummer for our 4 year old who wanted to swim. BUT they were extremely responsive and came out to fix it as soon as possible. So we were able to swim on our last day thankfully.
We were a really quick and easy drive to Animal Kingdom and easily got groceries and food delivered right to our door. There were MANY playgrounds within walking distance, including one right across the street. They had all the amenities we needed with kids and everything was in great shape. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great spot in Orlando!

We had an exceptional stay at this house. We’ve been going to Disney every year for the past 18 years (except during Covid). We typically stay in a Disney villa. We decided to book a house off Disney Property this year because we wanted additional space and the cost of the Disney villas has gotten way too high for what you get. The house was immaculately clean and well furnished. The location was great and we really liked the neighborhood. We had a small issue arise with the pool heat, but management handled it the next day. We decided this was our best Disney trip to date! We will definitely rent this house again

5 adults and 1 child. We had plenty of room. Every bedroom had its own bathroom with one also being accessible to guest or additional people in your party. The hot tub was HOT even with mild December weather. The heated pool was a little chilly for us southerners but the clubhouse pool was like bath water. The house was clean. Everything worked. It’s a nice neighborhood. The check in process was very slow at the gate and getting back in with a ride share company is also very slow. Very conveniently located to WalMart. Close to parks. The house provides linens but you need to bring everything else you need for your stay, little stuff like a sponge and dish soap, salt/pepper, body wash, laundry detergent, etc. When we go back, I would definitely try to book this house again.

The house was exactly as advertised on VRBO. Beautifully updated with modern furnishings and lots of amenities. The private pool and hot tub was a hit with my kids. My husband and I spent a lot time playing billiard and watching movies in the home theater. The house is located in a gated resort community which was a plus for our renter car. We felt super safe coming home every night. Check in was very easy and quick. Host was very responsive. The hot tub was not working when we checked in, but the host and property management was very quick in responding. They had the pool guy out the next morning and had the hot tub working by the time we got back from the theme park. This house was the best part of our vacation. I highly recommend it to anyone or family when coming to Orlando for vacation.

We were so happy with this house! It was clean and exactly as pictured. Our kids loved the air hockey table, movie room and heated pool. The heated pool was so nice! We've stayed in other houses in the neighborhood and this one by far was the best!

Beautiful house. Perfect for teenagers. The theater room was exceptional with a pool table. The pool and spa were clean and hot. The bedrooms were decorated very nicely. PS5 was a great touch for the rainy weather. Was able to utilize the kitchen for lunches and dinner. They had many appliances available for use including a griddle and air fryer. We baked a cake, cookies and brownies in the oven. Played monopoly almost every night. Full washer and dryer made packing light make sense. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was perfect for the kids and adults. Had a slight issue at check in, but the host/manager was easy to contact and took care of the problem within minutes. Highly recommend this place for future stays.

Beautiful home ..we truly enjoyed our stay at this home and resort! Close and convenient to the parks. Resort pool and market very nice! Grand kids a lot of times didn’t want to leave the house because of so many fun things! Being older I would prefer a safety bar in shower and hand rail at pool steps ..but truly enjoyed the stay. Wendy was very nice and accommodating. Would love to come back soon!

We stayed here for our annual Florida vacation with 4 adults and 2 little ones (3 and 1 1/2) and we found it to be the perfect getaway house. Having our own private pool is nice and relaxing especially with the two littles. Be sure to grab a chair at the clubhouse pool early - they go fast! The neighborhood is a very short and easy drive to all of Disney World.

We stayed here for 8 days and traveled back and fourth to Disney. 10 minute easy drive! So much room for our family of 6! Everyone enjoyed it so much! Easy for ubers and delivery to get to as well. Waterpark on site was great for our rest days as well. We would definitely rent again!

My husband and I had an awesome week in this home with our 4 children. The house was really clean and the kids loved the themed bedrooms, air hockey table, media room, and especially the pool! It was close to all of the Disney parks, shopping, and restaurants. The community pool was quiet, clean, and very nice too. This home is a great value and overall SO much better than staying on Disney property. Thanks for having us!

The house was perfect. We loved the pool, games, and theater room. The parks shut down for 2 days because of hurricane so we got to use all amenities. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the themed bedroom. It’s close to Walmart and all the parks. The owner answered any questions I had quick. We would definitely stay here again.

Disney House
House was amazing- close enough to Disney but we had the whole house for kids to entertain themselves. House was exactly what was listed. My 7 year old named it the Disney House.
Whenever we had a question or issue The property manager Wendy responded quickly as did the owner on a small maintenance issue. Although kids loved Disney World and we had a great time this house was a definite winner for the whole family. Thank you Windsor Hills
