The view is amazing! The top level deck has very nice furniture and is a perfect place to drink coffee and watch the sun rise! There is ample parking for the amount of bedrooms. The elevator made moving in and out so much easier.

We rented a week every summer at 30 Dune Rd for years before it was torn down and rebuilt. What a fantastic improvement! The view is even better now that the main living area and deck are a level higher. It is obvious that much thought and care was put into the rebuild and decorating. Furniture is comfortable, beds are plush and all those bathrooms make it really easy for multiple families to spread out and relax. The kitchen is extremely well equipped down to the labeled cabinets and drawers. The double refrigerator is a really nice touch as is the ice maker. The elevator was a huge plus as well! We have already booked our week for next year!

Great location, completely renovated home, spacious for big families, clean and organized.

We've stayed in this community before, but were looking for closer proximity to the beach and more space. We were not disappointed! This house is PERFECT for families who want the convenience of an ocean-front property. We loved the kitchen and living room space, which was perfect for large family dinners. The best part? The 90 second walk to the beach! We can't wait to stay here again!

Beachfront

This house was just what we were hoping for on vacation. Gorgeous ocean view, walkable to beach, spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, very accommodating in all ways.

We celebrated our family reunion here for a week early August. The house is beautifully situated in Middlesex beach in Bethany. It was wonderful to arrive w/ linens on the beds & towels hung un bathrooms. Well-appointed furnishings & outstanding kitchen w/ the twin refrigerators, separate wine cooler & very handy ice machine were bonus features for us. Would rent it again!

We just had the most incredible week ever, in this gorgeous home. It was clean and incredibly spacious. The location on the beach cannot be beat. Every bed was comfortable, every bathroom was beautiful, the kitchen was meticulously organized and the porch furniture was both sturdy yet cozy. We especially enjoyed the photo book of the home remodel! We cannot wait to stay here again and continue to make family memories in this beautiful home away from home!

The house is new and in very good condition. The location is convenient and easily accessible. Great ocean and beach view with easy access. Nice kitchen with all the tools. The contents of the drawers and cabinets are labeled, which is a nice touch. The rental process was easy.

This home is perfect. I can not think of one negative thing to say about 30 Dune. The floor plan is great. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms are gorgeous. The beautiful kitchen is very well equipped with all things needed for any task, including an ice maker and wine cooler. The decks and ocean views could not be better with comfy seating and tables. This is the perfect house for a girls trip or adults wanting to hang out. It is located in a small and safe community, close to shopping and restaurants, not that you will ever want to leave this house! I would definitely recommend and can hardly wait to return!
