We loved the house. The pics on line did not do it justice. It was really beautiful and immaculately cleaned. The kitchen was prob the best feature as it was so modern and big with top of the line appliances. Very close to the. Each and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would def rent again.

Everything was exactly as presented. Spacious, clean, and bright. Comfy beds. 2 1/2 baths made it so easy! Kitchen stocked well; better than we thought it would be. Very quiet neighborhood. About a block to the beach. The island is not over commercialized. We had a very relaxing stay! Highly recommend!

The house is a 3 minute stroll to the beach (I timed it). The location was especially convenient with our nine month old because we did need to go back and forth throughout the day. We cooked and ate every meal outside. Loved having the grill and the patio is great for enjoying the light beach breeze in the evenings. Most importantly for us it was well maintained and clean. Thanks for a great stay and perfect first beach trip with our little one.

Property was very well kept and immaculate! Appliances and modern kitchen made it easy for us to stay in and cook for the family instead of dining out. Proximity to the beach was perfect and the street location is staffed with life guards which alleviated an additional walk. Property location was great for walking, biking, and beach and bay fishing. Property owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The neighbors, who are home owners, were all very friendly and accommodating to our family. Beach tags and a few beach chairs were included which was a pleasant surprise! This made for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation! Thank you for the use of your property. We enjoyed our stay! Maria

This was a very nice house. The beach is literally only a block away! Quiet block. Melissa was very responsive to any questions or issues I had.

Considering there are no deck areas, except for the tiny one off the guest room, we feel the back patio, which was mis represented in the photos; there is no outdoor kitchen area; should have been groomed and ready for guests. My wife had to buy garden gloves spent 3 hours pulling the 3ft high weeds. We then enjoyed the use of the patio and the property which was beautifully appointed and very accomodating. We contacted Melissa about the patio condition and a few other minor issues,, she said she would have handyman out,, but no one ever showed and we never heard back from her. We really did enjoy our 2 week stay at this propery.

The house was steps from the beach, spacious and very clean. The hosts were helpful and responsive. There were a few basics that were missing that could have really improved our stay, like bath mats and hand towel holders in the bathrooms, a coffee maker, and overall better cooking utensils/ pots/ cutting boards/knives. We stayed at Melissa's place off season. The house was so clean and beautiful. The kitchen is amazing. It rained the whole time we were there but we enjoyed every minute relaxing in this beautiful home. Short walk to the beach and perfect location. Thank you for the amazing getaway!

The house looked exactly like the photos posted here and was in perfect condition when we arrived. We were there on a rainy weekend, but the location ensured we had something to do no matter what. Very safe, quiet, and clean. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great for a small group

There are so many wonderful things that I would love to say about Melissa and her property. It was absolutely beautiful and everything was pristine. Pictures do not do it justice, it’s even better in person. The entire house is extremely spacious and comfortable. Immaculately clean. They had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the things we needed to cook dinner and the appliances for coffee and breakfast. The bathroom had extra items that you would need just in case which was such a wonderful touch. The beds were beyond comfortable and everyone in my party had fantastic night sleeps. Even the pull out sofa was comfortable! It was a two minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was safe and it was a perfect location in proximity to grocery stores gas stations etc. Melissa was fantastic at communicating and provided everything we needed in advance and answered every question that we had. She was available for me to contact if needed throughout the stay. Again, this was the most perfect vacation and I can’t recommend this property enough. We will 100% be booking again in the future!

Great location for a quick getaway. Loved that the house was just a block from the beach, so we got the chance to see such beautiful sunrises. Not far from places to eat and just a short ride to the casinos. The house is beautiful inside and decorated very nice. Nice to have 2 1/2 baths, only suggestion would be that both bedrooms had king size beds. But overall, a nice place to stay.

The house is beautiful! It looks just like the pictures. The check in process was easy and Melissa is very responsive to all messages. The house has everything you need (linens, towels, dishes, silverware etc...) There is even a has grill in the backyard. The beach is literally half a block away. The only thing is that it's hard to regulate the heat in the house. It was cold during my stay but Melissa provided enough blankets so there was no need to call and bother her about it. All in all I loved the house and I definitely will stay again in the future. Choose this house you won't be disappointed.

We stayed here for a work trip in Atlantic City and really enjoyed our time. The bathrooms were brand new and everything was very clean. We’re planning to book a trip back over the summer since the house is so close to the beach. Melissa was very responsive and helpful as well!
