The carpets stink and are very dirty. I had to buy carpet deodorizer just to sit in the living room. Several things need to be fixed.

Great condo has everything you need and more. We enjoyed the community's amenities...golf course, fitness center, sauna, etc., and had a great meal at the clubhouse and listened to live music--a really talented musician. The staff throughout the community was very welcoming and engaging. We were a short drive from Bethany Beach and enjoyed great meals and live entertainment in Fenwick Island and Rehoboth where we also shopped the Outlets. So much to do; would absolutely go back!

A terrific stay in this comfortable and well-appointed home. Every extra was already there, the owner thought of everything to make the vacation restful and hassle-free! Great location, a close drive to restaurants. Grateful that it was also pet-friendly! A quiet, relaxing area.

There were tiny ants on the floor in the kitchen near the register. The bathrooms or the showers I should say were a little bit slippery. It would be good to put some tacky strips on the floor of the shower.

Clean property, it has everything. Unfortunately, no cable in any TV even though the listing said that it was set up. Called Vacasa and they told mw they were going to coordinate with the locsl office. Never got a respond from Vacasa Delaware

We always love to stay at Beat Trappe Dunes and never had an issues with our houses. There were a few minor issues with dust through out the house and mold and mildew on the shower door. Also, there was broken outlet. The property management came out in less than 24 hours to remedy.

The townhouse was perfect. Attractive, plenty of space, everything we needed. The neighborhood was great - good for walking our dog, quiet, VERY well manicured (beautiful). Within 15-20 minute drive of anything we needed.

We loved this little villa. Clean and comfortable, it was perfect for our family of five. Will definitely book here again. Bear Trap is a top-notch choice for families looking for the excitement of the beach but a quiet, comfortable place to relax.

Nice condo!
We enjoyed the area of the condo. Having the indoor pool was great at the pavilion; you have to pay for a week pass. The nearby things to do like the arcade and West Park. The beach isn’t far either, short drive. The condo was on the bottom floor, lots of room. The master had a huge king bed. Twin beds perfect for the little kids. We couldn’t find the crib anywhere and we didn’t bring our pack in play but the king bed was big enough where it didn’t cause a problem. The couch goes to a bed too. Kids enjoyed the pond out back. Nice view to grill outside and eat in the screened porch. Had little soaps and ample pots and pans, plates, etc. Clean space. If you have more than one little one, might want to bring some kid forks and spoons. Overall great stay.

Nice condo in a great spot with great in house amenities. They need to fire their cleaners. Clearly no one cleaned the guest bathroom, the kitchen.

Wonderful mini vacation....
This property was excellent. Well equipped and comfortable.
It is close to the beach, near grocery stores and great restaurants. And the proximity to cycling trails was perfect.
We will definitely stay here again.

One of the Best places we've rented over the years. Very clean, quiet, Had everything we needed for cooking, etc... Ocean View is a very nice area, close enough to everything. Would stay again.

This house was clean, had all the necessities that we needed and the back porch view was so relaxing. It is only a 10 minute drive from the beach! Will be booking here again next year!
