Beautifully appointed, well maintained, spotless property perfectly located. Close, easy beach access with a market (and ice cream!) in close proximity as well. Back yard and upstairs loft area ideal for the kids. Jeff could not have been more accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We come up to Matunuck every summer and this rental is by far the best we’ve found. Spacious, clean, air conditioned, and thoughtfully appointed/equipped. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed it so much, we’ll be renting it again for our stay next summer!

We loved our week in this beautiful, welcoming, well-appointed home. Very spacious, great location, and wonderful touches such as a coffee bar area to start your day. Communication with Jeff the owner was great- he was very attentive, willing to address any issues that came up, and even tried to banish the rain we got in the middle of the week :) The A/C in the living area wasn’t working great, but it was on schedule to be fixed, and in the meantime we worked around it. This is a great property for families and small groups of friends. We very much appreciated that our dog was welcome too! He loved being able to look out the windows in the living area. We would definitely return!

Had a very comfortable stay at this property. The house is well supplied, clean and plenty of room! The beach is a close walk away and the owner was very friendly.

This was the perfect house with an even more perfect location. The hosts made everything extra great. Neighborhood is fantastic. Matunuck is the perfect family getaway and this house made our family vacation extra special. The house had eveything we needed, even games. It was really a great vacation and we hope to stay at the house again in the future!

Our week away was great from beginning to end. This house is beautifully furnished and very clean. My family immediately felt at home. It was very nice to have the sheets included and beds made when we arrived. The kids loved the loft area and I fell in love with the living room with an ocean view. It was also nice to have bedrooms on different floors. We enjoyed our morning walks to get coffee. It's a short 5-minute walk to the beach, the outdoor shower was perfect. The owner was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The neighbors were very nice and we enjoyed talking with them. It was hard to leave. We really enjoyed our time at this house/area.

We had a great week in this beautiful house! Kitchen is spacious, set up well, and stocked with almost anything you could use. Very clean and it was nice to have towels and sheets included. Has not always been the case at some beach rentals for us. The teens in our group loved having their own space to hang out and sleep on the top floor. 5 minute walk to town beach and a great outdoor shower too! Really enjoyed our week!

We had a wonderful time at this clean, well maintained, and well stocked home. The location was quiet and family friendly and an easy walk to a beautiful beach. The owner was attentive and we found the house equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower and the multiple bedroom levels, so that our early risers didn’t wake everyone else up in the mornings.

Very nice home, very clean, in a nice neighborhood…the house was comfortable and well equipped , and was within walking distance to the beach. We had a great time celebrating our anniversary with family. The owner was easy to get in touch with, responded quickly to a question we had and made us feel very welcome! Highly recommend…

My family stayed at Matunuck Beach house for 3 nights and 4 days over memorial day weekend. We chose this property because we had a large group of 8 people and needed space to chill out. Just as advertised, it is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes walk from the beach and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. We found the home spotless, well furnished, and very well taken care of. The neighbors were all very friendly, and offered our daughter toys to use at the beach. The host was very accommodating, flexible and responded quickly to any questions or additional requests we had. We highly recommend this luxury beach home and look forward to many more visits in future.

The property was everything described. Very clean, lots of room for everyone. Great communication with owner. Showed a genuine concern for our comfort. Nice outdoor shower. Fantastic location, easy walk to town beach, and quick drive to Deep Hole for surf. Will definitely keep this on the list.
