The house was so beautiful and inviting when we arrived. No issues at all and the Littles loved the story time nook. I hope to see this little gem again!

We had a wonderful time, but it started out that we put the wrong dates on our calendar, the host was so gracious to change our reservation. Definitely a very Cute Place, A+ on cleanliness as well.

We had 6 adults, the home is super spacious. Love the back patio. Owner was attentive and responsive. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay very much!

This is a roomy house and everything was in order, including live plants. K-cup coffee pods were supplied as were hand soaps in all bathrooms and the kitchen. Every cleaning and laundry product you would ever need were also provided. We typically don't wash clothes on a three-night stay, but I stained a white golf shirt and had everything I needed to treat the stain and wash/dry. This property is away from noise in a semi-rural setting and is easily accessible from the roomy concrete driveway and parking area. The entry lock is easy to use and the best system we've seen, after wrestling with others that were not as simple and intuitive. The host was very responsive and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this property to couples who like to spread out and families that need three bedrooms and rollaways.

When we first walked in we were so pleased. The house is well decorated with plenty of space for a larger family. We had 3 adults and 3 children in our party and the house worked well for us. The large yard was great for outdoor play, and the sun porch was nice for those of us who wanted to stay a bit cooler under the shade and ceiling fan. The large soaker tub in the master bathroom was a huge hit. As was the arcade games upstairs. This house is lovely, we highly recommend.

This farmhouse was perfect for our girl’s trip. The decor, cleanliness, and very roomy feel was fantastic. The owners communicated with us easily. The home is well stocked for every need and could accommodate easily more than our 3 adults and 2 babies. Super comfy beds in each room. We will definitely stay here again.

Property is very accommodating

This home is even more impressive and expansive in person than it’s pictures reveal. Large and welcoming. with high ceilings, and beautiful decorator touches. Everyone was comfortable, and it made a perfect setting for our Baylor graduation brunch for 15-18 dual family and friends. The screened in back porch overlooking the expansive back yard and Adirondack chairs made a great place for the younger guests to enjoy each other. Would definitely stay again! And Meryl was a perfect host. Thanks so much!

only suggestion is to replace the hand held can opener, i had a hard time using it

we enjoyed our stay at the house. home was very clean and the large backyard was conducive for our kids to spend some time outside. very close to Waco and baylor.

We have a large family (7kids) and were visiting while are son played in the Little League World Series. The house had everything we needed. We initially didn’t know if we’d be there 4 days or 7+. When we were told we needed to go a day earlier, the host quickly accommodated. The house was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of space for our large family. The location was rural and safe but close enough to everywhere we needed to go. We have shared the property with several friends and hope to be back for college football games soon!

This house was perfect for our stay! We traveled for spring break with our four children ages 12-18. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The backyard is huge and allowed me to sit in the sun and read my book while the kids played. The large bathtub was a treat and another fun way to relax in the evenings! The house is clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. Our kids enjoyed this space so much that one afternoon they specifically asked to go home and just play instead of more sight seeing!
