Everything you need to enjoy a few days at the beach. Three adult couples were able to share this house with our own private space. Weather was great so we could enjoy the beach. All necessities were provided. Thanks

The property was very well appointed. We found every possible amenity needed to enjoy our stay. The breezes on the back porch were delightful- our favorite place to relax. Our host was thoughtful with special touches preparing for our visit of 72-82 year old ladies all celebrating summer birthdays.

Everything about our experience with Lisa and the Coral Beach Retreat was 5-star! Lisa thought of everything! So many little details like supplying us with a ham and cupcakes to celebrate Easter weekend to a welcome basket full of goodies just to name a few. Our getaway was suppose to be filled with motorcycle riding but Mother Nature has other plans. We did however, enjoy taking in the sights of Saint Augustine (by car) and enjoyed a beautiful home to relax in. Perfect space to play games and watch a movie while it stormed outside. We would definitely without question stay here again. Enough room for each couple as the home had three en suites giving each of us our own bedroom/bathroom. Major plus! Thank you so much Lisa! You’re a superstar in our book.

We loved this property as well as the owners. It’s a super short walk to the beach, and wow what a beautiful beach. The home itself was super roomy. Every bedroom felt like a master bedroom as the beds are king size and each have their own spacious bathroom/shower. All linens were stocked and ready to go—even down to beach towels. As Lisa told me, just bring your bathing suit! Everything else is supplied. This was a huge relief for someone with a small SUV. The house is super clean. We loved the layout. The covered back deck allows hours of reading with getting burned by the sun. There is a bedroom/bathroom on the ground level. For those unable to take stairs, it is perfect. No steps to enter that area. Kitchen was more than stocked! Great snacks and treats that were such a nice surprise. We didn’t even have to go to store until day 3 and that was more for cold items. Seriously, all the “little things” we all tend to forget, Lisa has there and ready!! The location was peaceful and felt very safe. I ran almost everyday and encountered friendly people along the way. (Even got to see several turtles.) Tons of beach chairs ready to go, coolers, cart, umbrella—all u need for a perfect beach day. We ended up here because the hotel for my conference was sold out. I’m soooo glad it was. Book here if going to St Augustine! You will be glad u did! 🏖️

We liked how similar the three bedrooms were so deciding who gets what bedroom was very easy. The proximity to the beach was perfect where we would walk along the shore every day when not exploring the local attractions, most of which took only about 10 – 15 minutes to get to. The house was very comfortable with plenty of soft towels, dishes and cookware. The extra touch of snacks and personal welcome note was like icing on the cake.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Butler Beach house and would definitely do it again. The hosts were great and very accommodating. They made us feel very welcome!! The whole experience was great.

The property exceeded expectations in everyway. I book many homes through VRBO and this one gets 5 stars all way. Lisa is a fantastic host and goes beyond on every little detail. The house was equipped with everything you need and more. The one thing that really stood out was how clean and organized the home was, not one issue. Lisa goes the extra mile, she even had a birthday cake, flowers and balloons for my daughter who was celebrating during out trip. Thanks again Lisa, you made this trip a little more special with your little touches, We will surely be back.

Owner allowed early check in, allowing us to get to the beach early on that day. Found the house beautifully decorated, well stocked with anything you could need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Everything was very clean. Huge snack basket and wonderful charcuterie tray were waiting for us upon arrival. Beach cart and plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were available for use. Everyone loved the place! Checkout was a breeze, easier than any I ever had. Well done!

Just got home from a stay at Coral Beach - and would highly recommend this property. Very generous hosts (left us some wonderful treats - thank you!) and great communicators as well. The home was extremely clean and very comfortable. Nice beds & bedding, plenty of good seating inside and on the large deck. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are tons of towels, pillows and all kinds of beach accessories including coolers and carts. We found the location idea for relaxing on the deck, where you can catch a glimpse of the ocean and listen to the waves, and also as a home base for exploring the area. A short drive into St Augustine if you wish to explore downtown, but with many restaurants and two markets nearby if you prefer a more low key vacation. There is plenty of space between the living/dining area and the deck and with three large bedrooms each with their own bath. Our family felt this was our favorite VRBO to date and will definitely try to book Coral Beach again when we return to the area.

Great stay at the house. Lisa had it all decorated, had a small tree for us to decorate and left us a nice little welcome basket. Great house would certainly stay again if in St. Augustine

We enjoyed the house it was very clean and well stocked. The owner added many extras that were appreciated. She provided us a list of recommended restaurants in the area which we appreciated also. Would visit the house again if we were in the area.

The house was GREAT! Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to downtown St Augustine. It was perfect for 3 couples. Each couple had their own private suite. It was very clean, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and the beds were comfy. Lisa was the best host! She communicated with us and we loved all the special touches. We loved our stay in this very clean, comfortable home! It was just a short walk to the beach, which is absolutely gorgeous! Lisa, our host, was wonderful. She answered questions promptly and allowed us to have a later checkout. The basket of goodies was a special treat; thank you! The home’s beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. We loved having the use of the beach chairs and boogie boards. It was a fantastic stay!

Lisa is amazing! She left a fully stocked snack basket & sand buckets with bubbles for our boys. She is so thoughtful. The house has everything you could ever need from beach towels, to kitchen appliances & beyond. We loved our stay & would highly recommend booking!

We loved this darling home with a perfect location! Everything was perfect for our family! This house was super clean, lots of personal touches provided by our host! Very roomy and cozy! Very short walk through a quiet neighbor to the beach . Restaurants and grocery store all very close:.. the drive to historic St Augustine was beautiful and very convenient. The beach was clean and stunning! For us this was the perfect location and we would definitely love to come back!

Lisa was an amazing host with great little treats and surprises! The house was in excellent condition, has great amenities and a gorgeous location just a short walk to the beach. Our family of 5 adults had a wonderful time at this lovely house with plenty of room to relax. We spent quite a bit of time on the upstairs covered deck with comfortable seating. Lisa was a most generous host who provided snacks, coffee and tea, and an extremely well-stocked kitchen. The house was spotless and well-decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets and towels were luxurious. We really liked the covered parking, as it was easy to unpack and avoid rain, and kept the car cool. The location was great, and Lisa provided very helpful recommendations for places to eat and local attractions. We highly recommend this beautiful property.

There is so much to say about the amazing house and host! From start to finish, every detail was thought out with extra care. Lisa was the absolute best host we've had and made our stay so much more memorable with all of her thoughtful touches. The house has everything you need, beach chairs, towels, coolers, beach toys, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and a beach cart. The walk to the beach was so easy and if you have a 4x4 vehicle, you can drive onto the beach from the access point just 2 miles up the road. The house was clean and every comfortable and we loved grilling out on the beautiful back porch. My family, including the kids, had such an amazing time and cannot wait to to back!! Book this house, you won't be disappointed!

Everything was perfect! The house had evertything possible. The kitchen was well stocked, beach towels, chairs, wagons, cozy deck, big rooms and bathrooms, easy walk to beach, peaceful and we had heartfelt personal touches on our arrival :)

Great convenient place to stay with all the necessities. Host left some little treats and easter toys for our little one in the group.

There was 6 people in our group. There was plenty of rooms and the upper balcony was a beautiful place to hang out. You could hear the ocean and there is also partial views of the ocean from balcony. Convient 5 min walk to beach and the beach itself was gorgeous and not super crowded. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There was both indoor and outdoor tables for eating. Lisa was very helpful and communication was good. We would definitely stay again.

Lisa bent over backward to make my family’s stay a great experience. Communication was great and she quickly fixed an issue that arose (no fault of hers) with the booking. She bought some things specifically for my young son on top of everything else. The house is in a great quiet location one block from the beach. It’s perfect for a family or small group. There three on suite bathrooms worked great and the hot water lasted forever! I’m looking forward to rebooking soon. Highly recommended!!

The layout of the house works really well its well stocked in the kitchen Lisa was very thoughtful and left us some gifts I loved the beach which is a quick walk away we hope to return next year and stay here again

3 adult couples, no kids, in town to celebrate a wedding and a birthday and see some live music and enjoy a little beach time. Great accommodations for multiple couples! Super clean! Great owner communication! Perfect location for super easy access to the beach and St Augustine and the amphitheater. Truly… perfect stay for our group! We will be back next year for sure!

A week spent in paradise! The house and property were spotless, the attention to detail was perfect and just steps awayfrom the beach. We felt as though we were at our home away from home. Lisa left no detail undone, from supplies, cleaning products, linens, fresh flowers, and special treats, everything was amazing and can't wait to spend another week there in the near future.

We would definitely stay at this property again. The Host was always quick to respond to any questions or requests. We were welcomed with fresh flowers on the dining room table, a basket of goodies too...just wow'ed us of the kindness and consideration of the home owner.. The home exceeded our expectations; very very clean, comfortable beds and furniture, ample linens, kitchen supplies, beach supplies, etc. Was an easy drive to visit downtown St. Augustine and then relax beachside...just a 3 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean and fabulous beach!!

What a great way to ring in the New Year! The house is in walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to the marinas and old St. Augustine. Lisa is a thoughtful host and her home is equipped with all the necessities for beach life and home cooked family meals. The living areas were extremely clean & well kept and the beds were super comfortable.

This property was very close to the beach! We were able to walk with no problem and it was very close to beach access. The property was extremely clean, the host had the home very well stocked for our use. I was impressed with the attention to detail. Complementary coffee and all the fixings, we had complementary soaps and trashbags and plenty of items to make our stay comfortable. I literally felt like I stepped into somebody’s home and they were hosting me. All the appliances worked great. The property had great security surveillance. The host was responsive to our questions. There was a fruit basket, chocolates, complimentary soaps... the owner even has several wagons for your use to haul items to the beach, which she also supplies for you such a as: beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. a hose was set up by the carport to rinse off toys and feet after the beach. The back deck at night was serene- we could hear the ocean loud and clear. During the day you can see the ocean view, and we enjoyed a breakfast out there. Highly recommend this place!!!!
