Every year we take a weekend away with friends for my birthday. this house was recommended as an alternative, when the one we had was canceled due to house being sold. This house was more exp 220 but the photos and desc we felt pretty confident as we never had a bad experience. In the pool photos it looks like there is a green belt behind the pool and it also states overlooking the lake. First there is a parking lot behind the pool not a green belt, and you are very close to neighbors even though in the photos it looks like you are on some land and there is space in between the homes there is not. AND you can barely see the lake and when it says overlooking the lake I have no idea how, because when I thought we were overlooking the lake I would think we would be able to see the lake, we could not see the lake, you could see it very little if you were on the upstairs balcony. Before we came we had communication on the reason we were coming was to use the outside area and pool, and we would be grilling. The pool had leaves all in the bottom and the outside area was not cleaned in ANY WAY at all. The outdoor dining area by the grill was absolutely gross and never cleaned up, the back patio was never swept, the cushions on the patio chairs were not cleaned off we had to use our towels to sit on if we sat on the chairs. I also had trouble getting into the house and had to call to get help with that. Because I was upset they did heat the hot tub for us. Extremely overpriced home!

Had a bachelor party there and it had enough room for everyone with things to do. Would highly recommend!

Had our children and grandchildren meet from both coasts to spend a week togather for a family wedding. We made treasured memories. Hosts were quickly responsive to answer questions. Lost power on check out day due to stormy weather. They answered my call quickly when we were leaving. I felt horrible the storm messed up yard so badly.

My family wanted to stay together so I rented this house. I had just lost my youngest son who was in the army. The host made it very easy for me to get in the house and would always answer my calls in a timely manner.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook and grill. Lots of big TVs. Pool great. Beds great and extremely comfortable!

Traveled for my sister’s wedding and needed place close by to the venue. This location was fantastic and the house was perfect! It had everything you could need to feel comfortable in a house. The property managers were incredibly responsive and took care of all our needs. The backyard pool area was great for pool side and jacuzzi hangs! Would fully recommend this property!!

House was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for our trip and very efficient communication with property manager.
