Cozy home close to Granby Ranch. Back porch is perfect for getting outside to play in the snow. And has a good spot for sledding.

Hands down the best rental property in granby. It housed 6 grown dudes from Texas comfortably. The house was well furnished with everything you need. The views are beautiful day and night. Central heating/cooling was a big big plus. 10/10 will return again.

Wonderful location and community pool. House had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful view from the back patio and even an outdoor comfy couch, perfect for watching the sunrise and sipping coffee.

This house was perfect for our group of 9! The 5 kids thoroughly enjoyed the basement space and the bookshelf! It was very clean and everything was in good working order. Great opportunities to watch the colorful sunsets. Granby itself is a cute little town. The only 2 downsides is the guest bedroom on the main floor and the adjoining bathroom do not have a good place to hang used shower towels. Also, we were given one kitchen washcloth for our stay of 5 days. But those things aside, this was a wonderful home and I would highly recommend staying here!

This house was perfect for our group of 9! The 5 kids thoroughly enjoyed the basement space and the bookshelf! It was very clean and everything was in good working order. Great opportunities to watch the colorful sunsets. Granby itself is a cute little town. The only 2 downsides is the guest bedroom on the main floor and the adjoining bathroom do not have a good place to hang used shower towels. Also, we were given one kitchen washcloth for our stay of 5 days. But those things aside, this was a wonderful home and I would highly recommend staying here!

Unfortunately the neighbor kept letting their dog pee and poop in our yard where our kids were playing. The indoor fireplace stopped working 3 days before we left and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone from Vacasa via phone, email or text. We would definitely stay at the house or any house in the Granby Ranch area we just wish the customer service from Vacasa was better.
