Location was very convenient for visiting the Grand Canyon, about 25 minutes from the park entrance. Getting to the location was a bit of a challenge. The owner said not to follow my GPS and to use the link they provided. Well the link led me down several dirt roads and to a locked gate. I ended up just using my GPS and that took me to the correct location, literally could have taken a simple turn off the main road. Checking in was easy, just used a keypad. The tiny home was perfect for our one night stay. There were 3 adults and 1 toddler. If we would have stayed any more than 2 nights, we might have gotten on each others nerves in that small of a space. The dining room table right up against the fridge. You were not able to open the fridge door all the way. I also noticed that the place was dusty. My son loved looking out the windows in the loft but the window sills were covered in dust. I also noticed several yellow stains on my comforter and a tissue under the pillow. Was the bedding even changed out? Overall, location was perfect but the rental could have been cleaner.

Nice, quiet property. Cute tiny house was just the right size for our girls trip. We loved it.

The tiny home was perfect for myself, my husband, and our two friends.
Great location: It's about 30mins to Grand Canyon National Park (to the actual parking lots to get to trail heads). We were able to cook meals in the kitchen and pack lunches for hiking. Definitely stop at the safeway in Williams before you get here for groceries if you need them. The only other grocery store is in the park and it is very overpriced.
It was very clean, the checkin and checkout process was easy, and the beds were comfortable.
Would recommend!

The home was everything we needed it to be, and just about a half our drive from GC national park. Would recommend it to all.

We had a wonderful time visiting the Grand Canyon. Make sure to make your way down to Williams! It is such a fun little town and we didn’t get there til the last night.

This tiny home was exceptional! It had room for all six of us comfortably. It was close to the entrance of the Grand Canyon. The property was accessible from the main road even though we only stayed one night I would highly recommend this for multiple nights day as it had all of the amenities a person would want for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner . There was very good communication from the owners, and we were able to have an early check-in, which is understandably hard to accommodate at times would definitely book this property again.

A completely positive experience from first communication with the manager through checkout. Very clean, just far enough away from town and tourism to be quiet but still convenient. Great alternative to a hotel near the South Rim. Highest recommendation!,

We wish we had stayed closer to the canyon.
Had I realized that accommodations were still available in Tusayan, I wouldn't have booked this. I had only checked online for Grand Canyon brand hotels, and the other short-stay websites for other accommodations nearby. There is no need to travel 20 MILES to the south-rim entrance. And there are lovely restaurants right in Tusayan.
The only thing we were looking forward to was a comfortable bed (which we got) and a few minutes star-gazing. Unfortunately, that was out of the question because upon entering the mobile home park (after dark) we passed the community's garbage container which was being guarded by a pitbull. We discovered in the morning that two of them lived at the property immediately behind our house. They probably were friendly, but who would take the chance?
If you want to sleep in past sunrise, pick one of the other units. This one has large uncovered windows on the porch end which opens to one of the bedrooms. If you stay here, I recommend eye-patches. And why they didn't put a small path to the side door and put the coded-lock on that one, I can't understand. As it is, you walk in the door on the porch directly into the bedroom and have to slink by the bed to get to the living area and other beds.
The "kitchen" was very slimly stocked with pots/pans/dishes. We wanted a larger bowl to micro our oatmeal, but there was none. The two ceiling fans and upper window sills were really dusty, although the rest of the home looked to be in almost-new condition. No shelf in the shower, not even for soap. Only one chair on our porch. The other nearby units had two.
It was a disappointing stay overall.

Gorgeous night sky
We rented for one night while visiting Grand Canyon. Family of six. Perfectly appointed for us. Hot shower, coffee for the keurig, and comfortable beds. Before bed I recommend walking down the driveway away from the homes to view the stars. Copious communication from the management to make sure you have clear directions and check in even if you don't have cell coverage, though we had good coverage.

Great access to the Grand Canyon
Small, clean, useful tiny home that was a great place to crash after a day in the Grand Canyon.

Not too far from Grand Canyon South Rim
This was exactly what we needed for an overnight. If you have a tall family...it truly is a tiny house so watch your head! Booking was easy, no issues. We only stayed one night as we just needed something not too far from the park.

Great home, convenient location. Needs some improvements but worth the stay
We and another family decided to rent 2 tiny homes for the week of spring break. You can’t beat the setup and proximity of homes if you are traveling with multiple families. The location is a reasonable distance to the southern entrance of the Grand Canyon, and located in a quiet remote area. Stargazing is possible and you can definitely catch the Milky Way but you’ll need to venture to the end of the dirt road to do so.
The homes are new with a lot of natural light, cordless blinds (great for those of us with small children), and sleeping quarters that provide adequate privacy and comfort regardless of which model you choose. Overall this is a great setup for those who wish to explore the Grand Canyon and have a “home away from home” experience rather than a hotel.
I think these rentals have the potential to be outstanding once a few improvements or upgrades are made. The bed linens were subpar- the bottom sheets were not fitted so they came undone in the middle of the night. The comforters had no duvet cover which leads me to question whether they were laundered between guests.
The kitchen could have been stocked with more plates and utensils, and an unused sponge upon arrival would have been appreciated.
The Wi-Fi and Smart TV’s were a nice amenity that our family didn’t use much, but our friends enjoyed having the access to streaming services during our down time.
Our trip to the Grand Canyon was comfortable and relaxing knowing we had our own private retreat to spend time with our friends and family, and would recommend this to others looking for a similar experience.

Not so tiny but not sufficiently provisioned
Location was convenient for exploring the Grand Canyon - 20 min drive towards the park. The place is new and it was nice.
The place though is advertised for up to 8 people. We were 4 for 1 night and then just 2 people for the other 2 nights. it was challenging with 4 adults. It’s tiny house , so the space needs to be organized and provisioned much better - simple things like not enough plates, cups, silverware, an office waste basket for kitchen trash and nothing more, no paper towels, no baking tray, no trash bags, zero place to dry dishes make the stay in the tiny house quite uncomfortable. I commented on a few items to the manager, so hopefully they’ll address it.

Our first tiny home experience and we loved it.
