This property is in serious need of repair. The floor in front of the kitchen sink bounces about 1/4" when you walk on it as can be witnessed by all of the cracked tiles. The top of the refrigerator, which can be seen by anyone over 5' tall is filthy and needs cleaning. If you plan to do any of your own cooking, plan to bring your own cookware as the supply here if very limited as are some of your basic needs, like cooking oil, etc. There is a grill provided but it's about 100 yards away but it was in pretty good shape. Property has a pool but it's really small, is provided for all 14 "homes" and is not heated. Duck if you are going to walk in the back yard at there are communication lines strung at head height. Just not a quality property.

Stayed here as a 30th anniversary treat. Delightful cottage and lovely location. Communication from owner was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would visit again!

The cottage was just as listed. Two bedrooms which my kids mentioned shared that the beds were super comfy! Updated bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Sitting in the screened room it felt very cozy and tropical. It’s nestled in a quiet location…must pay attention you’ll miss the driveway. I liked to walk to the dock and look out Cudjoe Bay. Other folks were very nice.

We enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere and met many nice people on fishing trips out of the property. We didn't have a boat ourselves but enjoyed the property very much. We didn't want to stay in Key West directly and found Cudjoe Key to be ideal.

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was a great location, close to Key West and the other little keys. Easy check in and out. Susan answered all questions with quick response.

My 17 year old son and I stayed in the cottage (#14) for a 5 day visit. While there we hit some nice snorkeling locations. We loved the location as it's 22 miles out of Key West and we could avoid the crowds. It has very close proximity to the ocean with docks. Fine dining was available within an 11 mile radius. We cannot wait to return and would stay with this property again. An older but clean cottage with a nice kitchen, nice shower, cable TV and cold A/C. The screened in front porch was nice to sit in during a couple tropical rain showers that passed through while there. Jennifer was a very courteous host and helpful. Highly recommend this property.

Lamp in one bedroom was a fire hazard. switch was hanging by one wire. Should have some sort of marking for entrance to property. Night time can't see entrance. Should have handicap bars in tub area. Maybe some night lights in bedrooms & bathroom. WIFI in formation should be in book. Kitchen floor little soft by sink area.

Finding the slot driveway was a Challenge, Challenge was accepted. After seeing cones helped.

Small cottage duplex about half hour north of Key West. Very basic and no frills. You must bring everything you need as not much is supplied by host and no convenient grocery stores nearby. It is one of the more affordable units on VRBO between Key West and the larger keys to the north. The pool is very small and property is not really a place to hang out during the day. Would have been nice to have things like a little cooking oil, salt and pepper, etc. for those coming from out of state and not driving their own vehicle. Overall, it is a good place to lay your head for the night before you head out each day to explore the keys.

Driveway is on a blind curve & difficult to exit safely. Only 1 set of towels provided for the week. Washer & dryer are across the property & you'll need quarters & your own washing detergent. We were charged $300 for smoking outside bc the cottage is poorly ventilated. Cottages are close together & there was barely enough parking space for our 1 vehicle & blocked our neighbors side door.

This was a convenient location from which to explore the Keys. Beach access was limited and disappointing and consisted of a dock and boat launch. The kitchen provided only the essentials. Previous posts have mentioned roaches but we saw none. Beds were comfortable. Would have liked a bathmat in the bathroom.

The pictures do it justice. It's the left apartment of a duplex. Inside it's pretty and modern. The dining table seats 4. There is ample seating on the comfy screened front porch area. Get a Google satellite view of the property to help in locating the street which lacks a sign especially when arriving at night. The AC is potent and there are 4 ceiling fans. There's a safe vibe.

The cottage was clean and comfortable, could have supplied more dish soap, even a full trial sized would have worked. We made a joke about the slowest black flies in the keys were in our cottage. The place could have used a porch rug and also inside front door rug.

Cute, clean little house. Nice for the price. The beds were not comfortable at all. Definitely needs new mattresses. They only gave us 6 towels and 2 wash clothes for 4 people. It said there was a beach, but I would not classify it as a beach, more like a boat ramp. Overall, we did enjoy the ocean view, iguanas and the location in the Keys.

The cottage was very clean. Ideal location. Beautiful area. Check-in and out was easy. Owner was great with info about the area. Very quiet, safe. Good parking. I recommend these cottages

Wonderful location but dilapidated. The balcony of the main house is absolutely unsafe and should be inspected asap. There was rodents and or infestation issues in each of the cottages. There was cracked tile so terrible in cottage 14 that it sliced my foot open - the floor is clearly sagging and should also be deemed unfit for occupancy until resolved. There was trash everywhere on the property. Broken microwave thrown by the dumpster. Cigarette butts EVERYWHERE and empty bottles and cans littering the entire dock area. Even spread over the kayaks that were left there. There was sand/debris covering the entire pool patio causing the pool to be filthy in no time. Overall its one big no from me - seriously disappointed in this stay.

Nice property with pool and view of the ocean

The unit was clean and tidy, with a nice bathroom and the furniture was nice as well. We had an overall comfortable stay. However, for nearly 2000 CAD for 4 days, I would have expected the kitchen to be better stocked with (kitchen basics) as listed in the ad. If you stay here - make sure to bring everything you need to cook your meals - including oil. I would have also expected not to have coin-operated laundry. The unit also had an ant and cockroach problem - and we could not leave any food on the counter for more than an hour. Granted - we did not contact the property owner during our stay - so perhaps these issues could have been easily solved. It’s a cute cottage, but overpriced for the value

Great cottage for 1-4 people, quiet area. Once you know where the entrance to the grounds is, easy to get out/back while exploring the Keys. A street sign would really help!!! Small market nearby for purchasing missing items. Shopped at Publix coming out of Key Largo for major items. Had to quarantine for my stay so having a cottage vs a hotel was awesome. Messages to manager were answered quickly and with compassion! Screened in porch was therapeutic but needs a screening maintenance trip-lizards like walk up down screen to get around :). Will definitely stay here when I come back to explore the Parks, Trails and Key West! Still need my Sunset Cruise on the Schooner trip I had to cancel:)

Property was clea, WiFi worked well and cable TV and close to Key West, pool if you have time to enjoy it and a dock on the water was nice to sit at in morning too. We didnt use kitchen except for coffee pot and microwave for breakfast sandwiches so not sure how well stocked for cooking.

The location and compound were convenient and pleasant. We were able to do many things in Key West. Enjoyed the sunrises on the piers. Local restaurants recommended were good. Cottage 14 requires considerable maintenance. Dishwasher was not secured, kitchen tiles were cracked, and screened in porch was ripped/tattered and flooring needs upgrading. We were rationed in toilet paper and dish washer pods. We were two couples staying 4 nights. We were not supplied enough toilet paper. When requested it was not replenished. Needed to buy our own. The dishwasher pods request was accommodated but not enough for our needs, as not enough to accommodate our meals we cooked during our visit. Hair dryer was not in cottage as listed. Needed to request. This took additional time on our vacation to request and acquire these essentials. Pool was not maintained in cleanliness. For these reasons, we would not stay again for the cost of accommodations, rations and lack of maintenance. We’ve had many more pleasurable experiences with vrbo accommodations in our travels.

This charming cottage had everything we needed and a great location as well. It was very quiet, which is what we preferred. There is a convenience store that has a good selection of items just a short walk from the property. We only stayed for 3 nights, but visited Key West (only 20 miles south) and Big Pine Key (10 miles north) and Marathon (26 miles north) as well as Bahia Honda State Park. The area is beautiful. It was quite chilly and windy during our visit, so we didn't use the pool which was only a short distance from the cottage. We would definitely stay there again.
