On our trip we had two families- a mom and her two kids and another mom with her two kids. The location was perfect. We were in walking distance to many useful places and there were lots of areas to explore. The resort and many activities for the kids- a basketball court, game room, pool hot tub and more. What made the stay even better was our actual residence . It was clean , comfortable and well stocked with everything that we could need. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kids slept later than normal! Both showers were perfect after a long day at the pool and the tvs in each room gave kids the chance to take some space when needed. The dining room table allowed us to share family meals and not feel like we were right on top of each other. Our host , Isabel was lovely. I had misplaced the code to get in and had to call her on our arrival at 1am. She wasn't bothered and was eager to help. She also called me after the trip to let me know we left something behind and if we wanted her to send it. The kids have already asked to go back next year and I've told many of our friends about this spot

Great location, very nice property

The property is gated and secure. The condo itself is clean spacious. Having washer and dryer was great. Communication with the owner was excellent. Check in and out were hassle free. This owner is very relaxed and accomodating for requests. We communicated by text. 15-20 mins from Disney and Universal. We also did an airboat tour and Kennedy Space Center. Kennedy is an hour away. The pool was heated and open 9am to 10pm. They have a nice clubhouse and gym all accessable to renters. We would highly recommend this property and will use it again. Also checked with the local management for other properties and comparatively this property was a bargain.

Location was great for conference center and close to Disney and universal. Area was quiet, can easily walk to a grocery store or restaurants

We knew it was going to be a great stay from the start with the wonderful communication from the host. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and really helped with any and all questions we had about the trip and condo. She was very detailed and gave us all the information we would need prior to our arrival. The condo was very clean, spacious and really made you feel right at home. We loved that there was a fully equipped kitchen and the bathrooms were large and updated! The host messaged and said if we needed amything during our stay, to contact her direclty; what wonderful service We couldn't have asked for a better experience, very close to the parks, shopping, dining and easy to access without a lot of traffic. It truly was a vacation to remember and for all the right reasons. We would definitely visit again when we plan our next vacation. We highly recommend the host and condo, it was a dream come true!!

Vista Cay is a great location in general for anyone needing a place near the Convention Center or Universal Orlando. I really like this unit and was especially impressed with the third bedroom, which alone could accommodate 4 guests. Caffeine addicts should bring their own coffee though. Everything else was perfect.

This would be our second stay at this lovely property. It was very clean, communications with the owner were easy , the ac nice and cool and the beds more comfie than at home. Also, we loved the proximity to Walt Disney World!

I spent 6 days with my wife and two teenagers in the property and we had a great time. The property was as described, it was very clean, spacious for the 4 of us, well located and well positioned for the various attractions and restaurants. The pool and cavities were very welcomed after a hard day sightseeing. Isabel was very helpful and communicated with us regularly to ensure our stay was comfortable. I would recommend staying and will stay again upon my next trip to Orlando.

We came in for a convention and this location is perfect. 2 minute ride to the convention center and near all the restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great unit at a complex we stay at annually. First time in this particular unit and it had all we needed. Beds were comfy which is always important to me! Owners were timely and helpful in responding to questions.

Great condo that was very clean and had lots of space for our family. Convenient to convention center event. Pool was crowded and some guests nearby were noisy. Overall positive experience!

Stayed here with the family while attending a conference at the convention center. Condo was very convenient to the convention center, less than a 10min drive and close to other disney attractions. Unit was close to the pool which was nice as well. Unit was moderately stocked. The fridge has an ice maker but didnt work (not sure if its connected), but if not, ice trays would have been appreciated. Only 1 large drinking glass was present, the rest were mugs or smaller 4 oz glasses. Need more towel bars or hooks to hang bath towels, 1 bar doesn't really work when there are 2 bed rooms sharing a shower. Beds were good and the unit had bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom which isnt shown in the photos, so my kids were excited about that. Overall, would recommend the unit. Thanks!

If you need a super clean, roomy, and comfortable place to stay which is conveniently located to all the Disney Parks this place is for you. Our host Isabel was a wonderful, super responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed for our rental. I definitely would book this condo again.

We were absolutely blown away by this property. Isabelle was so easy to deal with and made sure everything was perfect. The condo was absolutely perfect for our family and the resort was awesome. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The location was superb -- close to pool and game room and gift shop -- and also close to airport and attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo with amazing amenities!

Master bed not very comfortable and could have used a few more basic necessities. Only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and only a half a roll of paper towels in kitchen. But overall was very nice and clean.

Came to town to see Springsteen, location worked out great, our kids went to Harry Potter on Saturday while we went to Tin Roof and enjoyed live music on Saturday. Sunday we enjoyed the pool and visiting before the show…property was clean and process easy.

Thus condo is in the perfect location for visiting both Disney and Universal Studios. Close to the airport, activities on International Drive, and all theme parks. Condo was very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are nice and very close. Thanks for a great stay!

This condo worked out great for my family of 6! All the kids had their own bed, and we were conveniently close to pool. The kitchen was well stocked with both utensils and things like dishwasher pods. The property was clean, there was enough room to stash our stuff, and communication was good. If you are doing anything near the convention center and have more than four people in your group, I recommend checking this property out!

This property was immaculate. The owner was very efficient. Will stay again but longer.

Apartment with spacious furniture was new beds were comfortable line with clean access to the apartment with easy patio with a nice space to sit out and have coffee in the morning. Highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Condo is exactly as listing describes. It's nice and spacious for a family and the kitchen is fully stocked. The location of this condo can't be beat. There is a Walgreens adjacent to the property. Just 2/10th of a mile there is a nice grocery store, pizza place, Dunkin Donuts. You are within 10 minutes of Sea World , Aquatica, Discovery Cove and just 12-15 minutes to Universal Studios.

I and a friend stayed here in May. We liked it so much we returned for an October trip. It is a beautiful condo, as advertised. Everything was well stocked. Communication with the owner was very good. Excellent choice. We may stay here again next year.

This property was very clean, updated and stocked with some necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing tabs, glasses, plates, linens. Only a couple of negatives were residents two floors down smoking outside and it drifting up, and the floor above with running kiddos in early hours

Everything was amazing about our stay here! Do not hesitate to book! Excellent!
