Second stay at this property and we will be back again. Everything is very nice from the location, the actual unit, communication with Matt and Courtesy, etc. We love it!

This was our first time in the Vail Valley so when we booked this lovely condo, we had no idea how perfect it would turn out to be in terms of location, comfort, and access to all our favorite activities. The condo is perfectly situated up a hill so it feels removed from the crowds and traffic, but not all the way up to Beaver Creek Village, so we could easily get to all surrounding towns full of great restaurants and shops. Hiking trails literally start behind the building. As for the condo itself, beautiful views, nice decor, super comfortable, clean and stocked with everything you need to feel like it’s a home. Communication with the owner couldn’t have been better. If we return to the area, this condo complex in general and this unit in particular will be our first choice.

This was the perfect place to stay with our adult children. Everything was fully stocked for a very comfortable stay. Beautiful location and convenient to city of Avon and Beaver Creek resort.

This is a beautiful place. It’s very well taken care of, beautifully furnished, peaceful and the hosts are very responsive. The balcony has seats for 4 and a great view of the mountains over the town of Avon. Everything worked great and there were no issues during our stay. The unit is located on the mountain side of the river and there is a paved path up to beaver creek resort. Its a short distance to Avon, Edwards, Walmart and the City Market. It’s a great place.

This is our second stay and we will be back for sure! Courtney and Matt are excellent hosts. They have thoughtnof every detail, are super responsive and help in any way they can to make your stay an absolute dream :). The beds are super comfy. So thankful for their hospitality.

This property was perfect for my wife and I to share with our daughter while we celebrated her 25th birthday. We enjoyed the separate master suites and the well made beds. The equipment lockers are spacious and made accessing the slopes very easy.

We are a family of 4 (kids ages 7 and 9) who travelled to Beaver Creek over spring break. Matt and Courtney’s place made our ski trip effortless. The Lower Beaver Creek Lift and Gondola are immediately outside and it is an easy 20 minute ski down to Beaver Creek Village/Centennial Lift. The ski locker was spacious and well organized, and the unit was clean, filled with the creature comforts of home (shampoo, lotion, detergent, basic condiments, cooking supplies/spices) and cozy. Matt was extremely responsive to all of our questions. We recommend the unit without reservation and look forward to staying there again next year.

Hot water in master bath is a major issue. It took quite a long time to get hot water to either the shower or sinks and once the hot water starts flowing in the shower, it was either scalding hot or ice cold. tiny adjustment in the shower valve goes from scalding to freezing. Owners need to fix the shower as there is no way to adjust the water temperature to a comfortable temperature. We had to all take showers in the other bathroom.

The property is a great location and the unit is spacious, clean and modern. We will stay again!

The condo was perfect, clean and so close to the chair lift. Made the day skiing effortless. We will be coming back.

Great place to stay for a family of four. Ski locker conveniently located on first floor. Once you have your gear, drop your skis just outside the door from the locker and ski to the lift (about 50 yards from lift). The owners were great, very accommodating and responsive. We will be back!

The only way this unit gets better is if it was facing the slopes instead of the valley. The unit is well appointed, the finishes and furniture of top notch, and the amenities are great. The parking garage is easily accessed, the ski lockers are large and in a beautiful room that exits out to a lift. On top of that, the owners were quick to respond and friendly.

We were so pleased with this unit! It was the perfect location-easy access to the slopes, but lift was not crowded like some of the other lifts. We loved the convenience of Beaver Creek Village via ski or shuttle, but preferred staying away from main village. The ski lockers were such a bonus-we've never had this amenity any other place we have rented. The owners were super fast to respond. We had no issues. Lots of items stocked! We would stay here again for sure!!

Property was gorgeous, well maintained, and very clean. We were able to ski Vail and have a nice place to come home to. We’ll appointed kitchen, much better than my previous experience in VRBOs. Thank you to the owners, who were great communicators. A problem free, relaxing luxury few days!

Great condo and location. Owners extremely helpful. Only downside was a leak in kitchen ceiling which made it essentially unusable during our stay.

Matt and Courtney are amazing hosts! The penthouse unit is stunning and everything was at our fingertips. Being a realtor, we see so many properties, and this one really felt like home. The location is perfect to get away, yet you are close to everything in Beaver Creek, Avon and Vail. Thank you both so much, we can't wait to come back, and send our friends and family here!!
