We could say enough about our stay at Pelican Pad! To start Sarah was so wonderful! She was a wonderful communicator and so great at getting back to us with any questions we had before and during trip! She had a welcome bag waiting for us at the house with something for the adults and the kiddos! The house was beautiful! So clean and well-organized! Everything was labeled right down to the light switches and remotes, making the house so easy to navigate and find things. Upon arrival to Pelican Pad we were greeted by 5 of the wild horses who were having their dinner in the yard. We saw horses throughout the week in our yard and the yards next to us as well! No need to go on a wild horse tour! They gave us front-row seats right from our decks! The house was an easy walk to the beach as well! We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets every day! Some days from the house and others from the beach! There were 9 of us from 3 generations staying at the house and it was accommodating to all! We hope to someday go back and stay here again! Thank you Sarah for your hospitality and providing us a home where we made memories to last a life time!

Beautiful home. Immaculately clean and well equipped. Sarah is great to work with prior to and during our vacation.

The house was well-appointed and had all the kitchen items we needed for daily home-cooked meals. The decor was beautiful and the house was clean. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our group of 7. The drive across the beach takes about 30 minutes so it makes traveling out for dinners and shopping a bit more of a “planned event”. We drove our car onto the beach daily rather than lug our stuff to the beach. We loved the hammock seats outside! The owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

First, Sarah is amazing. She was friendly, quick to respond, informative, and incredibly helpful! Working with a home owner like Sarah is what any renter could wish for then you add in the beautiful newly renovated home that was perfectly stocked and equipped for our family party of 14! From kitchen supplies to cooking supplies, bath towels to pool and beach supplies and toys!! The house is just a short walk to the beach and has the most beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset! We all truly enjoyed our stay at the Pelican Pad and look forward to rebooking again!!

Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful and had plenty of space for all of our guests. The sunset views were gorgeous and we had horses in our front yard almost everyday. The pool is nicely shaded in the afternoon which was perfect after a hot day on the beach. Having 2 refrigerators helped us cut down on the need for ice and coolers. 2 dishwashers really came in clutch for those of us that don’t like a messy kitchen. Sarah, is literally the sweetest and makes sure you’re taken care of every step of the way. Would highly recommend!

Our crew of 15 just finished up our stay at Pelican Pad- not only was there PLENTY of room for each of us, each room was completely renovated and extremely clean, comfortable and home like! The house itself makes the trip 10X better! Sarah was very easy to contact and work with, she is helpful with any questions and overall an amazing host! This is the place you want to be!

The location was beautiful, accommodating and peaceful! Our family enjoyed watching the sun rise in the morning and set in the evening! The beach was a quick walk (or even quicker drive) away! We felt like we were on our own private island! We can’t wait to return again! The property itself is perfectly located right next to the beach. The pool was another great way to relax. The inside of the house was beautiful and perfect for a big family to enjoy meals together or escape to your own room for downtime.
