We loved the seclusion of the property. Our dogs enjoyed the large yard. The king bed was very comfortable. Everything was as described.

Had a great weekend with family and close friends. The house is in a great location close to hiking and in a secluded area. We had our 2 dogs who loved roaming the property.
The fire pit was great at night. The hot tub didn’t heat up, but since it was a hot weekend was nice and refreshing to cool off!
We took paper plates and cups to save on doing dishes since there wasn’t a dishwasher.
This house was perfect size, not too big, all on one floor. Was great for our group!

Family came out to do some hiking in the area. Beautiful and very private area. Clean and everything was available. The office was helpful and courteous. We all enjoyed ourselves.

This property was great for my husband and I along with our 1 year old lab. Yard was big enough to throw the ball to him. The hot tub was fantastic after hiking all day. We did have to turn it on to heat up when we arrived at the cabin, but it stayed at temp every day after that. The cabin was spacious for the 2 of us. While there is internet, please note that it is slow to respond. There is no cell phone service at the house. If you do not load your destination on your phone to where you are going before you leave the house, it will take quite some time to get into a service zone for your phone. Home did not have a wine/bottle opener that we could find. Luckily we had one in our gear. AC in the bedroom we stayed in had to be continually restarted, but worked when on. To the property owners, there were wasps flying into the front of the hot tub. We killed 3 as they didn’t seem to be aggressive, but if the home is empty for a week and someone turns on the hot tub, they may get swarmed. Overall great stay!

Great property with almost everything you would need! No dishwasher but for the weekend that’s not a big deal at all! Wonderful in unit washer and dryer and the hot tub was amazing! Would definitely stay again.

Very nice out of the way location, but yet close to Logan and Nelsonville for food options. Also within an easy to drive to Hocking hills sights. Our only issues were overwhelming smell of sulfur, we reported it and the manager said they would look into it, and very intermittent to non existent internet. We never heard if it was resolved or not. But they were responsive as far as seeing the email with the issues. I’m sure the owners will look into these small issues and resolve what they can.

The cabin was absolutely perfect. I have very high standards of cleanliness, and I was very pleased with how nice and clean the property was. And it was in a good location, not too far from all of the Hocking Hills trails. The hot tub was well-maintained and very clean as well. Overall, we had a great time at this property.

My family of four (and our dog) stayed for four nights. It was a good amount of room and had everything we needed. We loved the property. The creek, the hills and the privacy was wonderful. It’s about 18ish minutes to any of the hikes, but that was fine. We enjoyed and would be back.

We were looking to explore Hocking Hills for a few days and decided to stay at this property. It has a great fire pit and outdoor play area for the kids. It was great we could bring our dog and didn’t have to worry about other people around. The house is set up nicely and it was helpful to have laundry onsite because the kids loved getting dirty. The kitchen was small and while it is well stocked with cooking things, didn’t leave any room for us to store the food and snacks we brought. Not a lot of counter space to prepare meals and since there’s no dishwasher it made space feel even smaller. We also had an issue with the oven/stove losing power, but was an easy fix once we were told where the breaker box was. Internet was available for basic things but none of us had cell service anywhere on the property, so we couldn’t make phone calls without driving about 10 minutes to town.
Overall it was a nice place and appreciate being able to stay there.

This cabin was very nicely set back into the woods. The entire facility seemed well kept and was very welcoming. It was very close to various restaurants and activities in the area. The beds and overall atmosphere was very comfortable and helped create a very pleasant stay. We loved using the hot tub and enjoying everything the kitchen had to offer. Definitely would recommend this getaway to a friend!

Overall we had a good stay. Very nice property, nice large hotub, washer and dryer were a nice addition especially after enjoying the outdoor fire pit to get rid of the smoke smell on our clothing.
Great place to disconnect from the world while still close to shopping and food.

This was a wonderful cabin set on a lot that provides seclusion and privacy. Ample room and amenities, we had everything we needed. The hot tub was clean and hot, and we used it every day! Easy to find, easy access. The location was great; close to Logan and easy drives to all of the trails and parks. Comfy beds, and even with being pet friendly, no odor or noticable hair. The only things we might have preferred would be more plastic dishware, cups and a dishwasher. Otherwise, highly recommend it, and would absolutely visit again. Thanks for a great getaway!!

This place was just what we needed. Way off the road in a valley of its own. Perfect if trying to get away from the world and enjoy Gods country. Has everything you need. We plan to stay again.

Tucked away was very secluded and nice. Our family of 5 loved the peace and quiet we had while in the hot tub in the evening. Saw several deer one evening while coming up the driveway, when coming back after a day of hiking. We will be back!

Overall a good stay. The cable/internet was a little wonky the entire time but that beyond anyone's control. Couple suggestions for the kitchen - not sure if it wandered off with another guest, but a can opener of some sort would be really helpful 🙂. We ended up breaking into our canned good with a combo of a bottle opener and a knife. And speaking of knives - really need some sharper knives - came very close to cutting myself due to really a really dull knife. Overall, the cabin is exactly as described; very clean and quite comfortable.

A very clean, quiet, nestled away place for family or a girl's weekend. Amenities are on point. Far enough out, while being super easy to get to town and other attractions. Will definitely stay there again.

My old college roommates and I met for a reunion weekend. The cabin was wonderful. Very clean and updated. Beds were pretty comfortable. Lots amenities like full kitchen and two baths. We didn’t use the hot tub but it did look very clean. Only complaints were there weren’t any dish cloths or towels to use to do dishes (there’s no dishwasher). We had to use the bath towels-I felt bad doing that. Would have been nice to know we had to bring our own wood for Fire pit. Also 10am checkout is just way too early. Felt like our checkout day was kind of a waste. Couldn’t really enjoy the morning bc we were too worried about being out by 10. It was stated several times in emails and on the kitchen table that the 10am checkout was non-negotiable and strict. Besides that we had a wonderful time. Would recommend to friends

This was our second time staying at this home. As the name of the property would imply,bit is indeed "tucked away"; you feel as if you're miles from anyone else. But it's just a few minutes to Logan. This home had everything we needed, and we'd definitely come back a third time.

We really enjoyed staying here. The property is beautiful and relaxing. The location is great! The place was clean and had everything we needed. The water does have a steph sulfur smell which one of us really struggled with. She couldn’t stay in the bathroom long without gagging. The only thing that would keep me from staying here again is the beds. They are so hard! I ended up on the couch both nights and got very little sleep.

My family stayed for a trip to Hocking Hills and it’s an easy distance to the parks and trails. The guidance and communication from the owners was excellent. The cabin was clean, spacious, updated, and the grounds are very well kept. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The internet was a little slow, but enough to help us communicate as needed and use google maps for directions- which was crucial since we had no cell service (totally expected) in the area.

Tucked Away was the perfect end of summer get away. It made the perfect haven after long days of hiking with hot tub, fire pit, and grill. Our dog truly lived his best life, running around the property as well!

I can not say enough great things about the property and the owners. As my children have gotten older and with all of their sports it was nice to get away and spend quality time together! My son is a newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic and the Wi-Fi helped keep track of his numbers too. This is our second time staying here and I hope to make this a summer tradition!

Nice cabin in a very private secluded area. Hot tub was good sized but needed cleaned. There is a nice fire pit area with plenty of seating. The worst part about the stay were all the cameras. There are 2 camera on each side of the building. They looked to be day/night camera's that also record sound. Most cabins we rent have a camera on the drive way to ensure extra visitors aren't staying which i totally understand but I felt this was overkill. I like privacy and i didn't feel as comfortable outside as I was hoping I would.
Overall it was a nice quiet stay.

Cons:
As mentioned in previous reviews, wifi is definitely spotty. Not a big deal but worth mentioning for preparedness purposes (bring DVD's or games).
Beds are very hard and unfortunately not comfortable.
Washer was not working.
Display panel on oven is broken so you would think the oven didn't work, unless you give it a try like we did (pressed bake and typed in 350 and it worked). A note would have been nice as I wanted to make cookies Friday and didn't figure out the oven worked until Saturday.
Hot tub was a little dirty, unfortunately.
And, last but not least, there are cameras all around the cabin which takes away from the privacy for sure. I don’t recall that being mentioned in the listing, however, I could be wrong.
Overall, pretty good, but rating a 3 due to the oven issue and uncomfortableness of the beds.
