As described and great value for what you get. Great communication all the way through from the property manager. The pool and outside space was perfect for the end of the day. Renting the golf cart on the property was key as well.
It is a dog friendly place but does not appear that way. Very well taken care of and well supplied.

This house was perfect for our stay and had all the amenities you could need! The beds were comfy and the decor looks even better in person. The pool was nice as well. Bonus is easy access to the beach in a great neighborhood. Highly recommend and would stay again!

This house is in a great location. The beach is a 3 minute walk. Plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and stores within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood that was great for bike riding or walking the dog. We didn’t have small kids but there was a playground just down the street. The pool was amazing and we spent most days poolside.

The house was perfect to house my my family and I (total of 9 people). It had everything we needed from sleeping arrangements to meal prep to beach stuff. The communication was outstanding with quick responses and accommodated our needs. We would stay here again.

This house is super cute and spacious. In a great location, super close walk to the beach and the neighborhood is adorable. We loved that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kids especially loved the pool. We had an issue with the water heater the first day but Alan answered promptly and it was an easy fix. We definitely plan to stay again. Thanks!

This is an awesome spot to vacation at. Especially if you have a good bit of people going there. Pool was even better than we thought it was going to be. Good location having a straight shot to the beach. Neighborhood has a couple of playgrounds to choose from to take the little ones to. Hosts are great and will help you with anything that is any kind of confusing. Our overall experience here was absolutely amazing! Thank you guys for everything and I hope we can stay here again sometime.

This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults, three kids, 5 and under, and a dog, Had all the furnishings we needed for cooking meals and beaching. Also, great TV selection, large grill and nice pool. Short walk to beach, playground and nature preserve. Alan was very responsive and easy to work with.

Had a few let downs but not major
1. Master water pressure at sink not good and cold was warm & if hot almost scolding
2. Master tub all scratched not impressed but doable
3. AC controls at thermostat were an issue
4. Not sure why hot tub part of pool not functional but it was advertised without. But would have been nice!! Lol
6. Lots of ants in pool/yard should be pest controlled better
7. Back yard could be maintained better and rear right side kinda run down looking. A small amount of TLC IN back yard would go a long way
As I said though overall experience and house were great for what we needed.

Our family of six had a wonderful, fun and relaxing week in this spacious beach home. The best part was coming back to the beautiful backyard pool after a day at the beach. House is in a very quiet area bordering a beautiful nature preserve. Alan was the best host, responding within minutes to any need. Kitchen was well-equipped and spacious; whole house was spotless and the housekeeper was able to accommodate my fragrance sensitivity. A few more niceties would make the place perfect— such as more comfortable pillows, more beach chairs, some beach towels and perhaps a few board games.

This is a perfect house. We had 2 familys, 9 in total, the bedrooms are laid out so everyone has there own space. The pool is very relaxing after a long day. House is nicley located in a nice neigborhood. Extremly safe

This home was perfect for our family of 11 to enjoy a week at Indian Rocks Beach. It was walking distance to the beach. The house was clean upon arrival. There were some toilet paper, paper towels, etc left out which we appreciated since we got there so late after check in. I loved how someone came to put the trash cans out on trash day and even put them back for us! It was one less thing to remember. The pool was wonderful and the most loved attraction for my family. Thank you so much for having us.

Neighborhood is perfect with so many people out walking dogs and a dog park around the corner. Easy beach access and so many restaurants within walking distance. We had wonderful time and would recommend it to all .

Rented this for a 40th birthday, the place is amazing, only the block away from the beach, nice while kept neighborhood, agent checked in with us by phone a few times to make sure everything was going well, would definitely stay here again

Great for big families!
We stayed here for a week and it was perfect. Favorite parts where having enough space for our large family, being close to a lot of fun things to do, having a pool to ourselves (which was super nice and cleaned twice while we were there), fully stocked kitchen- lots of appliances, cooking utensils, nice dishwasher, fancy stove, etc and fast responses from the owner with questions/concerns. We needed a repair at 2 am and he fixed it quickly. I would definitely come back! We also appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was and had a nice park within walking distance for the younger kids/basketball court for the older ones.

Great location if you’re looking for a great beach without the crowd!
This location had so many places to sleep that was the least of our worries as a group of 12 which was refreshing. The location is on a beach access road and the opening to the beach is stunning. The pool was so nice to have. The fees for vrbo, cleaning, etc add up which is a bit frustrating but deff not the owners fault. Thanks for letting us stay, we will be sure to spread the word if anyone is looking

Just as described and perfect location
This property was just as described and in the perfect location! I think it could be an amazing house as they make improvements/upgrades.
The kitchen came fully stocked with everything you would need to cook while on vacation.
The location was PERFECT! The location is a short walk to the beach, the nature park which has an amazing trail and fun little shops! We rented the golf cart that is advertised and it was nice to bebop around town.
Alan was amazing to work with! He answered all our crazy questions everyday and made our stay super easy!

Location great - property manager very responsive- has for heated pool ran out and property manager did everything they could to make right - offered discount as result but after following up on discount- no response- also they are advertising one less bedroom then they actually have

Just what we needed!
The property was wonderful and had everything we needed for the week. Very close walk to the beach. It was a very quiet neighborhood and the property is by a nature preserve so we enjoyed the peace and quiet and the birds. Beds were comfortable, showers were great with awesome pressure and the swimming pool was a nice addition as well. Would recommend for any family. My 4 children are 13, 14, 16, & 17. Plenty of room to spread out. I also noticed they had stuff for families with small children.

Beds were a little uncomfortable.
Door was unlocked and standing wide open when we arrived so we had to check the house for anyone who might have been in there.
The pictures make it look like there’s a hot tub but once on the property it states there isn’t.
Overall it was a great place and we would recommend to others

First, check in process was super easy, especially with a large group. Off street parking for 3 vehicles was a plus for us! This property could have used a few updates but overall it was conveniently located, clean and had everything you need for the house and beach supplies.
The pool was relaxing a nice retreat for the adults and kids. Also a playground right down the street as well if you are not wanting a beach day! We all agreed we would be staying here again. We all had a great time!
