The condo was a perfect location near Vanderbilt Beach. The owner was very responsive and considerate.

We stayed two weeks at Diana's lovely condo. It is in the perfect location for spending time at the beach and taking long walks in the neighborhood. We loved the nearby shops and restaurants. Some were in walking distance. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Despite the noisy construction, we were still able to enjoy time on the nice balcony. Diana was a pleasure to work with and was readily available if we had any questions.

Great condo, clean and nicely decorated. Well equipped with everything you would need for your vacation. Even beach chairs, umbrella and pool floats. A lot of construction going on in the area as described but it did not prevent us from having a wonderful vacation. Thanks to Dianna for making our stay so easy.

Loved that it was so close to Vanderbilt Beach!
Simple, but efficient condo.
Downside was the construction all around, especially the foul smelling water being pumped from the construction site. Otherwise location was great and the price reasonable.

My wife and I recently spent 10 nights at this property and absolutely loved it. Diana, the property owner, was wonderful in providing with restaurant recommendations, bikes, and checked up to make sure everything was up to par during our stay.
We found the unit was as advertised: VERY close to Vanderbilt Beach, local shopping and entertainment, and all of Naples. We especially liked the abundant options the location offered us to simply go out and have enjoyable walks.
The unit was also very clean, updated, well appointed, and comfortable.
We will definitely look into staying here the next time we are in the area.

We had a great time in this condo. Diana was very hospitable, helpful and very friendly. Diana ensured we had everything we needed for a great week. Perfect location, 1 block to the beach and a short drive to lots of restaurants. Beach chairs were waiting for us when we arrived and used every day at the beach.

Vanderbilt Beach stay
My husband and I spent 2 weeks at this location. Its a perfect spot. 2 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach which is gorgeous. Quick drive to many great restaurants and shopping. The Mercado area is a favorite.
Communication with the owner was great, they are amazing. The condo is fully equipped and was perfect for the two of us. I highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again.

Everything you want or need!
Diana was the most accommodating, communicative, generous owner we have ever dealt with. We experienced a medical emergency while there and she was very accommodating. The condo was beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything we needed. Loved that the balcony was screened in! There was a lot of construction around the building, but it did not obscure the water view or bother us while at the pool. Great restaurants were within easy walking distance, as well as the beach. Towels, beach umbrella, chairs, and coolers were all furnished. We’d definitely stay again!

Clean, updated, 1 block from the beach & bikes included!
The owner, Diana, has thought of everything - beach chairs, bikes, cooler, floats, beach towels, umbrella, the list goes on…. Easy parking, easy no-key lock on front door, detergent/dryer sheets, sunscreen, shaving cream, etc all provided. We made dinner reservations 2 weeks out at various locations throughout Naples which seems to be necessary. Diana is great at communicating and at accommodating her guests. We will definitely stay here again!

Diana is a lovely hostess! She made my stay wonderful. The condo is well appointed and nicely decorated. There is some city construction going on but if you spend the day at the beach it’s not a bother. Would love to stay here again! 🌴🏖☀️

Relaxing Week Close to the Beach
Great condo! Tastefully decorated, clean, well equipped and within walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach. The king-sized bed was very comfy! The host checked in a couple times to make sure our stay was going smoothly. Truly enjoyed our stay!

A Great Break from the Cold
We had a great stay! The condo was spotless - probably one of the cleanest places we have stayed on VRBO. We enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful beach and pretty much had the rooftop pool and hot tub to ourselves. Diana's list of restaurant recommendations was spot on - we had one amazing meal after another. We would definitely stay here again!

Our hostess was the best! Her gorgeous property was so close to the beach and and all conveniences, we rarely had to drive anywhere. Thank you for a wonderful week in paradise!!

Great Location!
Great location, loved the location and updated features of this unit as well as the roof patio and pool! The only drawback after we checked in was that we found out that the City of Naples was doing work on Vanderbilt Beach until mid to late January and loud dump trucks and other heavy equipment began work at 7am every morning.

Wonderful stay
Absolutely fantastic location and an amazing property everything was so clean and well thought through, I had the best time.
Not a thing I didn’t like this is a wonderful property. The hosts have thought of everything to make the guests stay perfect. The quality of furnish and comfort makes this a very desirable holiday base. I hope to return very soon.
