Check in was easy, home was clean and well stocked with the amenities needed. Hot tub/infinity pool was great to relax in after fishing each day. Grill out on patio was perfect to cook for the family. Had a small issue with the hot water heater and the owner was awesome and came by within a few hours and had it fixed perfectly for us. Great place and host. Definitely recommend 💜

Great spot to stay, we did a lot of fishing. Caught some nice mangroves off the dock. Very sad to see the destruction on the island. Thanks guys great stay.

Luis was great to work with, the property was spotless and clean. Having the 2 kayaks available was nice, just got to be careful getting on them from the ladder. The paddle boat was ok- but heavy and not easy moving back out of the water. The pool was great though and having the TV out there was nice. The kids loved it! The outside freezer is perfect for bait and end extra frozen food. The kitchen layout is superb! The beds were extremely comfortable as was the couches. There were nice chairs on the dock and a table with chairs too... and at night time the underwater fish lights make it really cool. The water pressure is great inside and out! Not much grass in the area for dogs, since much of the neighborhood is garden rock, concrete and/or blacktop pavement... but if you like to fish and/or have a boat- you are in "paradise"... And if you want to rent a boat, Monroe Canal, their Marina is nice. The kids loved the 3 wheeler at the house. The golf cart is really good for 1 or 2 people, so for our group of 6 we didn't use it but a couple times with 2 or 3 people. The house worked out well for our group of 6- with 2 adults and 4 kids we all had a place to sleep nicely. The view out the living room is awesome! The Pine Island Tackle shop nearby is good too. Froggies has the pool tables. Use the kayaks at the house to explore and fish the mangroves, even at the dock we were reeling in grouper, snook, and snapper. We took our own tackle, but having the extra rod and reels at the house made it so everyone can fish. It's about an hour drive to Sanibel, however by a boat you can be there in much less time. There's lots of small mom and pop restaurants on Pine Island. Get your groceries on the way in at Publix or Winn Dixie- there's no gas stations by the house either- you don't need them. St James City is a "small drinking town with a fishing problem". Great place and friendly locals! We thoroughly enjoyed it and its worth the stay and visit. We

Our stay was restful, relaxing and peaceful thanks to this splendid home. The amenities are superb, and the house is immaculate and the decor perfect for an island getaway. The swimmer Spa was a hit for a great workout, or a laid back happy hour. Wifi is superfast, and the Roku TV’s easy to use. Luis our host was exceptional, and very helpful. We would book again.

This property is perfect. The house had everything we needed, it was everything the listing said. We brought our boat and the boat lift was a huge bonus. The golf cart gave us something to do while we were at the house along with the jacuzzi that’s is gigantic. We are already considering another stay here!

Boat lift (19 foot boat) excellent with easy access to sound. Saw lots of Manatees and Dolphins. Caught tasty spotted sea trout. Relaxing outside deck with plenty of seating. Water toys were great, and a nice touch including fishing poles. Enjoyed golf cart. Grandson loved hot tub. We are from northern Minnesota and the temps were in the mid-80's with lower humidity Minor issues - we would have appreciated more towels (varieties of towel colors would have helped as 7 of us using 2 bathrooms. The property is nicely updated and extremely clean. The location is great and in a very quiet neighborhood. The dock and boat lift were key amenities for us, and the golf cart is a plus. The owner communication was also very good. This property worked out great for us!

This place was amazing. The moment we walked in the door we knew we found a hidden gem. The owners thought of everything - even had fresh flowers and a bottle of wine chilled in the fridge. The home is very spacious and we’ll equipped. The hot tub was the biggest I’ve ever seen and we enjoyed sitting in the screened lanai watching tv at night after a long day on the water. So many extras - hot tub towels, an upright freezer outside, plenty of outside seating, and several water toys we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy due to our schedule. All the linens were nice, beds comfortable and the unit was extremely clean. Wonderful hosts. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Our experience was top notch. Loved the island community vibe. We had myself and husband along with 18yr old daughter and her 18yr old boyfriend and my 14yr old daughter and her 14yt old friend. They enjoyed fishing off the dock and thr manatees would come right to them. Sanibel Island is right across the bay and beautiful for shelling and a day at the beach.

The living room has a beautiful view of the canal, we spend the afternoon in the dock fishing, we made a meal of 4 decent size mangrove snapper’s delicious when fried Right after they’ve been caught. The house has a Jacuzzi big enough to swim in it on the lanai. Me and my husband fell in love with the place it is really a small little paradise. They have this little place packed up with All sorts of little things, they left for us two kayaks one pedal boat two bicycles and a golf car. The owners are Cuban people really really helpful and they go the extra mile to make you feel at home. They answer text and calls really quickly. In a few words the house is cozy and clean you have a lot of Amenities to enjoy the cherry state and the canals the owners are super helpful and attentive but the biggest hook is the Canalview, on our last afternoon on the property we saw manatees going by and dolphins wow we loved here thank you so much for making this property available we will definitely come back
