The home is older but kept clean. Lots of extras in the house with the second freezer and fridge, and lots of fitments included with home. The host "Ian" was very kind. The yard could use some love and care, does not look like the pictures. However, I do understand as water and or paying someone to care and or keep up the yard is very expensive these days. The home was perfect for our event. And everyone enjoyed the pool, darts, pool table and room. Thank you

The host was very responsive and accommodating but the property did not meet expectations. The bottom of the shower curtain in the master was moldy, the blinds were broken in the living room, some pool cues are broken/missing tips. All of the darts are broken or bent beyond repair. If that wasn’t enough, the door handle to one of the bedroom fell off. In addition to the thick layer of dust on the decor (faux plants, blinds, louvered doors, wall hangings). There are smaller issues but it’s not worth going into detail. I reported my larger concerns to the host and Ian offered to replace the shower curtain and fix the door but there were so many concerns that we opted to rent another property for the duration of our trip. The host accommodated a partial refund but refused to return the fees that VRBO charges. I was directed to contact VRBO for a refund, however they advised this must be completed by the host. Alas, I have not received compensation for the fees.

Property was clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were nice Lots of items included for the beach Extra towels etc… Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked We did not have to buy anything except the food we ate/prepared Property manager was great! He let us check in early and was very helpful when we had a problem.

Amazing home! Excellent area close to everything we needed. Very clean and spacious Everything you need especially if you forgot something was at the home. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the birds and lizards in the backyard Our fur baby was relaxed and learned how to use the fur baby door to the back yard We truly enjoyed our stay and loved it was fur baby friendly🤗🤗🤗 Thank you sooooo much for sharing your home

The home reflected exactly as the photos described. Beds we’re comfortable, utilized the pool every day, many days the Hot tub, good appliances, having 3 bathrooms was a plus, able to park in the garage, outdoor TV was used to watch sports and movies, we cooked on the BBQ / Grill, property manager brought over an extra propane tank that in the end we didn’t need, great service by him. We thought it might be noisy as it is so close to HWY 19, BUT we couldn’t hear it. The location made it easy to go to Clearwater, Dunedin and to Tarpon Springs. Happy we stayed there

This property is in a great location for eating, shopping and beaches. The beaches in the area are great. The house was clean and plenty of room. Comfy mattresses. Hot tub and pool table a plus.

Great layout and good location; pool was a bit chilly but good size and hot tub was perfect. Could use a bit TLC in few spots. Would consider again next year.

This place has everything you need for a fun family vacation…it was clean, close to places and plenty entertainment on hand if you just wanted to stay in.

Found this gem for us to visit with our grandson and family and to be near my mom (great grandma). This was a perfect space for us. The open spacious floor plan got plenty of use. Great seating for comfy TV streaming time with ample internet. Indoor fun for the cold nights at the pool table and darts. It was very cold weather so the solar heated pool was still cold but we braved it ONCE! The hot tub was welcoming though. We hoped for better weather to take advantage of the outdoor space but no luck. The kitchen got plenty of use since we cooked most of our meals to save but there are plenty of local options close by. The house location is in a nice quiet neighborhood yet close to favorite destinations. Ian was a great host and answered all calls and texts immediately and offered to come if needed. The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms and size of the house is plenty of space as advertised. There are a few books, a couple games and toys and pool floats, dishwasher, washer dryer, and extra fridge for your favorite drinks. It is pet friendly but I would not have known it unless I found the pet supply cupboard-No smells or evidence. This is a great find and I will choose it again for our next visit. It was comfy enough for my grandson to call it “Grandma’s house!”

Enjoyed our stay at this home. Traveled with our 2 adult boys and their girlfriends. Plenty of space in bedrooms and seating in living room. Hot tub was great (although the cover smells terribly of mildew which makes the patio area smell as well). Pool was too cold to swim in due to not much sun and cold temps but it would have been great if warmer. Kids enjoyed the pool table and putting together puzzles that were at the house. Dart board was not working and only 2 darts. I appreciated the use of the garage area and outside hose to clean shells I found at the beach. House was well stocked with things we needed. Location was great and close to stores and places to eat. Neighborhood was quiet. A few suggestions for this property: More lighting is needed in game room area as it’s very dark. Fix or replace dart board. Shower in master bath has no water pressure. Kitchen could use updating. Hot tub area smells strongly of mildew….I know this is a challenge to manage in Florida climate. Overall a great stay for our family and would consider staying again on our next trip to the area.

This house was conveniently located to shopping, the airport, and beaches. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to use the pool, but we used the hot tub everyday even when it was raining as it is located under an awning. The kids loved the pool table and other games it had to offer. It was also nice to be able to use the garage. Easy check-in and great communication by the owner.

This place is perfect for staying with kiddos. Definitely not the most up to date but clean and lots of fun stuff to do. Pool is technically heated but a little cold in November. Hot tub is great! Kids loved the pool table as well. Dart board could use a little upkeep or maybe just replacing but the owner said he would handle it.

This home has many amenities and is in a convenient location. It is extremely pet friendly and has a large fenced yard. This was my second stay here and I will be back.

This was our first VRBO experience. Ian was very responsive and kind. The place was ideally located for us and the pool & spa were the real star of the stay. We felt right at home.

Very pleased with the spaciousness of the house and the pool. Eight people can very comfortably stay in this house without feeling crowded. The pool is a very nice size and the location is very convenient.

Our family of 4 had a great time staying that rental, really sweet and cozy house very comfy! , we enjoyed swimming pool, hot tub, while we had rainy day we played pool table and darts. Very convenient area shops, restaurants, contryside mall (cant believe they do have ice skate inside! What a fun!) easy travel to beach. My favorite is honeymoon island beach it was very relaxed, and also went to clearwater beach, it was beautiful . Ian was a great host, would responds quickly if any questions asked. Highly recommend!

I stayed for four nights with my mini- Aussie Addie. The house and yard are extremely dog friendly. It was quite fun to host my grandkids for a change. We enjoyed the pool, spaciousness of the house, darts, games and the pool table ! We will be back !!

This house was in a great location, quiet but close to all kinds of things—food, beaches and shopping. The house itself is a bit outdated, however, everything is very clean. The host responds quickly and we loved the pool. I would stay here again!

Was very cozy and comfy Pool and hot tub were great all bedrooms were a good size. Everything in heat working conditions. Really enjoyed our time here with the grandchildren

Overall had a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and beach chairs/cooler. Pool table was in good working order. House was well stocked and clean. Ian was super responsive and friendly. The house was a little dated, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. But overall no issues and we would stay here again.

Ian - you’re a wonderful host! So easy to reach and quick to respond! The house was great! Master bedroom was super comfortable. The pool and hot tub definitely made the stay! We were about 30-40 min drive from Clearwater Beach. Thanks for a wonderful few days.

Enjoyed our stay in Palm Harbor. House was easy to find and close to anything we wanted. Short drive to cute "downtown" Palm Harbor (great dining options); Honeymoon Island (we went shelling and hiking and came back for sunset); Clearwater Beach and Tampa airport each just a 30 minute drive. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms gave us all lots of private space, but the game area, living room and pool/hot tub space were awesome spots to hang out together. Would return.

Great location, clean home, awesome amenities. If we go back to visit family I would definitely stay here again. Perfect!
