Beautiful home!!!! The owners were awesome!!! The communication was excellent. It was perfect for our large family and the home was very welcoming. Had all the essentials and more for a 3 day stay. The rec room with ping pong and pool table was our favorite spot - we spent a lot of fun filled evenings there. The great room was very comforting for relaxation with beautiful views! We'll be back to stay for sure...........

We had a wonderful experience celebrating Christmas in this beautiful home with our extended family. Nancy was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. The home is as nice if not nicer than the pictures and is very clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this home if you are skiing at Holiday Valley and it is also a short drive to town.

This house is incredible. It has everything you could want . The kitchen was well stocked , perfect for our Thanksgiving feast . The house is decorated beautifully and has a ton of great space to relax , play games and enjoy each other . Close to town and quite neighborhood. We will definitely return .

My family and friends love this property. This is the 6th time we have stayed here, and each time is another great trip full of new memories. Maybe more so on this trip as this property is now pet friendly. Caesar and Willow (our little dogs) also had a lot of fun. Nancy (owner) makes you feel special and wants you to enjoy every part of your stay. She communicated with us from the time of our booking until we got into the house. She thanked us at the time we confirmed the rental. Just prior to our weekend she sent a message on things to do that particular weekend in/around Ellicottville, what to expect (including a weather update). And when we arrived, we found a handwritten note, bottle of local wine and snacks. Thank you Nancy!

This place was great for our extended family of 10 long weekend getaway. Nancy was great at getting communicating everything and the house was so well kept. Wonderful!

The Home was beautiful, the views amazing! we loved the kitchen great for cooking for a big group. we enjoy ping pong and the pool table. was very comfortable with lots of room for everyone! Sking was a blast for everyone.

It was everything that was advertised. The layout is perfect for all levels of entertaining and visiting. Everything from the floor plan the wonderful decorating, and the views made it perfect for any gathering.

This was the perfect winter get away. My husband, dog and I stayed here for an extra-long weekend and we couldn't have been happier. We had another couple from our family come with their small daughter for one of the nights as well. While we had a very small group, this house had PLENTY of space for many more people. The bedrooms are real bedrooms, not a pullout sofa and call it a bedroom. They are all very good sized. We stayed in one of the lower floor bedrooms and had enough space for the two of us, and a relatively large crate for our Labrador Retriever. We weren't able to enjoy the outdoors much, because it was so cold, but the patio/yard area look like they are beautiful when not covered in snow. The kitchen is truly the highlight, and the photos don't do it justice. On Saturday alone, I was able to make cinnamon buns from scratch in the morning, then a 6-course wine-paired dinner that evening without wanting for a thing, other than a whisk that I really should have brought from home. Plenty of pots/pans/spatulas/etc. I also don't doubt that there probably was a whisk that I just didn't find. If you don't feel like cooking - this place is very close to many restaurants in Ellicottville. The house seems so remote when you are there, but it's a very brief drive and you are right in the middle of town. One final note - the house is very well soundproofed. There was a party going on next door. I only knew because I walked the dog that way and heard loud music and shouting. Inside - absolute silence.

Our party of eight (4 adults, 4 children) enjoyed our stay at this home. We found it to be as advertised and probably the most comfortable VRBO home we have stayed in. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating which we really appreciated. Recommend.

It did not snow for our winter skiing getaway - but that did not matter. We had a wonderful time with our extended family because the home and property owners were wonderful. They had everything ready and perfect when we arrived, just as described. They were responsive to requests and even responded to some very important special requests. We would absolutely stay here again!

There are not enough words to describe this beautiful, cozy and accommodating house. The location is perfect and the home is spacious, beautifully decorated, immaculate and well stocked. We were privileged to spend Thanksgiving with 10 of our family members this past weekend. Through the years we have rented many homes and this one is by far out favorite! Out host, Nancy and Rob could not have been for gracious, generous and accommodating. The memories we made there will forever live in our hearts. Jeff & Jill Tepper

We had the coziest Fall weekend and Nancy & Rob's chalet! The photos absolutely don't do it justice! We were welcomed by the amazing view of the Ellicotteville hills from the wrap-around porch and immediately felt relaxed and in awe. The house is only about a 5 minute drive from downtown EVL. We already had some activities planned before arriving, though the cozy, regal, living room and gorgeous views made it nearly impossible to leave the house! We had dinner one night at the large dining table that more than accommodated all of us, then we had a ping pong tournament in the expansive and beautiful basement. From the basement you can go right outside to the bonfire pit, which we had going both nights. Every bedroom was perfectly curated, cleaned, and ready for us. Each of us couples had our own rooms and slept so well. In the mornings, it was bundling up and having our coffee on the porch. I am fawning over this place - but it truly deserves it. Nancy and Rob were great hosts, they were available if we needed them but made check-in and -out so easy that we never had any trouble. We will definitely ask to come back again especially during ski season!

Planned another stay! Hosts are nice, welcoming, and communicative. The hosts love their home and want the guests to love it also. I would recommend a cleaning checklist just for details and alignment on expectation.
