We enjoyed a wonderful week with our four children and their families. We had 16 in our group and this property was perfect with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We all were able to enjoy meals at the kitchen table together. The game room was awesome. The pool was great for enjoying at night and when we returned from the ocean. The location is great for walking to the beach and there was a wagon and beach chairs that we were able to use. Thank you for a great week of family fun. We would definitely rent this home again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy a great family vacation.

Overall, the property was perfect for our family. Two houses separated by courtyard is a great set up for outdoor activities. This house was located directly across from a beach access. We were able to rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. The only issue that we had was that the house did not cool very well.

We had a group of 17 and this property was absolutely perfect! The game room was a huge hit with the teens and saved the day when we got rained out. The private pool and outdoor games were obviously used everyday and night! There’s nothing you will need in the kitchen because it has everything, I mean everything! The property owners are amazing to work with. Communication was the best we’ve ever experienced. If you are thinking about booking this property for your family/friends vacation… DO IT NOW! Great property! Enjoyed the week. We had a few issues but the property manager came and tried to fix them immediately. Loved the pool, loved the location.

My fiancé (now husband) and I booked this property because we thought it would be perfect for our two families to stay in for our wedding. It was perfect for us! We had 4 children there 3 and under, our moms and dads 3 sisters and their families and there was plenty of room! We LOVED that our families stayed in separate houses but then had the outdoor area where everyone could mingle and the game room was awesome for the kids and adults. This is one reason we went with this property and it did not disappoint. It was nice having things to do at the house if it rained or if someone got too much sun the day before. We even had our families gather out at the pool for a first dance song and cake after the wedding and there was plenty of seating! It was beautiful and we would highly recommend. We loved the outdoor grill with gazebo over top and the fire pit for a he evening! The beach was so much closer than we originally expected, literally right across the street! We thought a golf cart would have been nice prior to renting but to be honest we didn’t need it because the beach was so close! If you’re thinking about booking this property, you should just go for it! For the price, amenities and being so close to the beach it is worth every penny! We are definitely going to be looking into renting one of Michael’s other properties for next year because of our experience here. We won’t be needing quite so much room so hoping to find something similar !!

The location of this property was absolutely perfect for our large group of 4 families, with kids ranging from 8 years old to 18! Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms between the two houses, was fantastic that we had two washers/dryers, the game room was awesome for late night/rainy day activities, the heated pool and courtyard area were perfect for outdoor fun during the day and at night. Loved that it was so close to the beach!! Plenty of room for 5 vehicles to park. So many kitchen gadgets/plates/cookware/glassware/utensils- never had so many in any other rental we've stayed in- huge table/dining area in the main house as well as the patio area to accommodate us all at mealtimes. Only things that were missing- another fridge would be awesome (could one be added to the game room?) and the "back yard" behind the main house was essentially unusable- corn hole and can jam games were out there but the yard needed some TLC so we never ventured that way. But we didn't need to, because all of the other amenities were so perfect for our group! We would definitely consider renting this house again when we are in the area!!

We stayed a week at This property with our kids and grandchildren. The game room was awesome. Kept everybody busy for hours all week. I don’t know if we can stay at another property without the gameroom. The outdoor space was perfect for our family. The house just needs a little updating and kitchen items to make it perfect. The heated pool was a plus. Miguel the property manager was awesome and responded quickly. The outdoor fire pit was not working and he actually went and bought a brand new one and delivered it the very next day. We would definitely stay at this property again or one owned by Michael!!

House was ok for a beach home. Could use some updates and a deep clean when possible. Location was good for not being on the beach. Pool and outdoor area was great.

The location of the house was great! My family definitely enjoyed our stay. Michael and Miguel made sure we had everything we needed.

We loved being just a short , easy walk to the beach. It was nice having the wagon to carry our chairs & coolers. We enjoyed the pool each day & had plenty of outdoor chairs. Teens enjoyed the game room.

Great location and house for our group of teens and adults. Game room was used a lot by all of us.

Pool was heated and very nice. Screened porch was nice. Definitely needs new furniture in both houses. Couldn’t use dining table due to ant infestation. Disappointed in not having the beach chair and umbrella set up on the beach as promised when booked.
