House is clean and was very easy to rent. The yard is big and very nice. Grill works great. Kayaks were very fun.

The Home was Beautiful and Spacious with lots of trees and had everything we needed including plenty of dishes and towels. The house was immaculate and the location was perfect and it was very quiet. There were 7 adults 1 child and 1 infant and there was plenty of room for us all to roam around without being in each others way. The bonus game room was awesome. They had 3 canoe's which we had a lot of fun with. We actually went and purchased some inner tubes to float the water and had even more fun. The only drawback was that the bathrooms are a bit small and it was hard to give the baby a bath due to the glass enclosure on the bathtub. On a side note, with the heat in Texas it would have a been a good idea to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms due to the fact that when you close the doors the air doesn't really work that well. The only bedroom that actually had a ceiling fan was the primary. It would have also been very nice to have some sort of fans or misters outside on the deck as there was no wind and it was extremely hot even at 10:00 p.m. We did go to Walmart and purchase some fans which helped quite a bit. Other than those issues we had a wonderful time and would certainly stay again. Also, we had several deer wonder up in the back which was an added bonus. Just watching nature on the deck was quite enjoyable..

The home was impeccable!!! Being right off the canal was Perfect for our group. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for some peace and quite while being close to the lake. Definitely going in our return list!!

Spacious house and property
Great property located near Marble Falls with plenty of room for the whole family. Great kid cave with foosball and pac man arcade.

We had a great stay. The water on property was as inviting and fresh as we’d hoped, but that is no fault of the property. Communication was quick and easy.

This was a beautiful spot inside and out! Put our boat in at Horseshoe Bay Marina and kept it on the dock at night. Very calm and quiet spot!

The property was the perfect size for our family of five. The converted garage to “kids cave” was a great addition for our teen boys! We brought our boat and were able to tie it off to the dock (note you cannot pull into the slip or use the boat lift) which was great. The closest boat ramp given by the management company is actually on the other side of the dam and therefore you cannot get to the property using that ramp (we learned the hard way). There is a marina just a bit closer that allows you to use their ramp for $10. It would be nice to have a closer ramp. There is one in the neighborhood but is closed for some reason. The property was cleaned well. When we arrived there were a few dead little bugs in the house, but it is a lake house so I’m sure those are hard to keep out. Overall it was a great time!

Lovely holiday weekend
We stayed at the VRBO with our three children and it was absolutely perfect. The house is clean and well organized and the kayaks were a huge hit with the kids.

Updated and Super clean
The house was in great shape. It seemed to have been recently updated and was very clean. We stayed a couple of days and went hiking at inks lake state park which was also beautiful. The kids enjoyed the kayaks as well!

This was our 2nd time to stay and again, it did not disappoint! We love this home, the neighbors and all the area has to offer. My husband has become quite the kayak fisherman and this home provides him the perfect place to fish and enjoy the quiet and peaceful spots he found. We hope to visit again very soon!!

Fantastic location
Excellent location. The house was modern and big for all of us to stay comfortably. We had some questions and got quick responses. The place was a bit dusty and we spotted a few bugs but were told that’s normal due to the proximity to the creek. There were kayaks and canoes but don’t forget to bring your life jackets! Other than that we enjoyed our stay...

Perfect getaway!
We had a great time at the lake house! Quiet weekend with my husband and toddler. The kayaks were fun to paddle around and swimming was easy right by the house. The property was sprawling with tons of gorgeous trees; great views from the living room. Neighbors were very friendly! Easy communication with the property manager. Thank you for an enjoyable trip!

This was our first visit to the area. We are from New Mexico and will definitely be back.
The property was perfect for our family of 5. My two teenagers each brought a friend and we had plenty of space and everyone had a bed. The house had everything we needed and the property managers quickly responded to questions before the trip so we knew what we needed to bring. The water was great and the kids (and adults) enjoyed swimming everyday. The neighbors next door were friendly as well. We absolutely loved this trip and would recommend this house to others. Accommodations were excellent and the location was perfect.
