Pretty good location to check out the Finger Lakes area. We ate at a great barbecue place near Geneva. Smokin’ Pete’s, I think. Highly recommend

The property was, in general, excellent. Everyplace that we wanted to see was within an hours drive. For general sightseeing probably 8-10 would have been plenty of time.

Cute and cozy home for me snd my family. The mini splits saved us during a hot and hunid stretch in CNY. Great place!

The upside was a good kitchen to cook and the downside was no kitchen table and the shower was excellent. If I ever decide to fish that lake again, I would definitely stay at this place.

We truly enjoyed our brief 3 day stay in Seneca Falls. The house was located close enough to everything we wanted to see, and was comfortable for the three of us. The check-in process was extremely easy, and the communication with the hosts was simple and straight forward. Excellent instructions in house. Overall a great getaway! We may stay again when the weather warms up!

My only concern was how comfortable the beds(single) were going to be and I was pleasantly surprised that my entire family slept well and where very comfortable.
The property was very well maintained and if I has to make a suggestion it would be added seating in Livingroom. Another chair or love seat would make it almost perfect.

I loved staying at this property during my time in the Finger Lakes, and its location is a great to numerous area attractions! The house was clean, easy to access, and quite comfortable! I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the region!

House is immaculate!!!!! Very clean! Super comfortable! Very very inviting! Added touch with the local brochures snacks and water left for us! History and pictures of the home definitely a bonus! Will definitely be back!

Great house, great location, wonderful trip! The house was very clean and comfortable. Well appointed, had extra blankets if needed, kitchen had all the necessary things, there wasn't anything we felt it was missing. Good location and neighborhood was quiet. Would stay again if in the area.

House is lovingly renovated, decorated, and cared for. We enjoyed the deck for star gazing. Only problem was ants coming inside.

Close to downtown Seneca Falls and Auburn. Fairly close to Waterloo, Geneva, and the Wine Trails. House had all amenities needed! House is old but recently renovated, clean, and comfortable. Sleeps 4, queen bed in one room and two twin beds in second room. One small full bath. House has air conditioning in all rooms and living room, easily adjustable, ceiling fans everywhere made the house very comfortable! Full eating kitchen and deck. There is also a washer and dryer. Water and snacks were provided which was a nice touch🤗

The place is clean. Perfect for our small family. We have everything we needed for our stay, and were able to cook some meals. Walmart and an Amish grocery store are nearby, so shopping was easy. It would be nice if there were a pair of scissors in the kitchen.

The property was perfect for what we needed. We came up to fish the finger lakes and had a great time. The property had ample parking for the truck and boat. The house was clean and comfortable. There were snacks and water provided which was nice. The town is beautiful and quiet. We even saw a deer in the back yard when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again if ever we get back.

Seneca Falls is a quiet older neighborhood. We enjoyed our drive along 89 and stopped in to the wineries. The yard is not fenced but it does have a deck in the back. Appreciated all the amenities available in the home.

This house although not large, was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the thoughtful owner even left some complimentary snacks. A perfect location close to all the Finger Lakes have to offer. We had a great stay. Thanks!

Renovated little house. Smelled like cleaning products when we arrived, which I think is a bonus. Enough towels/toiletries and a few snacks provided.
Property could probably use treatment for ants. We encountered a few during our weekend.
Overall, a good stay & better than a hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly like in the pictures. Everything was clean and updated. The tech all worked. We spent 2 spring evenings on the back deck.
My 15 year old son commented that this was the best night’s sleep ever, I had to agree that the beds were all comfy.
Mike made everything really easy and was very responsive by message.
Overall a great place and really made for a perfect spring weekend in the Finger Lakes.

I loved the extra amenities and thoughtfulness that the owners included. A whole basket full of snacks and water; a diary renters for renters to write notes; a huge notebook of brochures of area attractions; a photo album about the house; all made our stay feel more homey and comfortable.
